All first time meetings must be made at least two days prior to the appointed booking. If you're in need of overnight stays, the extended care rate is required to be added on top of my regular rate. Be advised that every pet must be listed for a booking to ensure their safety, as stated in Rover's pet coverage policy. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation or denial of the booking, as well as a report being sent out to Rover support. I also monitor behavior closely to ensure they’re adjusting well. In a client’s home, I respect your space and maintain your pet’s normal routine as much as possible. I keep things tidy, follow all care instructions carefully, and provide updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I’m also comfortable with administering medications, caring for puppies who need structure and training reinforcement, and supporting senior pets who may need extra patience, gentle handling, or special care.

“Overall super pawsitive experience! Honey and Buzz had fun. A few days before the boarding, Honey got a little infection and had to be put on antibiotics and anti-inflammatories and with last min notice Sheena said it would be no problem and made sure honey got her meds! Sheena also does have grooming packages if you want your little to be nice a fresh when you bring them home! Love it!”
