“Ashley was very nice and helpful with watching our dog Blue while we were on vacation. She made sure Blue was comfortable and happy the entire time, and sent us a lot of great pictures and updates.”

“Kelly was absolutely amazing. We needed a dog sitter in a pinch, last minute. She met our dogs next day, then the day after we dropped them off. One of my girls has major anxiety amd super hyperactive. She took them for walks amd sent us pictures. Couldn't believe they were the same dogs! Highly recommend...”

“Kimberly and her family are amazing! Chyna was so happy to go and play with their dog for the weekend. She was worn out after her fun filled weekend. Would suggest her any time to any one! ”

“Monica was wonderful with our dog Bella. We were nervous about leaving her with anyone, and she eased all my concerns we got constant updates and pictures.. Bella had a wonderful time with her. Would definitely use her again!”

“Bev watched my chihuahua for the first time. She came home happy and playful. I could tell she had a wonderful time. Also Bev’s comment was she sure loves her tummy rubbed which I knew meant if all she wanted was Bev to rub her belly she really liked her and trusted her. I will definitely be using Bev again soon.”

“Jesse did a great job with our puppies. I can tell our boys are very happy and excited when they see him. Jesse has a very comfortable place for the dogs to stay and relax while we are gone and he treats them nicely.”

“Erica treats your babies just like her own babies ❤️ she also sends an update with pictures everyday. She was absolutely great with my girls and made them as comfortable as she could. Will definitely be using her for any of my trips that my girls can’t come with!”

“We just picked up our pup from her first stay with Monica and it was a success! I appreciated the daily photo and video updates that Monica was so kind to send. Our CareBear acclimated instantly and was treated wonderfully. We will definitely be using her again down the road when we have future road trips. Thank you again Monica for making us feel so comfortable leaving our furry friend with you from the initial meet and greet to the actual stay!”

“Julie is the best ,she took care of our dogs so well.. it was our first time leaving our pet babies alone and we couldn’t thank her enough for always keep us giving updates about them and for everything thing..Julie , her baby girl and her husband all are extremely sweet people.. i will definitely always send my pet babies to her only. Thankyou so much”

“Rusty was clearly very happy when my husband and I picked him up, we could see in his eyes that he had a great calm time around sierra and her husband. We would definitely consider doggy sitting with them again 🥰”

“Melissa and Gregory were incredible! This was our first time using Rover and they put us immediately at ease. They welcomed our rambunctious puppy into their home with open arms, making us feel confident that he would be well taken care of. He had some tummy troubles going on when we had to leave and they were so understanding, telling us not to worry. He made a mess in his crate one night because of this and they were so understanding, not bothered at all. They cooked up his brat diet (ground beef and rice) for several days until his stomach was working better. Leo came back to us healthy and happy. I highly recommend Melissa and Greg - they are just super!”

“Arlo, our weim has stayed with Joan and Tim multiple times now and they are absolutely amazing. Arlo is always so well cared for, happy, and relaxed when we get home. They’re reliable, communicative, and truly love what they do. We trust them completely and feel so lucky to have found them! Highly recommend!”

“Courtney provided wonderful care for our dog during a lengthy two week stay. She was constantly in communication with us, sent an abundant amount of photos, and made sure our pup felt right at home. We will definitely using her again for future needs and I highly recommend her to others!”

“Erika and her husband took fantastic care of my little senior chihuahua. They made sure he got all his medicine and special diet. I knew he was in the right place when he seemed so comfortable at their house. ( He is generally very shy around new people and pets.) He got his daily walks in their fenced yard. It was very comforting to know he had a secure place to wander around since his vision and hearing is impaired. They are also genuinely sweet people who obviously love animals. Also fantastic that they are generally home during the day to supervise the pets. A+++ experience. Will definitely use their services in the future!”

“My puppy had a fabulous time with Danielle! This was a wonderful first-time experience using Rover. I felt like Danielle really knew how to take care of my dog and was super comfortable leaving her in her care. I appreciated all the pics and updates too. Thank you so much!!!”

“Sierra was phenomenal with our two cats even going above and beyond when one of them had some digestive issues while we were gone. 100% would trust again with our pets.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was a child. They tend to be drawn to me, even a stray we took in chose me and had her kittens under my bed as a teen and she got hit by a car and I had to raise her 1 week old babies by myself with help from my mom. I’ve also cared for my mom’s senior pets. I have been “death doula” to two elder cats. I have had a robust life with them and I deeply respect them and love them. I can give space when needed, I can give extra attentive love if needed. I’m good at reading the room with the critters.
“Rachel took such great care of my Loki and my apartment while I was gone. She was so wonderful with him and being able to inject him with the insulin daily. So thankful for her help!”

About: I have been sitting for animals on the side for about 3 years. I am currently attending school for pre veterinary science! I adore animals, my background lies within cats mainly but adore dogs and have testimonies from friends and family who report reliable care, thorough communication and attention to detail! I would love to sit for your cat or dog while you enjoy time away!! I manly handle weekend getaways or short trips! We can work out a flexible price that works for the both of us! I’ll meet you where you’re at. I will be free most of the time during the summer from May-September! I love when my pets sleep with me, cuddle and love to play! I cannot get enough belly rubs or tug of war time with my pups and quiet lap time and zoomies with my kitties! I will make sure your pup or kitty is enriched at all times while maintaining a healthy balance of rest and hydration.

“I can't say enough about Jessica and her compassionate, attentive nature. We were away for the longest we've been from our Lil' bud and she made sure to give him so much care. Her updates and photos left us giggling and confident Buddy was well cared for.”

About: I absolutely adore animals but especially dogs, I worked at a dog kennel for two years, which has helped me to gain experience around dogs of any and all different sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments/requirements. I have been dog sitting/walking and doing overnight stays for 3 years and take great pride in taking care of your pet as if they’re my own! I am working part time at a kennel right now, however my shifts are very short (5 hours max but typically 2.5-3 hours). I get my schedule on a week to week basis, so if you want to guarantee that I have the availability to watch your pup, let me know at least 2 weeks in advance and I will happily request off from work to help you out (please still feel free to reach out even if its less than 2 weeks in advance, I likely will still be able to help you out). Having such short shifts, im available for pop-ins and walks the majority of the day, however there should be no problem with staying overnight as my latest shift is from 8:15-9:15pm at the kennel for let out. I will care for your pet as if it’s my own to ensure their safety and enjoyment for the time I am with them, as well as making sure your home is safe while you are away. I will follow any and all instructions that are given to me to guarantee everything runs smoothly and that your pup has a great and safe time!

“Danielle is awesome! She exudes dog-people-ness: our dog was immediately comfortable in her home (and with her!) and she did a lovely job of caring for him/delivering him home at the end of his visit. We received adorable photos and felt entirely confident he was in great hands all day. Thanks Danielle!!”
“This is my second time writing a review. Sarah is THAT astounding 🤩 I’m so grateful to have found her on this app. My fur baby always leaves so content and falls asleep right away because of how much Sarah plays with her and keeps her active during her stay. 10/10 would recommend Sarah to EVERYONE! ❤️🐕🦺”

About: I’m a fun, patient, attentive and big-hearted animal lover with a lifetime of experience caring for pets. Growing up with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and reptiles, I’ve developed a deep understanding of their needs. I’ve cared for pets ranging from reptiles and fish, to senior dogs and cats, to puplies and brand new kittens. At 19, I adopted my first dog, a Bull Mastiff, and raised him from a 6-week-old puppy to a 140-pound adult. I’ve also cared for my family’s cats after my mother passed, and I lovingly adopted a 12-year-old Cairn Terrier, providing him with care until his passing at 16.5 years. While I have no formal training, I have a natural ability to train animals with patience and love, always using a firm yet gentle approach. I’m experienced in handling a variety of species, including reptiles like ball pythons and geckos, and have even assisted with rescuing wildlife. What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals, my diverse experience, and my ability to provide both playful and responsible care. Your pet will feel loved, safe, and well-cared for with me! I live alone, lost the last of my own critters, and am a seasonal traveler. I go to Argentina for a couple months every winter so I can’t responsibly own pets of my own, but I am built to be around them! I need animals in my life so this is as much for me as it is for you. I work remotely so I have a lot of flexibility especially when it comes to sitting or walking from my home or town. I can be very attentive to your animal to whatever fits their comfort level. I am very active so am I game for hikes, walks, and lots of playing, but can also enjoy a nice sit and snuggle with an elderly friend. I live alone so there would be no triggers from children, other animals, etc. once they’re in my house. I live walking distance from several trails and parks. I also love taking dogs for car rides! Whatever they wish. I am very attentive so I ensure your baby will be content and cared for to the best of our ability.

“We were just passing through on a road trip and landed tickets to see the Bills play so this was a last minute book. Sierra was wonderful with our Bella who has separation anxiety. She took it slow with Bella and soon Sierra had her eating (she has NEVER eaten a meal when we are not there with her), going for walks, and napping. I can tell Sierra was great with Bella because she was happy when we picked her up and went right to sleep when we got home.”

“Lauren was amazing. I work long hours & she was always ready to watch Maggie early in the morning until evening. I really appreciated her being so kind to my dog. Maggie loved her!”

“Carol is truly a dog lover! It is great that she took our last minute booking as we came in to town to sightsee. Our girl was very well taken care of giving us some free time!”

“We now call Dena, Aunt Dena, because for the short 8 weeks we were in Buffalo for work she and her family became Goose’s family. I can not say enough kind things about her and her family, all around great people and caretakers. I am positive that Goose misses his friends in Buffalo, I know I do, and hope to one day be back to visit. I am so thankful for all the time, commitment, and love she put into Goose.”

“I’m anxious to leave my dogs with others, but I could tell upon meeting Monica that they would be ok. She is a very sweet lady who obviously loves dogs and made ours feel at home in her comfortable home and nice fenced-in yard. In every way Monica was awesome! Anyone should feel comfortable leaving their dogs in her care.”

“Ashley is so kind and educated. She made me feel so comfortable leaving my pups with her. She is patient and understanding of dog behaviors and boundaries and was willing to accommodate with love. We traveled to her from Indiana and will use her again on our next trip and strongly recommend that you do the same!”

“David and Cathy were brilliant when it came to watching Ruby for two days. They really helped in putting my mind at ease and seeing they had a loving home and a companion for my pup to play with only furthered this notion. They were flexible and worked around my schedule allowing me to make last minute changes and I certainly intend to utilize their services again in the future.”

“Rosalyn was exactly what you want in a doggy sitter and went above and beyond to make Marli’s very few experiences away from home exceptional! Marli and their doggy Lilly had a great day together. “Sierra could not have been better! As a first time Rover user with a dog that can be quite a handful, while also traveling out of state for a week+, my wife and I were a little worried. The experience was stress-free, my dog loved her, and Sierra went above and beyond in many ways. I would recommend Sierra to anyone and we are so glad we have found someone that can watch our little guy. Pretty sure our little guy was a little sad to see us walking in the door and not Sierra when we returned home.”

I go for daily walks on the walking path and of a stroller is needed, I have that too! And a wagon! I have two big fields where I live set far back from the road, a backyard and a walking path behind the townhouse. I can provide a safe, caring and catered environment for your dog while your away.
About: Animal experience includes working at a grooming shop and walking and babysitting a handful of dogs for several years, as well as always having dogs of my own. I have experience and am comfortable with big, small, shy, nervous, aggressive, sick, traumatized and old animals, so I can handle whatever your pet might throw my way. And I love to run; I'm happy to run with your dog if they want. I'm also comfortable administering medications, transporting animals, bathing, and following training instructions. Most importantly, my clients have always trusted me to be an honest and dependable person. Can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! I work short shifts and am pretty flexible at the moment. Available for drop in visits and walks. Message me and we will make it work. I follow instructions left by you, to keep your pet and home safe and your pet comfortable. Happy to take outside, feed, walk, and administer meds.
About: Although I've never personally owned a dog, I have experience with pet sitting and walking dogs that belong to my freinds and family members. I am confident that my love for animals and my ability to follow instructions will ensure the safety and happiness of your dog! I work full-time Monday-Friday, however my work schedule is hybrid so it allows me to be flexible to cater to your needs! I am also free all day most Saturdays and Sundays. When I am in a client's home I am always respectful and professional. I understand the importance of following instructions and I promise to take care of your furbaby like they are my own!
About: I have worked in the veterinary field for 4 years as a vet technician and now embarking on a new career within the pet field. I have fostered over 100 dogs in the last 8 years, young and old, healthy and some with medical needs. I love all fur babies big and small and look forward to this new chapter. I run a small hobby farm and am home 24/7 so available all day to relieve animals for potty breaks or playtime. With animals of my own we are sure to get them the exercise or needs met. I have a large fenced in backyard or a long tie out for those that can jump or climb fencing. I have some playful fur pets that can keep them company or a separate living room if your animal needs his or her own space.
“Mary is the best! She is super kind, patient, and reliable. I appreciate all the photos and feedback she gives when watching our dog! She truly seems to love spending time with our dog. We are very appreciative to have her help us regularly with our current dog and past dog.”

“Tatyjana was phenomenal! She took great care of our 8 month old corgi, Poke, during his walk and was careful to not let our 3 year old indoor cat outside during the process! She is very professional, and made sure to keep us updated from the start of the walk to it’s finish. We will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future.”

“Jesse did a great job with our puppies. I can tell our boys are very happy and excited when they see him. Jesse has a very comfortable place for the dogs to stay and relax while we are gone and he treats them nicely.”

“My dog Jordan was well taken care of. I highly recommend Raisa for dog boarding. She let me know how my pup was doing and sent pictures. She was very kind and I am grateful to have found her. Would definitely go through her again. 10/5 stars!”

“What a great experience. We have never used the over night service before but will definitely be doing it again. Jordan and Nathan were wonderful and were so great to our Winnie. I am pretty sure she didn’t want to come home bc she had doggie friends at there house. They will be our only family we use for as long as they let us. Highly recommend. Thanks again.”
