I could tell from the photos that she took such good care of her, Navi was smiling, and really warmed up to Maellin, which she doesn’t do with everyone. It was over the 4th, and Navi was quite nervous about the fireworks. Maellin took every measure to ensure her greatest ease and comfort, bringing her into their bedroom and turning on some background noise to help drown it out. Maellin is also a wonderfully sweet human; she will 100% be my first choice anytime we need care for Navi.”

“Onrae is my very first Rover experience. Onrae responded quickly, professionally and was very responsive. I had concerns about my dogs behavior (he can be pretty high energy) Lucky for me Dashy was very well behaved at our meet and greet. After talking with Onrae a few minutes I had no concerns if Dashy did have any behavior issues staying there. When dropping off Dashy, he was excited to go in with the well mannered kids. I had prompt check in the next day. Basiclly Dashy did great and I had no concerned about his well being or about any behavior issues. Onrae is highly experienced and highly recommended. He's a no nonsense guy who seems to really care for dogs and client parents concerns. I will definately be using Onrae in the future!”

“Misty stayed at our house, taking care of our two cats and did a great job!! Our cats are very skittish, and do not really like strangers, but Misty did everything she could to socialize with the cats and make them comfortable. By the end of the stay, I believe the cats were not as afraid, and started warming up to her, which is a big accomplishment! She sent pictures and updates daily, and assured us that things were going well. She kindly agreed to feed and water the wild birds and rabbits, and even sent pictures of them. About: I wanted a dog my whole life but my parents weren't pet people. I finally got my own dog as an adult when I also had two toddlers. It was way more work than I thought it would be, but training my puppy and watching him grow and teaching my kids about caring for a dog was so incredibly fulfilling! I loved learning about training and dog behavior and psychology and learned so much! I love all animals and especially love dogs and would love to share that love with your dog too!! I am a full time stay at home mom so my schedule is very flexible. Two of my kids are in school all day and I have a 2 year old who is home with me all day. I spend most of my time at home, with the occasional outings and errand running. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can fit your dog's schedule easily into mine. I can do potty breaks and walks whenever necessary and I live near a couple parks with dog runs that I like to take my dog to, so I could easily bring your dog as well. Though I am busy with 3 kids, I'm never too busy to love and care for extra pets! I have a fenced yard where your dog can go out for potty breaks. It is not a huge yard, but it is safe with rocks and turf where my dog uses the bathroom. My dog is inside for pretty much the whole day so your dog would be with him inside as well. I do have 3 kids, so your dog needs to be ok with small children, but they have all grown up with a dog and know how to be kind and respectful to dogs.

About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

I have more time now that my kiddo is an adult and would love to give your babies a lot of attention. 🐶 😺 Please note that my rates are for stays under 2 weeks and include 1 walk per day for dogs. I am happy to lower rates for longer stays (over 2 weeks), and happy to add additional walks for an additional fee. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, livestock, and critters of all ages, sizes, and personalities, including experience working at an animal hospital where I cared for boarding animals, newborn puppies and kittens, and pets who needed a little extra patience and attention. I also have plenty of personal experience with animals who have behavioral challenges, which has taught me to be observant, patient, and adaptable. Pet sitting is something I do on the side while I’m in school and working as a barista. My shifts are generally around six hours, and my classes are online, so I have a flexible schedule and can dedicate plenty of time to the animals in my care. My work shifts are generally around 6 hours, and my schedule varies from week to week. I’m happy to work with you ahead of time to find dates and times that work for both of us. I’m also available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting depending on my schedule. I do my best to give every pet plenty of attention rather than rushing through visits. If your pet has a specific routine, feeding schedule, medication, or other needs, I’m happy to work around it and keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. Because my availability can change week to week, please message me before booking so I can confirm that I’m available for the dates and times you need! When caring for pets, whether in my home or a client's, I prioritize a safe and structured environment tailored to each pet's individual needs. In client homes, I am trusted with overnight stays and have consistently managed multiple animals without any issues, ensuring they are comfortable, secure, and well-cared-for in their familiar surroundings. In my own home, I adhere to a disciplined routine, particularly with dogs, to maintain a sense of order and security. This includes scheduled feeding times, walks, and play sessions, which helps in managing their energy levels and maintaining their health. My cat, Beans, enjoys a more flexible routine, which suits her independent nature. She's free to set her own pace throughout the day, though I ensure her needs for interaction and care are met. Overall, my approach is based on respect, patience, and attentiveness to the unique personality and requirements of each pet, ensuring they feel loved and at ease under my care.

Maellin took every measure to ensure her greatest ease and comfort, bringing her into their bedroom and turning on some background noise to help drown it out. “Onrae is my very first Rover experience. Onrae responded quickly, professionally and was very responsive. I had concerns about my dogs behavior (he can be pretty high energy) Lucky for me Dashy was very well behaved at our meet and greet. After talking with Onrae a few minutes I had no concerns if Dashy did have any behavior issues staying there. When dropping off Dashy, he was excited to go in with the well mannered kids. I had prompt check in the next day. Basiclly Dashy did great and I had no concerned about his well being or about any behavior issues. Onrae is highly experienced and highly recommended. He's a no nonsense guy who seems to really care for dogs and client parents concerns. I will definately be using Onrae in the future!”
