“Yessenia was absolutely lovely to work with. She answered any questions we had as first time Rover customers in order to put us at ease. We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Yessenia sent us multiple pictures and updates over the weekend while she watched the dog. Though we brought some supplies, she was also prepared with her own if necessary. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. Our Rusty had never been cared for by a stranger up to this point. It was hard for us to leave her. That said, we would not only highly recommend Yessenia and her family to other dog owners, we will definitely reach out to Yessenia again if we need someone to board the dog. She even included a lovely note about the experience. Her thoughts were genuine, and it was nice for us to be reminded about the beauty of our dog whom we see every day.”

Sunny showed some separation anxiety on the first day, and Ivana was extremely patient with her and gave her the time she needed to settle in and feel comfortable. They require special care due to their age and the fact that they are rescues. We met with Pam before our trip and found her to be very pleasant, caring, and a wonderful dog mom. Our first impression of Pam was reinforced during our trip by the quality care that she gave our fur babies. She consistently sent us videos and kept us updated. I understand how a dog communicates it's needs, like when they need to go outside for the bathroom, or when they need to get their energy out with some playtime. About: For quite a few years I’ve taken care of dogs for family members, families all over Long Island and never disappointed! I’ve loved dogs all my life and still do. About: My family and I all love animals, so we applied to be pet's sitters at home care. We have a independent house with a yard, and there will always be someone at home 24 hours a day. The pets can move freely at home without too many restrictions. We have regularly clean to the house to ensure the clean and hygiene environment for all pets. I have over a year of experience in taking care of cats and over six years of experience in taking care of dogs. The longest time I took care of a cat was for two months. At the beginning, the cat would hide under the sofa for a week, but lately he became completely unrestrained and would lie on the bed together, play hide-and-seek with me, and explore every corner of the house. When the weather was good, the dogs could play freely in the yard. Welcome all cats and dogsto my home, we are the best friends of your pets! We can keep daily routine for all pet's. I am working part-time on weekends and I will come back at 4PM , but my family members are off on weekends. And my family members and I take care of all pets together. I can take very good care of Ypres I’m retired and so very open schedule i do have a grandson i care for and evenings are a little more difficult than daytime. About: Growing up we always had dogs and cats. I spent a lot of time with relatives who had more “exotic” pets ranging from degus to a Mali Uromastyx lizard not to mention the short-tailed opossum and various other small mammals.
