“This is a difficult review to write because Savanah ended up taking care of our cat, Purrcy, through two of his last three weeks of life. We didn't know it at the time, but he had gone into stage 3 kidney disease since his last check up and was starting to lose his appetite while we were gone. Savanah did her best to make sure he ate, even if he didn't feel like it. She gave all our cats so much love and attention. And all of her report cards gave us lots of updates and pics so I could keep my anxiety at bay. So thanks Savanah, for taking such good care of my babies, but I'm particularly grateful for the care you gave Purrcy in his last days.”

About: I have trained and raised family dogs growing up. My family loves doberman's so I have a lot of experience with bigger dogs as well as medium more energetic dogs like German shorthaired pointers. I have experience taking care of family friends dogs as well from dogs of any size or breed. I'm currently attending school at UNM on MWF. I am available for early morning and night drop-ins Sunday-Monday as well as afternoon visits on Mondays and Fridays. My dog is high energy. About: I am a veterinary assistant that has been taking car of pet for at least 9 years. I started pet sitting for my family and neighbors pet. Then I whent to the pound walking and helped in the clinic. Then I became a veterinary assistant to help more animals. I am currently working full time 10 hour shifts with 3 days off a week. About: My name is Julia! I’m new to Rover but not new to dog sitting! I have a dog named Dixie. Dixie is a Miniature Australian Shepherd and loves to play! We love to do everything together including car rides, going to the park, stores, walks, games, and enrichment activities! I have raised dogs my whole life but now I have Dixie. I am a huge worrier about leaving my dog with someone so I understand how important it is to have a safe place for your dog while you work or have vacations and that’s what I’m here for! I think it’s important to give dogs their best life possible 🤍 All dogs must be up-to-date on their flea and heartworm medicine. For Daycare: I currently work full time. I am off on Tuesdays so I can take some bookings on Tuesdays. I am pretty open on the weekends. When I go out, I bring Dixie everywhere with me, so I can bring yours too! For Boarding: I can take dogs for boarding, however on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays your dog would have to be crated for about 3-4 hours in the afternoon since no one will be home. Saturday and Sunday boarding I would be home all day! I have a fenced yard with certain areas blocked off that Dixie or other dogs should not go into. My gate is locked. I walk Dixie once or twice a day and play outside with her. I hangout inside when it’s hot out and play inside the house! I always make sure there is water and of course plenty of treats available!
