A few days before the boarding, Honey got a little infection and had to be put on antibiotics and anti-inflammatories and with last min notice Sheena said it would be no problem and made sure honey got her meds! I felt so reassured and my mind was at ease all throughout our trip. Holly & Mark sent updates throughout the day and they even included pictures! At some point, our pup was showing signs that she might have an ear infection but Holly & Mark sent me all the information on what they were doing to help our little girl. They even offered to take her to the vet! I can sing praises all day. I haven’t even mentioned that they had to practically hand-feed our finicky eater in order for her to get her food for the day. Morgan had so much fun with their pups and I know she’ll always be in good hands with Holly & Mark. We will definitely have them watch Morgan again!”

She would update us multiple times a day, which was helped our daughter feel better about leaving her cat for so long and it being the first time she had stayed with someone else. “It was my first time using a doggy daycare service. I had found Naoko at the very last minute and she was so accommodating. I had the best experience, I’m sure Eli did too 😆 Naoko sent me frequent updates and the cutest photos of Eli. He looked so happy! Her home was also very clean and the backyard was beautiful and huge for Eli to run around and play. I felt reassured that Eli was well taken cared of. I have a decent sized yard for Las Vegas, but still enjoy regular trips to Mt. Charleston to let the pup explore on-leash. My home has a dog door, although it’s surprising how some dogs just don’t take to it (and others do, despite their size).

“Overall super pawsitive experience! Honey and Buzz had fun. A few days before the boarding, Honey got a little infection and had to be put on antibiotics and anti-inflammatories and with last min notice Sheena said it would be no problem and made sure honey got her meds! Sheena also does have grooming packages if you want your little to be nice a fresh when you bring them home! Love it!”

“Love love LOVE our rover sitter, Kim. This was the second time we used her and she IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Trustworthy, amiable and phenomenal. Our dogs, Maximus and Miska LOVES going to her for visits. While they were there, they got a ton of time playing and running in her yard with her fur babies Lola and Cordie. Through the whole process, Kim sent us multiple pictures and videos of our dog’s stay and she was great with communicating to us. We could truly see how happy they were and how much fun they were having. This makes it sooo easy for us when we have to leave them for vacation because we know that they will be well-taken care of with Kim. She cares sooo much for our dogs that she even made them cute Christmas bandanas.
