“So glad Teeda was available for our 5 day stay in a non- dog house in Tahoe. She is such a great person and did a great job with my big 40lb puppy. In fact, when we took our pup for one of the days in the middle of her stay and then brought her back in the evening, our pup was excited and so willing to go back w Teeda and went right into her car! Teeda's house is dog paradise and you can tell she is such a dog lover. She is kind, funny and down to earth. As a first time puppy mommy it meant the world to me that Teeda sent lots of pictures and texts. I had such confidence that my baby was being well taken care of. Teeda was also flexible and caring, understanding that our schedule was a little up in the air. She is the equivalent of Mary Poppins for dogs- she was like the magic solution to all of my worries last week.”

About: Greetings. I’ve had a best friend who was with me everyday for 15 years. I was with her from the beginning to the end. I am sensitive to the needs of our dogs and always very aware of our surroundings. I’m ultra aware of the cayotes up here and all their tricks. With the new smells and distractions for some dogs that are not from here I always feel safer to keep them on leash during our walks. I live alone in a quiet cabin on a quiet street, no traffic and no neighbors. Big fenced back yard and a small gated front porch. I know all the trails in Sierra track as well as the whole area. I’m very flexible and will take care of all the little things that are needed and the unexpected ones that pop up. I know how stressfull it can be traveling and then leaving your best friend with someone. I will communicate with you and make it easy and stress free. It’s a big adjustment not having my sweet girl Francis. I was so used to waking up and she was there, or coming home and she was sitting in my spot waiting for me. Honestly this is good for me having a dog around. It’s helping with this process I’m going through. I am very flexible and available almost anytime and on short notice if life happens. I know how that goes. I know the trails and areas to go that are safe and fun. Im an early riser, and I enjoy mornings walks when it’s nice and quiet with no traffic or crowds of people. I have no problem with taking the pup with me in the car to run a quick errand or even better a day trip somewhere. Some dogs love car rides with the window down and nose out. And some do not. It’s all optional, absolutely no problems leaving him or her at home while I’m out for a sec. I primarily work from home and would be with him/her almost all the time. My dog Francis was a little attached. Maybe loyal is a better word. I was very lucky with her and didn’t have to worry too much. But I learned to never ever let anything happen to her. Very aware of our environment. Cars, other dogs, cayotes, bees , bodies of water and all weather conditions, hot pavement and even to always avoid the drains/grates in the roads ect. I’m not disactred by my phone or anything else. I’ll only feed what the owner approves.

About: Hi there! My name is Andi, I’m a ski patroller and avalanche rescue dog handler at Heavenly. I’m on Rover to look for part time work while getting to do something I love, be with animals. I’m a full time ski patroller in the winter and an EMT in the summer. I grew up with and helped raise an few animals in my family, volunteered at my local SPCA and have several years of experience dog sitting and walking. I can take dogs on walks, trail running or swimming, I love anything outdoors. I am a certified EMT and although I do not have education in dog healthcare specifically, I would consider my medical and rescue skills as expert. I currently have a 10 month old black lab puppy that is in training to be an avalanche rescue dog and have worked with the other dogs on our team with training, obedience and avalanche rescue skills. About: I have had dogs 🐕 n my life since a child either my own or cared for my friends dogs. They will always be a necessary part of my life. I recently had to send my beautiful golden retriever to the Rainbow Bridge after 13 1/2 years. My schedule is flexible as I work on call part time. If I’m away from my home it’s never very long. I’m a Notary Signing Agent as well. I live alone in a single family home with a fenced yard and a doggie door. My routine is taking walks in the morning usually after breakfast.

By some miracle, Tim happened to be available with less than a day notice. He picked up our dogs at the hotel. Usually one of our dogs takes a while to warm up to new people. We were nervous but Tim is some sort of dog whisperer! In no time at all, the dogs were in his car and off for a day of fun. They spent the day taking a drive, then a hike, and then relaxing in the lap of luxury at Tim's house. We got photos throughout the day and it was obvious that Tim was the dogs' new favorite person. We were able to enjoy the wedding stress free. Tim returned the dogs to us late at night. It couldn't have been easier. Our only regret is that we live too far away to make Tim our regular sitter. About: I’ve had pets my whole life- from cats and dogs, to hedgehogs and birds. My cat had kittens when I was in 2nd grade and since then I have loved all aspects of pet care and find it extremely rewarding. About: Aside from having pets all my life, I worked in a vet office as a Registered Vet Tech for 8 years until deciding to be a stay at home mom with my two children. We currently have two dogs of our own that are very social and friendly “Betty” the lab and “June” the Boston/Pug. We are stay at home, homeschooling family that will be able to offer your pet lots of love, kindness, play time, and snuggles. All pets will be given a predictable routine and walks if desired. Since I’m a stay at home mom, I am always there to care for your pets. They will be given potty breaks at a minimum of every 2 hours. I have a fenced yard, lots of green grass and shade to stretch those legs and burn energy. My two playful dogs love the company and are always willing to make new friends. For cats, I do prefer to kennel them but they will have lots of opportunities to come out for play and affection. I feel this is the safest option for them. All pets are kept indoors except for play and potty time (cats are always kept indoors).

I love being outdoors, and I also have a dog that LOVES puppy play dates, as long as you’re okay with that of course! I work 7:30-2:00 monday through Friday. About: Hi there! My name is Haley! I am a wife and mother and have been a long time animal lover since I was a little girl. I have always had the biggest passion for animals, before I even understood what that meant! I have pet-sat previously and I haven't met a dog that I haven't had an incredible connection with! I am currently a stay at home mom with my 2 year old son, who also LOVES dogs! We spend so much of our time outside, going on walks and getting energy out at the park - I would love to be your Pet Sitter and help out any way that I can! Our schedule is pretty consistent! In my house, we are either going for a walk when it's cool outside, playing in our fenced backyard with sprinklers and a doggy pool, or playing at the park and getting all of our energy out - or all of the above in one day! Being outside is our jam! I treat all animals with massive love and respect, they will get all of the attention they need in my care! The safety and happiness of your dog will be my #1 priority!
About: I’ve had pets my whole life- from cats and dogs, to hedgehogs and birds. My cat had kittens when I was in 2nd grade and since then I have loved all aspects of pet care and find it extremely rewarding. I am comfortable with dog walking, and any activity with pets of all ages. As an owner of pets myself, I know what makes a happy pet and am available for walks or sitting! I currently do feeding visits and walks for my friend’s pets while they’re away and am looking to expand to do it more often. I am new to the area and have yet to find a full time job so my schedule is very flexible for pet care at any time! I currently have two 4 year old cats in my home but have a good amount of space to be able to keep pets seperated if needed. I live in a friendly neighborhood with a small back patio and enjoy walks through town or on my walking trail behind my house! I have a lot of experience walking my own dogs throughout my life and feel comfortable with any level of care they may need.

About: I've had dogs my whole life, and I'm experienced with a wide range of breeds and temperaments. We currently have one mellow rescue pitty, a chihuahua and two cats in our home. I strongly believe in the pack leader philosophy on dog behavior, and that lack of exercise is the number one cause of unwanted behavior. Your dog will get plenty of love and exercise here! I am happy to help with basic obedience (loose leash walking, thresholds, recall, sit, stay and place) I’m an RN but I only take new dogs when I’m not working at the hospital so I can be with them all day long. Safety is our number one priority. We always introduce dogs on neutral territory with a structured walk, and supervise all play time. We have a fenced backyard and can separate with crates/kennels if needed.

I have a mini poodle named Charlie that goes just about everywhere with me! I have a very flexible schedule so just let me know what you need and we can go from there! “So glad Teeda was available for our 5 day stay in a non- dog house in Tahoe. She is such a great person and did a great job with my big 40lb puppy. In fact, when we took our pup for one of the days in the middle of her stay and then brought her back in the evening, our pup was excited and so willing to go back w Teeda and went right into her car! Teeda's house is dog paradise and you can tell she is such a dog lover. She is kind, funny and down to earth. As a first time puppy mommy it meant the world to me that Teeda sent lots of pictures and texts. I had such confidence that my baby was being well taken care of. Teeda was also flexible and caring, understanding that our schedule was a little up in the air. She is the equivalent of Mary Poppins for dogs- she was like the magic solution to all of my worries last week.”
