I was nervous to leave them for this amount of time especially because one is elderly and has some health issues. Janyl immediately put me at ease during our initial meet and greet. She was very thorough, asked great questions, and was clearly very knowledgable. Janyl had great intuition when it came to the cats' temperaments. She checked in with me daily, sent lots of pictures, and gave me a detailed run down of what she and the cats did each day. She even clipped their nails during her visit and vacuumed. About: I grew up with two cats, so I love cats as well as dogs. In 2019, I adopted an incredibly loving, gorgeous lab pit named Lucy, and she keeps me very active every day! She was a rescue dog, and although we were originally fostering her, I bonded with her too much to let her go. I’ve always been a natural introvert and have been drawn to the compassion of animals. I believe we can learn more about our own humanity through caring for animals. I look forward to meeting your amazing furry friends! About: I grew up with dogs and recently owned 2 rescued dogs. I have land around my home and access to a wooded area with trails for longer walks. I am comfortable with caring for dogs in any facet. I am a teacher and I am looking for summer work. I am free every day until late August. I am willing to walk your dog in your neighborhood or board a dog over night. I have a stake in my yard for when my daughter visits with her 35 lb. Dog. Previous bigger dogs were walked on a leash at all times. I usually walk my dogs 1-2x daily for up to a 1/2 hour.
About: I have 6+ years of taking care of my 2 jack Russell’s, neighbors dogs + cats in 3 different states and my boyfriends parents 2 cats (1 disabled). Promptly giving medicine to those animals in need for specific time, and patience tending to their attentions and needs. I work full time remote M-Thursday 8am-4pm with an hour and half lunch break each day. I work 3x a week part time on site and can be flexible as needed. About: (Saying up front that I am not comfortable using a prong collar, so if that’s something you use on your dog, I don’t believe I’m a right fit for the service you want. Please don’t invite me to your home and surprise me with a prong collar—I will not use it on your dog.) Now here’s my bio: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

When I got home about an hour after she had returned my furbabies from their walk they were excited to see me per usual but not jumping off the wall. I did get a movement alert from our camera facing the driveway, and it was her expertly handling both of my giant furbabies while leaving the house. About: I’ve taken care of everything from small cats to wolf dogs. I will be able to take care of your pets, they will be happy with me. I typically only work in the early morning at my regular job so I will have plenty of time for your furry babies. I can either stay with them or do check ins a few times per day. I care for your pets by going by whatever schedule or rules you set out. No matter what, I will do my best to make sure they are happy and safe.

She was able to keep him safe qnd happy and he got a ton if exercise and attention just like he was at home. We have even tried a doggy daycare and he was hurt while we were away. Jenna kept him safe. We will be using her again next month!”

“Ashley was absolutely amazing! She and her husband, Brian, took such good care of our girl. She got so much attention and was always so happy. We got daily elaborated updates with plenty of pictures. They listened to all our concerns and treated her like one of their dogs. They were so considerate and made the separation so much easier for us. We had a medical emergency and had to delay our return and without skipping a bit they agreed to take care for a few more days and even went above and beyond and got her the food that she needs. We returned to find her so happy and healthy and we will definitely leave her with them again!”

“Great care for our very newly rescued dog. Our dog has a multitude of issues related to a possibly of being abused. He was found on the streets and in a shelter for almost 1 year related to his behaviors and his breed. Tracy was great. She has a kind and gentle demeanor and experience with dog with these issues.
