About: I grew up with cats and may even like them better than dogs (but don't tell that to the dog parents here). Although I'm utterly convinced that all cats are plotting something nefarious, I still feel completely comfortable with them. I've spent years perfecting a rendition of "Psycho Killer" by Talking Heads called "Psycho Kitty" in honor of their endearingly monstrous behavior. If you ask, I'll be happy to sing it for you.

About: I am a 4-h kid and I have always loved animals! I love playing and taking care of dogs. I used to take care of cats at a shelter with disabilities and i loved it! I have watched friends and family dog for years and I promise I will do my best to make your pet happy! I can do dog walking and checkins anytime of the week. I take care of my parents since they both have health issues at the moment so I would have to see when I could house sit or what works best for you. I would love to stay or check on your pup or cat! I will gladly stay at your home with your furry friend and make sure they have everything they need!

About: I have 10+ years experience training/taking care of dogs, also have plenty of experience handling many different types of pets. I treat every animal with the utmost care and respect. I can work around your timeframe, day or night. Weekends are not a problem either, I have reliable transportation as well if needed. -Flexible Schedule- I have a nice big yard, and also live extremely close to a fenced park. I have 1 dog of my own to keep your pet company. I can also crate your dog if preferred.

About: I grew up with multiple pets in my house, including dogs, cats, rabbits, geckos, and hamsters. With a veterinarian for a dad, I've picked up on many fundamental care practices and philosophies that recognize animals as highly cognitive beings who require the same patience and care we extend to other humans. That's why I give curious dogs plenty of time to sniff that spot that, to me, doesn't look any different from the rest. Who am I to deprive a creature of their right to explore? I apply a firm but gentle approach to behavior management, using a combination of positive reinforcement and strong, straightforward commands to calm, socialize, and heel dogs and discourage jumping, food-grabbing, and leash-tugging. As an adult, I've cared for dogs, guinea pigs, and cats in my home. I believe that socialization and exposure to novel places and experiences is an essential component of a pet's happiness and mental health, so you can count on me to prioritize walks with your dog and playtime with your cat. I strive to visit your pet within my work hours, which is why I keep the geographic area in which I provide services relatively small. If you request services outside of my stated service area, I may be able to work with you, but I won't be able to provide care within 8 hours. I may also request an additional fee to address the cost and time of driving outside of my service area, which we can negotiate together. If you're not sure if your home is within range, simply message me, and we'll figure it out. If you request a booking with me, I'll ask to se up a time to meet up either in person or on video chat so we can make sure we're on the same page regarding what kind of care you're expecting for your pet. Please be prepared to speak with me so we can ensure a good match between me and your pet. My approach to pet care prioritizes the animal's entire health, placing mental and emotional stimulation and nurturing as equal with physical wellness. I don't offer pet care in my home because I have a cat who would get mighty angry at having to share his "territory." As a guest in your home, my policy is to leave your place better than I found it. That being said, I do expect a basic degree of cleanliness at your home so that I can feel comfortable staying with your pet. It doesn't have to feel like an Airbnb. I just need a place where I don't have to do battle with your stuff for some space and where I would feel comfortable eating something that dropped on the floor. I'm one of those 5-second rule folks.
