About: I have taken care of my own dogs/cats as well as families pets, I can create a big connection with animals, especially dogs, I have a big heart for all animals I’m currently a stay at home mom of a toddler and she loves animals just as much as me, walking dogs or having to go visit them would get us out of the house and we’re almost always free. I do have a little Banana Bread side business too. I have a fenced yard, 3 dogs (a saint bernard thats a bit older, a chihuahua and a blue heeler mix) and one cat, the cat is an outdoor cat. Our dogs haven’t been around too many other animals besides families dogs but once they meet new dogs and get to know each other they can get along well with them.
About: I absolutely love dogs, and will treat your baby like mine. I got into this because finding good care for my dog is such a stressful experience as my tolerance for risk is extremely low. I am a nervous dog mom and will care for your pets like they are my own, they will be safe and secure with me and you will get as many updates as you would like. I’m available for boarding on the weekends as well as from Tuesday- Wednesday night. I work in ABQ as well so if you need someone to stay at your house during the week while you are on vacation I am happy to do that as well. In clients home I want to make sure I have a good understanding of their routine and behavior. Having a high level overview of your dog will help me care for them. A former roommates dog had a thing for people on skateboards so when we were on walks, I knew I needed to hold him tight as they were passing. Understanding your dogs quirks will help me care for them.

About: I have owned diabetic dogs and one with epilepsy. Friends and coworkers always ask me to watch their furbabies because they know how good my husband and I are with our own. They trust us and coming from someone who rarely traveled and when I did I took them with me because I don't trust others would take care of them like I do. I understand the anxiety that comes with having to leave them behind for whatever reason. Knowing they will be loved and have fun makes it that much easier for both you and your pet. Safety and security are also most important to us so rest assured they will be okay. I'm a stay at home mom and my husband's business is from home so we are both always here. We never leave for more that 3 hours due to our 2 dogs. I have a fenced yard with lots of room to run around. My brother also lives across from me and has over an acre of running room as well if needed. My husband and I work from home and are always available. We used to have dogs with medical issues and couldn't really leave them with anyone. My husband and I love animals and know how hard it is to leave them anywhere. Even at petsmart hotel they stay inside a small area and the play area isn't that big. We work from home and are never away longer than 4 hours. We have a 2 year old who is really good with the dogs as well but Rest assured we never let her play with them unattended. We have a large yard for dogs and know that they will be taken care of and loved while visiting us. All pets need love and attention. Even pet hotels leave them alone overnight and the thought of them having to hold it or use it in their space to feel ashamed is aweful. With us you get peace of mind and that's priceless In my home they will be treated like our own. They can play outside as long as they want. They scratch on the door ahead. They want in or out. They sleep inside on our bed with us of course. We want them to sleep wherever they feel comfortable. My dog buddy sleeps in his cage when he stays with others because he feels safe there so we understand everyone is different.
About: People laugh when I say "dogs are my only friends." Started in 2022, I never imagined this would become my full time job. Ive grown up around animals my entire life, from horses, cows, chickens, goats, fish, dogs and cats, so its truly an honor to be able to pursue something I love and care for so deeply. I have lots of experience in specialized care, from potty training, to senior care. My goal is to always make the dogs feels like home, and ensuring small controlled environments for a stress free stay, all while building their confidence, to maintain a happy healthy dog. I live on an acre fenced in with 5ft high piped fence all the way around. The yard is very secure. There is lots of room for dogs to explore and play. The property is shaded by a variety of trees. We have a mini swimming pool setup to cool the paws off during the hot summer months. We have a large concreted shaded porch. It is very cozy and welcoming. I do this full time as mentioned above, so I am around dogs pretty much 24/7, but some other passions I have is gardening. When you pull up to the property during spring and summer you will see that I have flowers hanging on every post on the porch. I also have a garden in the back fenced off from the dogs that I tend too. We also have chickens! (Dont worry they are completely safe and fenced in from the dogs and any other predator that would want to reach them.) I am licensed and insured as well as Pet CPR/First Aid certified. About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

Growing up, my family had 13 dogs, so caring for them and being surrounded by animals was a significant part of my childhood. As I grew older, so did they, and unfortunately, most have since passed away. After moving to New Mexico three years ago, I quickly realized how much I missed having my furry companions around. That inspired me to begin providing pet care services through Rover. Since then, I have had the opportunity to care for many different breeds, personalities, and ages from small and large dogs to puppies and seniors. Becoming a pet sitter has truly been one of the most rewarding decisions I have made. A few months ago, I also began co-parenting a Miniature Schnauzer and. Shih Tzu with my sister, which has reminded me just how much I enjoy spending time with dogs, caring for them, and keeping them happy and entertained. I truly believe the saying that “a dog is a person’s best friend.” ❤️ Our pets may be one chapter of our lives, but to them, we are their whole story. In addition to my personal and professional pet care experience, I became a certified dog trainer four years ago, giving me additional knowledge and experience in understanding canine behavior and working with dogs with different needs and personalities. I’m mainly a homebody, which allows me to spend plenty of quality time with the pets in my care. I’m currently a graduate student and attend school Monday through Thursday, but I’m typically only away for about 1–3 hours on those days. When pet sitting, I guarantee 8+ hours overnight and 4-8 hours during the day at the owner’s home, so your pets will have plenty of companionship, attention, and care throughout the day. I also work a part-time job on Friday and Saturday nights, when I’m typically away for approximately 5-7 hours. Outside of those hours, I’m home and able to dedicate my time to keeping your pets comfortable, entertained, and as close to their normal routine as possible. I am a dependable, trustworthy, and attentive pet sitter who understands how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I make it a priority to follow your pet’s regular routine and schedule as closely as possible, providing consistency and familiarity in your absence. Whether that means going on walks, playing, relaxing together, or simply giving them plenty of love and attention, my goal is to make sure your pet feels happy, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout their stay.
About: I love caring for all types of pets! I have experience with dogs, cats, and fish! I love walking, playing and spending time with these cuties! I'm currently a student, so I have a pretty flexible schedule outside of classes and always have my evenings and weekends free for your pets! I love taking care of your pets the way you need! About: I have grown up with big dogs since I was little as well as 2 cats! I’ve been with huskies and pomskies as well as labradors and shepherd dogs! I can take care of high energy and low energy dogs! I love cats as well! I know their temperament and how to approach them! My friends have had pit bulls which I do not discriminate against! I have helped with raising puppies and taking care of sick dogs, I promise to treat your pet with the utmost respect and care as if they were my own child! I am working part time at Starbucks and I work on Wednesday’s Thursday's and Sunday's, other than that I have morning classing Monday-Friday and I am good! I do online school so my schedule is very flexible for leaving in the mornings, and sometimes afternoons! At my home we have a big back yard and it is fenced in, we let our animals inside the house as well as outside, I don’t do pet care in my home because we have 4 big dogs and two cats and that would just be stressful on our dogs and cats as well as the dogs or cats I’m taking care of!

About: I have raised dogs, cats and a variety of other animals my whole life. From fostering, to baby sitting to raising pets of my own, I have always loved animals and caring for them. I currently have 3 dogs (ages 3,3 and 5) and 2 cats, one being a senior (ages 10, and 2). I’ve adopted all of my animals from shelters or friends, adopted them at a variety of ages and one of my dogs is disabled (born with only one eye). I am proud to say that I have done my absolute best to give them the proper care and love and attention they deserve, and I think they have been all very happy and well cared for! I am a before and after school instructor, as well as a university student, so I am free in most afternoons. I can do early morning and afternoons before 3pm. I have a large fenced yard that my dogs play in every day. I feed them every morning and afternoon, visit them daily and have them sleep inside every night. My family is very loving towards our animals, and I have never had issues with my pets showing signs of stress or unhappiness. I treat them with the love and kindness I treat everyone, and have raised both from adoption, two since they were a puppy (they are now 3) and one since he was about 1 year old (he is now 5).
About: I have grown up with cats and dogs and have plenty of experience taking care of both! From taking walks, feeding, bathing and light grooming, I am no stranger to the nitty gritty! Especially when it comes to paying close attention and giving proper care to each pet! Currently I have a 3 legged cat named Frodo who enjoys going on trail walks and hikes. Using a leash on walks, going to fenced in spaces to play and making sure theres water ready and available during these times :) Making accommodations for each pet is important to me!
About: Mostly I’ve taken care of dogs and cats, including seniors, pups and kittens. I am sensitive to and will want to get them care if an emergency arises. I love to love them all. Presently I am flexible to meet pet parent needs. I do need 1 day notice for planning 🙂 and ensuring I am prepared for your pets. Presently I am able to provides services at your home only ( except for very young puppies and kittens who can stay with me if needed) -in your home I’m most familiar with cats and dogs. I am glad to keep your pets environment fresh during visits including waste clean up, hair brush or deshedding with your tools, refresh food, water bowls as needed. I will have non-toxic cleaners for hard surfaces if needed.

About: I absolutely love dogs, and will treat your baby like mine. I got into this because finding good care for my dog is such a stressful experience as my tolerance for risk is extremely low. I am a nervous dog mom and will care for your pets like they are my own, they will be safe and secure with me and you will get as many updates as you would like. I’m available for boarding on the weekends as well as from Tuesday- Wednesday night. I work in ABQ as well so if you need someone to stay at your house during the week while you are on vacation I am happy to do that as well. In clients home I want to make sure I have a good understanding of their routine and behavior. Having a high level overview of your dog will help me care for them. A former roommates dog had a thing for people on skateboards so when we were on walks, I knew I needed to hold him tight as they were passing. Understanding your dogs quirks will help me care for them.
