About: I have had many dogs over the years and have trained and cared for all ages and stages. I have experience with reactive dogs, resource guarding, post surgery care, wound care, and medication. I have medic training and am not squeamish when it comes to wounds or illnesses. Public meet ups take place at Ryder park in Dewitt or Canal Landing in Fayetteville. When requesting please provide date and times you are free to meet. I do not offer tours of my home. After a public meet up I can arrange a tour of the yard if needed. This is for safety of dogs and people. Taking a break from the 9-5 job and staying home hanging with the dogs. Have availability to take on a few more dogs due to the passing of my current clients pets. Dogs are unique with their own needs and boundaries. I have a fully fenced back yard that dogs can access using a doggy door. Each dog (or family if siblings want to be together) are booked into their own room that is set up for their specific needs. The dogs gets to decompress and given whatever space they need to be happy and relaxed. I have crates of every size if the dog needs one. I do not crate unless there is a safety concern. Dogs have free reign of the house and yard as long as I am home. If I am not home the dogs are in their rooms which are video monitored (maximum of ~4 hours). The rooms are closed off with gates so dogs have open view of hallways. I use TV or music to create background noise. Dogs do not interact without supervision and any dog introduction is done slowly and never forced. The house is large enough that should a conflict arise the dogs can be placed in separate levels of the house and not interact. When dogs stay with me I see them as my dogs and treat them as family.

She took the time to get to know our dog’s personality and little quirks, which immediately put us at ease. Throughout the stay, we received consistent updates, photos, and thoughtful check-ins that made it so easy to relax knowing our pup was in such great hands. It honestly felt like our dog was on their own little vacation. What really stood out was the level of detail and effort. Becky and her daughter went above and beyond in every way. Whether it was sticking to her feeding and supplement schedules, making sure our dog got plenty of love and attention, extra attention to her needs (it was a change of seasons aka shedding time and they gave her lots of extra care and brushing to keep her comfortable!), it was all so appreciated. It’s not easy to trust someone with your pet, but I would 100% book Becky again without hesitation and recommend her to absolutely anyone. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own, you’ve found the one!”

“Our plans fell through at the last minute for Rory and Rachel was very flexible for the stay. Rory was initially sad that we were leaving her but after just one night with Rachel and her family, Rory was sad to be leaving them. It was clear that Rachel took great care of Rory during the stay! “Thomas had our 1 1/2 year old German Shepherd Tobie for a weekend and was absolutely amazing with him! He communicated with us, sent pictures & updates daily. “11/10. My dog had such a great time with Jose, it’s like she’s the one who had a vacation! Jose is extremely good about communicating and sending pictures, and it was a really nice experience to receive updates throughout my dog’s stay without needing to prompt for them. My dog had ample space to get her energy out, and with an additional bonus of having an active sitter to do activities with, there was never a doubt that she was receiving anything less than the care I’d provide her at home. I recommend Jose to anyone looking for a reliable sitter, a comfortable stay for their pet(s), and peace of mind—my dog is certainly looking forward to another stay!”
