“Guillermo is a wonderful person to care for your pet. We took our dog, Bob, for a pre-meet to make sure we were comfortable leaving him with Guillermo. They loved each other immediately. Guillermo's dogs were friendly and accepting of Bob. When we brought Bob back for his stay, he joyously ran to Guillermo like he had known him his entire life. Bob and one of Guillermo's younger dogs played and had a wonderful time together. About: Hey pet owners! As someone who has never experienced life without a furry family member, I know just how much each and every one of you care for and love your pets. I grew up with a Dalmatian, he was in my life from birth until I was 11. During some of that time my family and I had seven cats - our two adoptive cats had 5 kittens - as well as an array of birds and fish. I now have my own pup and three cats so plenty of experience and would of course treat your pet as if it was my own. At the moment my schedule is very open. I do my best to adhere to my personal rule of not to leave the pets I care for for more than 4 hours at a time when in my care. If in my home, I do not leave the pets alone with mine until they have been supervised for a significant amount of time and have shown me that they get along. I also have two roommates, and I can almost guarantee that there will be someone home at nearly all times. In a clients home I try to make the environment and activities as normal for them as I can. But if you believe that when I’m with them it should be a treat for them I’m happy to take them on exciting new walks, check out new parks (for dogs) and spend time playing with them and giving them all of my attention.

About: I just love animals just like everyone else and am looking to help out. I’ve cared for animals the majority of my life as my parents had that responsibility put on me, I’ve house sit animals plenty times before. I’m available pretty much always, I’m taking the summer to rest as I am a very busy college student but I need something to keep me busy. I don’t have the most optimal space to care for a pet at my place but at your place I am very flexible and willing to accommodate as needed.

About: My experience with dogs comes from raising and training puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind as well as my own dog training job! My skills also include handling and giving medications due to interning in vet med. I work with dogs every day of my life due to my line of work. This care may include getting energy out or behavioral issues. I am very eager to make sure that basic needs are met before anything. About: Animals have always been part of my life. I grew up with barn cats and have cared for dogs since childhood, giving me real experience and a natural, loving approach to pet care. I work Monday through Wednesday. I can also work Friday and Saturday if needed, and prefer to have Sundays off to maintain a balanced schedule. About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats and can’t remember a time in my life that I haven’t had a dog! I love all animals but dogs especially have a big place in my heart. I currently live in las cruces and my parents are in georgia with the dog we have now who is almost 11! She’s a boxer-pitbull mix and just the sweetest. I have always enjoyed being around dogs and also love to be outside, so taking your dog on walks is perfect! I’m always willing to go as long or as short as your dog needs! I think exercise for dogs is so important and often forgotten about so I would love to be able to help with that when you need it!! I’m currently a sophomore in college and on student leadership with a college organization. Luckily I’m done with my classes by 11:45 at the latest every day which gives me a ton of time to play with your pups! I do have something every Monday and Wednesday night at 7 but am available from around 12-6 each day! Back home I have a fenced in back yard and we have been able to train my dog to stay by us when we are not in the back yard. Here I live in an apartment, so I don’t have a fenced in area but am able to walk dogs in a leash and can also simply play with them inside if needed to!

About: I’ve had over 100 animals since I was a kid my mom ran an animal rescue so I’ve been around animals my entire life. I’m a local house/pet sitter back home I love the work and I don’t mind going above and beyond for my clients because their fur babies deserve it. Night or Day I’d love to assist with any pet care assistance! (I also do holidays) I’m currently enrolled in the Bachelors program at NMSU so I will work around my class/club/volunteer schedule. I prefer to work runs and hikes into my schedule anyway might as well have some sweeties to accompany me I’ve stayed at about a dozen homes and each client has put their trust in me not only to care for their pets but also their homes. About: As a 20 year old Native American I have lived on and seen many reservations, I find all animals amazing! But my love for dogs is out of this world! I had grew up with many dogs in my time all nurtured and loved! My biggest idol is my grandmother when it comes to animals, she has always had a way with them wether there old,young, or just even baby’s I have seen her tips and tricks when it comes to discipline or just even nurturing id love to keep this going so one day I can pass this type of love down to someone else and they to will learn how to care for animals! About: I am a nursing student at UNM that is traveling abroad next semester. Fluent in Spanish. I have taken care of all my friends and families pets through high school and college. I am able to give med and provide special care if needed. I am available every day of the week at any time this month. I am currently trying to save as much to study abroad next semester. “Cheryl & Eve have been the most wonderful caregivers for Fey! They’re always attentive on text messages and send pictures when I ask how my baby is doing. They have been the first and only people my Fey has stayed with and I couldn’t have picked anybody better for her first experience. They gave her the same lifestyle that she has at home. (i.e. no crating, food twice a day, treats, and special care and instructions) My baby got hurt while rough housing with the other dogs and Cheryl and Eve immediately took her to my vet and called me right away informing me that she got injured during her playtime. It is truly the most important thing for me that they treat her like family and that’s always been the attitude and result I get with them! They’re the best and very knowledgeable on how to take care of dogs and read their actions/emotions. If you need somebody for boarding or doggy daycare look no further! Fey was very shy before going to Cheryl and Eve and needed more self confidence, after her first time I noticed how much she changed being in an environment with more dogs and I’ve seen her slowly grow out of her shell and become more sure of herself! It’s really helped her ❤️”
