“I recently adopted a bunny and we were going away on vacation for a few days… we needed someone who was able to watch my her while we were gone. We had a very nice meet and greet with Julia and she was very flexible with where my rabbit would stay, as well as how much space she could roam around in. She offered a whole room, that would be gated at the door, for my bunny. Since the meet and greet went so well, we booked her for the days we would be traveling. She made sure there was a carpet for my bun’s feet so she wouldn’t be on the hardwood floor. She put baby plugs in the outlets so my bunny couldn’t get to them. I felt very comfortable leaving my bunny with Julia and her family, they were all very kind. They even put a camera in the room so when they weren’t with my bunny, they could always keep an eye on her. My bunny seemed very comfortable and happy with the situation and adjusted very well because of Julia’s hospitality. Julia offered everything she could to make sure my bunny had an amazing stay. We will definitely be booking Julia again!!”

“Meghan did a fantastic job. She came by to meet my two cats before I left for my trip. She was really friendly and sweet to my cats. She came each day and took great care of them and sent me meaningful updates letting me know about her visits. When I got home the place was just how I had left it. About: I’ve owned multiple animals threw out the years that range from little fluff balls to scaley creatures and I love my animals so so much!! I’m currently unemployed so I have all the time in the world to take care of my beloved animals, from feeding them and spoiling them and giving them love and affection. I have a fence for my animals and all of them are trained and go to bed in cages couse there a bit of trouble makers and like to make a mess at night.

About: I introduced my family at 16 with a Cat named Puddles. I seem to get almost with Cats and actually got My Mother’s cat to eat while she was away that cat only eats when she feeds him. She was shocked

When there was an interference with the pickup time, she was completely understanding and didn’t charge extra. I even told her about Poptart’s disliking of other cats, and she kept her in a room separate from her own and even offered to introduce my cat to hers to get her more accustomed to being around other cats in the future. About: I always loved having pets growing up. I grew up in the country so we had a lot of space for animals to be able to run around and be outside. Dogs, cats, birds...practically every creature you can imagine. Currently I have a cat of my own, and a friend’s dog who I watch fairly regularly. It works out well because I’m a very active person who likes to get outside as much as possible—hiking when the weather permits and bringing him along with me. This is in part due to my ever-changing, flexible schedule. About: Hi! I’m a passionate animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all personalities and needs. I have been on Rover for several years and am starting up my business again. I LOVE being outdoors and am always happy to take dogs on walks, to the park, or even spend time by the lake. I have a 6-year-old chihuahua mix named Ghost, who I fostered before adopting. I completely understand how to support dogs who may be a little “sassy” and just need extra patience and love...because trust me, chihuahua's have BIG personalities! Ghost also has Addison’s Disease, which has given me several years of experience managing daily medications and have been trained by my veterinarian on how to administer his monthly injections. I’m confident and comfortable caring for pets with medical or special needs. I’m also a volunteer with Happy Tails (Ontario County Humane Society), where I continue to deepen my commitment to animal care. In addition to dogs, I have a cat of my own and am happy to care for cats too, whether that’s feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, or just providing plenty of snuggles. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority! I’m currently working from home with a flexible schedule and can work around your schedule! I’m happy to stop by whenever is convenient for you. I prefer at least a day notice in advance if possible. I will follow whatever instructions you provide. Does your pup need a walk? Does he/she need to play fetch in the backyard? Or does he/she just need cuddles? I’m happy to provide multiple levels of care because I care about your pup!
About: I have owned Dogs all my life. I believe that immediate recall is the most important tool for all Dog owners. I also believe in challenging Dogs brains with games like find it hide and seek. A tired Dog at the end of each day is a happy Dog. I exercise my Dog every day. I have a Doberman she is the start and end to my Day. With high energy Dogs they need lots of body and mind stimulation to maintain a healthy Dog . I treat each Dog as if they were my own. Well trained well exercised and most importantly immediate recall. If your Dog doesn’t have immediate recall when I meet them. They will the first time I watch them. To me that is the most significant training tool for every Dog owners including myself.
About: I've been taking care of all kinds of not only dogs but animals in general since I was 5. Cats, rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets, fish, iguanas, all kinds of birds, snakes, etc. I've been a pet store manager for 8 years, providing quality care to these animals and finding them good homes. I've been a veterinarian assistant for a year, and am in school to become a technician. I am available most of the time! I am dedicated to helping you find the time you need while not having to worry about your fur babies! If house sitting is required, I can delegate more time to that (and your pets!). About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. It started with my family dog, along with family members dogs. I would walk them and feed them. I then got my own dogs that I do all care for. I started fostering with a local rescue in 2022. I’ve cared for dogs with medical issues. Anywhere from Seizure disorders, parasites and other various medical issues. I treat every dog that I care for as if they’re my own. I currently work full time, M-F 730a-330p. I am able to check in, walk, feed, etc, dogs before work, during my lunch and after work. I have 2 dogs of my own. We live in a 3 bedroom house. Unfortunately, I don’t have a fenced in yard. I do take my dogs on multiple walks everyday along with utilizing a tie out (if they want to stay out longer), and would do the same with yours, so they get some outside time.

“I recently adopted a bunny and we were going away on vacation for a few days… we needed someone who was able to watch my her while we were gone. We had a very nice meet and greet with Julia and she was very flexible with where my rabbit would stay, as well as how much space she could roam around in. She offered a whole room, that would be gated at the door, for my bunny. Since the meet and greet went so well, we booked her for the days we would be traveling. She made sure there was a carpet for my bun’s feet so she wouldn’t be on the hardwood floor. She put baby plugs in the outlets so my bunny couldn’t get to them. I felt very comfortable leaving my bunny with Julia and her family, they were all very kind. They even put a camera in the room so when they weren’t with my bunny, they could always keep an eye on her. My bunny seemed very comfortable and happy with the situation and adjusted very well because of Julia’s hospitality. Julia offered everything she could to make sure my bunny had an amazing stay. We will definitely be booking Julia again!!”

About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

We especially appreciate how communicative he was, quickly responding to our initial request, arranging a meet-and-greet, and then providing steady updates throughout Teddy's (9yo Pomeranian) stay. Upon meeting, David gave us the confidence that our small dog's safety and comfort was a priority, patiently listening to our lengthy and exhaustive introduction while Teddy made himself right at home. When we returned, Teddy settled right in and all of the pictures and videos during his stay were of a happy, contented creature in excellent hands.
