About: Kayla is our 2-year-old daughter, and she absolutely loves dogs! We want to help her grow up learning how to be gentle, kind, and responsible when caring for pets. Of course, we’ll be right there with her every step of the way, teaching and helping her along the way. Daily Care Routine We follow a flexible, rotational care schedule so each pet gets individual attention and plenty of opportunities to go outside. Morning: First thing in the morning, we take each pet outside one at a time for a bathroom break and some fresh air. Once everyone has had their turn, they come inside for breakfast. Indoor Time: After breakfast, pets are able to relax and enjoy time indoors in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. They have access to toys and a TV for entertainment, along with plenty of attention and interaction throughout the day. Potty Breaks: Every couple of hours, we rotate through the pets and take them outside individually for another potty break. We continue this routine throughout the day, adjusting it based on each pet’s needs. Because we work from home and are here throughout the day, we’re very flexible. We can give pets extra potty breaks, attention, playtime, or quiet time as needed. Our goal is to keep them comfortable, happy, and on a routine that feels as close to home as possible. A Comfortable Home Away From Home Our kennel is designed to feel less like a traditional kennel and more like a comfortable home away from home. We have three individual kennels, each equipped with a cozy dog bed so every guest has their own comfortable space to rest. For our longer-term guests, we also have a dedicated doggy bath to help keep them clean and comfortable during their stay. During the day, pets can enjoy time indoors in our climate-controlled space, complete with a TV for entertainment and plenty of toys and attention. When it’s time to stretch their legs or take a potty break, they have access to our fenced yard where they can safely get some fresh air and movement. At night, we use a sound machine to create a calm, peaceful environment and help everyone settle in for a restful night. Because we’re home throughout the day, we’re able to give each guest individual attention and adjust their routine to fit their needs. We want every pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with us.

About: I work on my laptop or phone, and can travel with it, and thus would be mostly at home with your animals. I lost my own dog in recent years, and find that I do best when I have dogs and cats to look after. I love being interrupted by a dog asking for attention and play! Walking is a joy for me. Cat cuddles are medicine. I specialize in tuning in to what anxieties need clear support and confidence to help build successful interactions. I'm all about loving and deflecting behavior towards what works. I welcome caring for animals with special dietary or medication issues. In general, providing pet care generally makes me more productive in other areas of my life. I like having a set walking and feeding schedule, and then everything flows from there. My work is portable on my laptop, so as long as I can have a perch to work at, I can be present for animals in the spaces they are accustomed to having company in. I do house visits, walking, and home stays. I enjoy staying overnight with animals because we can tune into each other. I try to get a sense of how the animal parent interacts with and supports their animal through daily routine, and then try to replicate that routine. I pay close attention to what they animals are saying about what they need, and what brings about their contentment.

About: I have experience with all animals - farm animals, aquatic animals, dogs, cats, feral animals too. I love goats and miss my farm. I can't have animals of my own at this time and just looking for a rewarding side hustle. I find healing in the presence of animals. I'm currently available seven days a weeks - flexible and reliable. I recently have been laid off from my regular employer. I am looking for an easygoing rewarding solution. Animals could provide so much more to me than an income. Especially at this time in my life. Transition is hard but Im determined. I ensure safety and routine for your pet.
