My pup is the love of my life and, as are most dog moms, I have VERY picky about who watches him when I cannot. He is always excited and happy to see me after a sit, but he is equally excited when I ask him if he wants to go see “Aunt Shell.” Shell treats all her dog visitors as if they are her own - her love for dogs is as bright and caring as the New Mexican sun! Her physical layout is ideal for every dog’s personality, be they into group play or want to be by themselves. Multiple doggie doors, a large yard to run, ample shade and water, and more love in Shell’s heart than can almost be imagined. “I thought Maellen was terrific. A few days before our cruise, Lili, our corgi had to be fitted with "the cone of shame" for a skin condition. I contacted Maellen to see if this would create a problem and offered to find another sitter but Maellen said it would be fine. She treated the skin condition twice a day took excellent care of Lili for the 7 day cruise. Lili obviously had a great time and was in excellent condition. She did not seem to be in a big hurry to leave so I know she liked it. THANK YOU, MAELLEN.”
“While I appreciate Rover providing me with alternative dog sitters when I book with Shell Segura, if Shell is not available, I change my plans. My pup is the love of my life and, as are most dog moms, I have VERY picky about who watches him when I cannot. He is always excited and happy to see me after a sit, but he is equally excited when I ask him if he wants to go see “Aunt Shell.” Shell treats all her dog visitors as if they are her own - her love for dogs is as bright and caring as the New Mexican sun! Her physical layout is ideal for every dog’s personality, be they into group play or want to be by themselves. Multiple doggie doors, a large yard to run, ample shade and water, and more love in Shell’s heart than can almost be imagined. If you demand the very best for your dog(s), please arrange for a meet-and-greet. My dog is always looking for new friends! Thank you, Shell, for all the love and care for my boy!”
