My style is to allow them to get comfortable around me before I try to engage with them. About: I can stay at your home or I can board your pets at my home (boarding only if you have small lap dogs). For boarding, I keep your pets indoors with our pets in our personal living space so your pets should be clean, house-broken, and tolerant of children. We have a very clean home with mostly red brick tile throughout (except for the bedrooms which have white carpet). We have a small doggie door which enters into a small fenced area (4'x12') for self-potty breaks while we are at work (if your dogs know how to use a doggie door). We can also close this door if your dog is an escape artist. Our home is located in the east mountains off the Zuzax exit (about 15 minutes from Tramway Blvd). We both work (I have summers off) so we come to Albuquerque every day via I-40 and would be happy to pick up your pet at a meeting location if the drive is a pain for you. We have a huge horse barn and several acres as our backyard. We have a mini-horse, three mini goats, three chickens, two small dogs, and a cat. Why is my rate so reasonable you ask? We do not want to host large outdoor dogs at this time, until we get proper sturdy fencing around the entire property. We are currently only hosting indoor lap dogs at this time. My experience administering medication: Yes, I will administer medication (including shots) unless a dog bites or gets squirrely. I accommodate your pets needs around my work schedule. In the Fall or Spring I occasionally have my teenagers sports events or meets to attend. I treat you pets like my own and if I’m caring for your pets in my own home they will be included in my regular life, living room time (sunning windows, movie nights on the couch, etc), grass time, playtime, sleep time, etc.

About: Hello my name is Shantae I work from home and I have a young son who will be with me most the time during walks/ drop ins or overnights. He loves all animals as much as I do. I currently have 4 dogs who are great with all dogs big and small but they will be at home for the most part if I’m doing drop ins or walks. I have experience with all types of dogs. I’ve had dachshunds, pit bulls and beagles. Ive watched just about every size of dog there is from Great Danes to chihuahuas and many miniature breeds. About: I’ve taken care of my senior dog for four years before she passed away. This includes feeding, bathing, brushing, meeting her potty needs and walking. I also pet sit for two dogs when their owner is out of town. I work for a restaurant during the morning or afternoon shift for roughly 6 hours. I can work in between those times and I only have one shift a day. (Some days are completely open!) I am very good about respecting spaces and following directions. I usually walk dogs twice a day around the neighborhood; however, I will follow whatever directions are given. I love giving attention to pets, especially dogs that need some extra care. Adopting my dog as a senior gave me a special love for all senior dogs!
About: Ive been watching my family’s and friends animals for years now. With the responsibility of feeding them, giving them water, and playing with them when needed. I have to take care of my cat and dog daily and I often watch my neighbors dogs, cats and horses for them while they travel. I always make sure I take care of the animals according to the owners instructions, or to take care of their house as they ask.
About: I've been taking care of my dogs/cats since I could walk. Started walking the neighborhood dogs at 14 and everyone loved it. I would house sit, including bathes and any medicine, for everyone's dogs when they needed me to. I will be a full time student and have a full time job. However I plan to be able to walk dogs between school and my job everyday if I can. I can be available weekends during the day. Tues through Thurs nights are my nights off and I will be at to stay at the house as long as needed for whatever care is needed those days after class. I unfortunately can't host pets due to living in an apartment. I will make sure your pets get enough enrichment, exercise, and cuddles/pets. I will be willing to bathe and or medicate animals if needed. I will clean up after the animal. I regularly take care of an elderly dog who gets medications twice a day and have experience with medicating cats as well. I work a full time job and do full time school. I will be able to check on any dogs before school and between place as well as after work. Fridays through Sunday I don't work until evening so I can spend all day taking care of your pets. I won't be able to host due to living in an apartment. I will play with your dogs including just running around the yard with them if you have one. Make sure they are properly fed and always have plenty of water. And of course make sure they get snuggles if they want to.
About: I have grown up with a house full of animals since I was born until now. By the time I was five, I had 10 puppies to look after and care for while having two cats and lastly, five horses. I have always maintained the skill of taking care of animals and loving other pets as if they are my own. Animals are just as sensitive, pure and unique as us humans that deserve just the same love. I work full time while being in graduate school part time. I am happy to make accommodations for any services that people may need! Thank you! Since I am in college, I currently have no space for my own pets but with my own pets, I watch them closely and make sure they are safe in an enclosed space. I make sure they always have food, water, toys and anything else they may need at hand and keep a leash nearby incase of emergencies.

My initial thought was he was missing me and home. And because of his age, I believe he got disoriented and lost and couldn't identify where he was at.
