About: Greetings. I’ve had a best friend who was with me everyday for 15 years. I was with her from the beginning to the end. I am sensitive to the needs of our dogs and always very aware of our surroundings. I’m ultra aware of the cayotes up here and all their tricks. With the new smells and distractions for some dogs that are not from here I always feel safer to keep them on leash during our walks. I live alone in a quiet cabin on a quiet street, no traffic and no neighbors. Big fenced back yard and a small gated front porch. I know all the trails in Sierra track as well as the whole area. I’m very flexible and will take care of all the little things that are needed and the unexpected ones that pop up. I know how stressfull it can be traveling and then leaving your best friend with someone. I will communicate with you and make it easy and stress free. It’s a big adjustment not having my sweet girl Francis. I was so used to waking up and she was there, or coming home and she was sitting in my spot waiting for me. Honestly this is good for me having a dog around. It’s helping with this process I’m going through. I am very flexible and available almost anytime and on short notice if life happens. I know how that goes. I know the trails and areas to go that are safe and fun. Im an early riser, and I enjoy mornings walks when it’s nice and quiet with no traffic or crowds of people. I have no problem with taking the pup with me in the car to run a quick errand or even better a day trip somewhere. Some dogs love car rides with the window down and nose out. And some do not. It’s all optional, absolutely no problems leaving him or her at home while I’m out for a sec. I primarily work from home and would be with him/her almost all the time. My dog Francis was a little attached. Maybe loyal is a better word. I was very lucky with her and didn’t have to worry too much. But I learned to never ever let anything happen to her. Very aware of our environment. Cars, other dogs, cayotes, bees , bodies of water and all weather conditions, hot pavement and even to always avoid the drains/grates in the roads ect. I’m not disactred by my phone or anything else. I’ll only feed what the owner approves.

“Tim T. is amazing! He got us out of a real bind. We were away from home for a wedding. We found out the day before the wedding that we could not leave our dogs in our hotel room. By some miracle, Tim happened to be available with less than a day notice. He picked up our dogs at the hotel. Usually one of our dogs takes a while to warm up to new people. We were nervous but Tim is some sort of dog whisperer! In no time at all, the dogs were in his car and off for a day of fun. They spent the day taking a drive, then a hike, and then relaxing in the lap of luxury at Tim's house. We got photos throughout the day and it was obvious that Tim was the dogs' new favorite person. We were able to enjoy the wedding stress free. Tim returned the dogs to us late at night. It couldn't have been easier. Our only regret is that we live too far away to make Tim our regular sitter. If he's available, don't hesitate! We'd give Tim more stars if we could!”

About: As lifelong dog owners ourselves, we understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. We have experience volunteering at the humane society, and have spent the last few years pet sitting dogs with different personalities, routines, and needs. Whether they need long walks, playtime, or just some cuddles on the couch, our goal is to stick to your dog's normal routine and treat them like one of our own. Dan and I both work in the restaurant industry, which gives us a flexible schedule. We work 3–4 days a week and often work opposite shifts, so one of us is usually home or available throughout the day. If we do work the same day, our shifts are in the evening, so we still have the entire morning and afternoon to spend with your pet. We make it a priority to provide plenty of attention, playtime, and love so your pet feels comfortable with us. We want every pet to feel at home while in our care. We have a fenced-in backyard and live just minutes from the marsh and beach, which gives us plenty of opportunities for walks, outdoor adventures, and playtime. If your dog prefers to be the only pet or does not do well with other dogs, we are happy to provide care in your home instead. We understand that every owner has their own routines and expectations, and we will always respect your instructions and your pet’s needs. About: I have owned a dog years ago. Miss having them around. I am only a dog aunt now. I am very active and love walks, runs, playing on the beach. I currently am not working and have more availability until August 19th. Starting then, I will be unavailable 7:30-3 Monday-Friday. I enjoy taking dogs for a walk in the morning and evening time. I live a pretty active lifestyle. I don’t mind taking your dog for a hike. I provide a safe, comfortable environment for pets, including a dedicated guest room where they can sleep. Air conditioning is available during warmer weather to ensure your pet's comfort. I also offer in home pet care and can travel to your residence if preferred. Pets in my care receive plenty of attention and exercise, including two daily walks, one in the morning and one in the evening. While I do not have a fenced yard, I am located less than 10 minutes from Kiva Beach and am happy to take dogs there for additional outdoor time and enrichment

I’ve spent the past year working as a vet tech at a local veterinary hospital, so I’m very comfortable around dogs and cats. If your animal is every hurt or sick, I am qualified to take care, and watch over them. I’m used exercising, cleaning up after, and giving medications to animals. As far as exercising your pet, it can range from short or long walks, trail walks, runs, or playing with toys, depending on what they need/like. I've cared for sensitive, young, old, special needs and difficult dogs over the years, and know some require more patience and attention than others. Giving medicine, preparing special diets, providing mentally stimulating activity and preventing dogs from over exertion after surgery are all tasks I've done as a dedicated pet owner for a variety of small and large dog breeds. I'm currently a full-time student at LTCC and work for the Wilderness Education and Outdoor Leadership AA Degree Program. My schedule is flexible and I can work from home part time. I can take an hour break often to check in on pets. I care for pets in clients' homes and can take them out on adventures when appropriate. I often have dogs come visit my house on a field trip. I live near Reagan Beach and enjoy hiking the local trails. Typically go for 3 mile hikes for about an hour in the morning or afternoon.
About: Hi I’m Maddie! I’m 27 years old and lifetime Animal lover. I have a pittie named Hazel Grace, and a cat named Asher! I have worked at a doggie daycare & kennel since I was 14, I also volunteer with a pitbull resuce. I am available for walks, daytime visits with your pet and even overnight visits. About: As a lover of animals, I find working with dogs to have purpose and meaning. I love witnessing the spirit and personalities of each individual dog and getting to know them and their needs. I have cared for English Springer Spaniels, German Shepherds, Huskies, Vizslas, Basset Hounds, and Mixed Breeds. Presently, I live in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a variety of trails and a dog park. Typically I like to take dogs for long walks (2-6 miles), however I also take into consideration their personal abilities (age, size, health, energy levels etc). I do have my own border collie mix named Stevie Nicks! She is 7 years old and my running buddy! I do have a full time job but also have flexibility with my schedule. I am very easily able to meet the requests of pet owners. I care for pets in their home as I would in my own home. For house sitting, I do aim to leave your home in better condition than when I arrived. I frequently launder linens, wash dishes, sweep, vacuum and mop before leaving a care site.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I got my own 10 years ago. I have experience dogsitting for many families and have experience taking care of my own dogs as well. I have experience bathing dogs, feeding, walking, and playing! I am reliable, good at following a routine, and want to make you feel as comfortable as possible to leave your precious pet in my care. I am not working at the moment so have complete open availability starting in late August! I also have experience pet sitting while being in school and/or working at the same time, and am good at balancing my schedule to be able to prioritize good care of your pet! I will only be offering the service of house sitting and watching your dogs at your home. I think this is better so they can be in an environment they know and are comfortable with. I will spend time with them there and can follow the routine you have already set up!
