About: From young age I've been responsible for many types of animals. I have experience with dogs and puppies, cats and kittens, cows and calfs, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, iguana, fish, frogs, turtles, salamanders, etc. I currently have one medium dog who lost his litter mate in December 2023. I'm a stay at home dog Mom. We both have lots of energy for walks and hikes. I live on a 1 mile dirt, seasonal, dead end road with lake frontage and massive yard for playing hide and seek in the trees and hunting squirrels. My dog is dog friendly, loves playmates. All sizes and breeds welcome I work from home 8 am - 5-pm and with my children grown I have time to help others when they need dog sitting. I have two female Yorkies and a female Bernese Mountain Dog. All very friendly. About: I love all animals big and small! I have a variety of experience. I grew up taking care of a Rottweiler and currently have a pit and two cats. I have worked in the past and consistently cared for a deaf and diabetic dog to include administering insulin. I have volunteered at shelters, fostered numerous dogs to include a deaf dog with seizures, interned at a wildlife rehab center for a year, and worked at the Philadelphia Zoo taking care of the goats yard. I worked for 3 years at VIP pet care holding the animals, administering shots , microchips, blood draws and supervising the clinics. I love hiking and anything outdoors so walking your pup would be great for both your pup and myself! 🙂 I’m currently working full time and another part time job so am currently only offering walking services to work around my busy schedule. “Oreo loved his stay, I dropped him off on both Saturday and Sunday for a few hours ! Each day , she responded immediately and let me bring him very short notice! She was amazing with him, she sent pictures during his stay ,i can tell he enjoyed the walks ( he’s used to walks in the city not country walks) she kept him on schedule and I loved to see him interact with the other dogs , the new environment , and the love and care Andrea effortlessly gave to Oreo. Having volunteered with Legacy Humane Society based in McKinney, Texas as a foster, mentor, board member, event planner, social media lead and more, I've gained knowledge and learned so much! I am familiar with medications, oral and injectable and comfortable administering if needed. I have fostered pregnant dogs, birthed litters and raised them, fostered 150 lb great danes and a 15 lb chihuahua. Our most recent two pets were a black lab that passed away of old age and currently own a 40 lb mutt. I love dogs and miss fostering since we travel on the road. I have also helped care for my Mom's 90 lb Cane Corso who had to have insulin injections twice per day.

I grew up with my mother whom bred and showed various different breeds of dogs as well as we kept a small mixed livestock farm. I have worked as an equine manager, I have worked at TSC, and currently am employed at a veterinary clinic where I was originally working with boarders. Please be upfront with any triggers or quirks so I know exactly how to take care of your pet. *The meet & greet is a FREE service to ensure we're all a good fit for each other before the stay. About: I am a Dog Lover. I available in the winter November 1 to March 31. I have always had a dog. Now I work long hours in the summer so in the winter I can get my dog fix by caring for yours while you head south for your holiday. I only take in 1 pet and 3 walks a day in rural Rea on island. My winter project while you head south I provide loving stable home. I only have one boarder at a time so they get 100% of my attention. We walk alot everyday In rural area. On leash or off leash depending on your dog's training. Routine is Important and so is fresh air!

I am currently working part time hours at my job but I have lots of availability and can accommodate pretty much anything! I’d love to get to know your fur babies! My mom and I have a fenced in backyard and a very nice neighborhood for walking if you plan on having your pets stay with me. We are occasionally doing this together since I work part time already she is also very pet friendly. I am very vigilant on making sure they get there play time in and walks.
