About: I’ve lived and cared for cats for my entire life. There was never a time in which there were less than 2 cats in my household but it was usually 3! Most of my cats were ones I’ve had from the time they were 8 weeks old until they were seniors so I have plenty of experience with the needs of cats of all ages. Some of my past cats had health issues which has given me experience in administering medications and accommodating physical disabilities. I have 3 cats currently ranging in age from 1 to 5 years old and most of my day is spent with them attached to my hip (one is a Siamese, if you know you know lol). My first pet was a Siamese cat that I got when I was 5 and cats have had a special place in my heart since then. I fall in love with every cat I meet and I can’t wait to meet yours! 🥰 Disclaimer: there’s a high chance you receive a drawing of your cat if I’m watching them for more than an hour lol be prepared
About: My family has had cats since I was just 7 years old. Though it turned out my Mom was severely allergic, we made some adjustments around the ranch so that we could still keep them and take care of them. At one time we even had 35 cats! My husband and his family also have cats, and I would be more than happy to pop in/check in on your furry friend. Though I’m allergic and can’t keep them overnight, I’ll be happy to check in on them as much as you need! I’ll be happy to send photos and updates as well. About: I been working with animals for 11 years now. Now being around other peoples fur babies is my part time job that I enjoy soo much. I will give full care and love toward the animals you hold dear to your heart and treat them as my own giving them their space and patience to letting them to get to know me. I make sure to play and walk animals and that they are promptly fed during their accustomed feeding hours and make sure any medicine is taken when needed. I always make sure water bowls are filled. I have six babies of my own, four dogs and two cats and I am fortunate that my little babies have uplifted my spirits on bad days and in return I like to give them the joy of just being outside for a hike or go backpacking, playing or cuddles! I can do housesits from San Felipe to any where near by Jemez, Santa Ana, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Albuquerque. For check ins and dog walks I prefer to be close to home from San Felipe to anything in between Rio Rancho.I do check ins at 10am - 6pm. Dog walks are also from 10am-6pm. I will not do any boarding or pet care at my own home. I have too many animals, would not want to overwhelm any animals.
“Misty stayed at our house, taking care of our two cats and did a great job!! Our cats are very skittish, and do not really like strangers, but Misty did everything she could to socialize with the cats and make them comfortable. By the end of the stay, I believe the cats were not as afraid, and started warming up to her, which is a big accomplishment! She sent pictures and updates daily, and assured us that things were going well. She kindly agreed to feed and water the wild birds and rabbits, and even sent pictures of them. The house was immaculate upon our return, and we knew that the cats were safe and well cared for. I would definitely recommend Misty, and look forward to having her house sit in the future!!”

I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.

About: I wanted a dog my whole life but my parents weren't pet people. I finally got my own dog as an adult when I also had two toddlers. It was way more work than I thought it would be, but training my puppy and watching him grow and teaching my kids about caring for a dog was so incredibly fulfilling! I loved learning about training and dog behavior and psychology and learned so much! I love all animals and especially love dogs and would love to share that love with your dog too!! I am a full time stay at home mom so my schedule is very flexible. Two of my kids are in school all day and I have a 2 year old who is home with me all day. I spend most of my time at home, with the occasional outings and errand running. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can fit your dog's schedule easily into mine. I can do potty breaks and walks whenever necessary and I live near a couple parks with dog runs that I like to take my dog to, so I could easily bring your dog as well. Though I am busy with 3 kids, I'm never too busy to love and care for extra pets! I have a fenced yard where your dog can go out for potty breaks. It is not a huge yard, but it is safe with rocks and turf where my dog uses the bathroom. My dog is inside for pretty much the whole day so your dog would be with him inside as well. I do have 3 kids, so your dog needs to be ok with small children, but they have all grown up with a dog and know how to be kind and respectful to dogs.

About: My husband and I have an Australian cattle dog and had a tabby cat who has crossed the rainbow road. I often care for my family members' dog when they are out of town. He requires special care, as he needs to take a few pills every day both day and night. This schedule is second nature to us. We enjoy being around our furry pals and will enjoy caring for yours too! They will be treated like our own pets and will benefit from being more socialized! I have a flexible schedule because I work from home and can easily adjust to your pets needs. About: I’ve taken care of my senior dog for four years before she passed away. This includes feeding, bathing, brushing, meeting her potty needs and walking. I also pet sit for two dogs when their owner is out of town. I work for a restaurant during the morning or afternoon shift for roughly 6 hours. I can work in between those times and I only have one shift a day. (Some days are completely open!) I am very good about respecting spaces and following directions. I usually walk dogs twice a day around the neighborhood; however, I will follow whatever directions are given. I love giving attention to pets, especially dogs that need some extra care. About: I don’t really have any restrictions on what I can handle, I’m used to taking care of elderly dogs, and having to cater to specialized diets or even mobility issues. But I have also cared for very energetic puppies, and middle-age dogs who just need to get out of the house or have a little companionship. I am a student athlete however, I do tend to have a lot of free time in the midday to afternoon range and on the weekends. I have two other very friendly dogs, and a large fenced in yard that is also close to a lot of other walking paths and parks. I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.
