About: My family adopted my first cat Sadie when I was three. She instantly became my best friend and my love for animals began. When I was a child I volunteered at Saratoga animal shelter where I helped clean the cat cages and played with them. My first job at 14 was a bellhop at a pet hotel, when I checked the cats and dogs into the hotel and set up their rooms. On my breaks, I would sit in the cat rooms and give them extra love. When I was eighteen I adopted two cats, Noodles and Drake, who became the center of my world. I have experience with giving medicine and caring for cats that are ill. Unfortunately, Noodles recently needed surgery so I have experience with after surgery care. I also have a cousin who is a veterinarian, in case of any emergency.
“Larissa was recommended from a friend for a last minute urgent need. Larissa did a meet-and-greet and 5 drop-in-visits. She made our out-of-state trip significantly less stressful, knowing they were in good hands. She was able to administer a capsule medication and give lots of love and play to our babies in addition to the less glamorous aspect of scooping a multi-cat home and cleaning some cat vomit up. She even managed to coax our timid cat out for scratches after I adamently assured her he would hide the entire time lol. We plan to recommend Larissa to friends and rebook ourselves. Although our cats were happy to have us home, they also seemed a little disappointed that we were not her.”

About: I have a very dog friendly home with a dog door accessible to a large fully fenced in yard. If your dog enjoys swimming during the summer months, my pool is dog friendly. I enjoy sending photos and videos of your pup(s) all day long. I visit the dog park for ball throwing and safe, leashed walks 2-3 times a day. At home play breaks in the fenced in yard are common practice in my house. Snuggles on the couch are a must! My yard is completely safe for dogs. About: Since falling head over heals for my Yorkie, nurturing for him has been one of the greatest experiences I learned. I potty trained him, bathe, and also searched up a recipe for a nutritional diet haha! We are always outside unless the ground is too hot then we wait later on the day to exercise for at least an hour, preferably a jog. I know of the greatest dog parks in this area and would love to introduce him to new friends <3 I am flexible with dog walks and part time doggy care. I am very organized with time and will know what to do and when to do so! The space I have inside my house is pretty decent but I like to spend time outside anyways. I have a fenced yard and will watch as they play. If its okay for field trips, I usually take long walks on trails to explore and visit the doggy park for some time. Open to all preferences.

“Lori is excellent! Our energetic golden retriever stayed with Lori for a week. She greeted us at the door and allowed us to settle him in before we left for a week. She has a great, comfortable space for dogs, including a large fenced in yard. She has a friendly dog and was sure to introduce them slowly and safely. She made sure Louie was safe, even removing stuffed toys he might ingest. She takes the dogs for walks, including the dog park. She was a great communicator and even sent pics of the dogs playing. She also gave Louie a bath before we picked him up! We will definitely use Lori again. Couldn’t recommend her more.”
