They tend to be drawn to me, even a stray we took in chose me and had her kittens under my bed as a teen and she got hit by a car and I had to raise her 1 week old babies by myself with help from my mom. I’ve also cared for my mom’s senior pets. I have been “death doula” to two elder cats. I have had a robust life with them and I deeply respect them and love them. About: I absolutely adore animals but especially dogs, I worked at a dog kennel for two years, which has helped me to gain experience around dogs of any and all different sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments/requirements. I have been dog sitting/walking and doing overnight stays for 3 years and take great pride in taking care of your pet as if they’re my own! I am working part time at a kennel right now, however my shifts are very short (5 hours max but typically 2.5-3 hours). I get my schedule on a week to week basis, so if you want to guarantee that I have the availability to watch your pup, let me know at least 2 weeks in advance and I will happily request off from work to help you out (please still feel free to reach out even if its less than 2 weeks in advance, I likely will still be able to help you out). Having such short shifts, im available for pop-ins and walks the majority of the day, however there should be no problem with staying overnight as my latest shift is from 8:15-9:15pm at the kennel for let out. I will care for your pet as if it’s my own to ensure their safety and enjoyment for the time I am with them, as well as making sure your home is safe while you are away. About: My family has had dogs my whole life of different types and sizes, now I raise a mini Bernedoodle. I have taken multiple puppy training courses which I could apply to any age dog. I work in law enforcement. My schedule is flexible due to my job and I will update my availability ASAP according to my work schedule. I spoil my dog and will do the same for any that come into my home. No human food is my big rule. My Mini-Bernedoodle is just over one year now and raising her has been very rewarding. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. I love and understand them. I can provide the level of care I would have wanted for my dogs, which was customized and specific with lots of attention. I am a homebody and work from home. I’m used to caring for my dog daily, she sadly just passed at age 14. I’m transitioning in work from a high stress job to finding a more fulfilling path.
