About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

About: Me and my husband got our rescue dog in 2021. We were able to make him adapt our lifestyle and trust us and helped him with anxiety issues from separations and some random environmental triggers. Our dog is sweet and gentle, we were able to train him for 10+ tricks and be gentle to small and or young creatures. I also volunteer at Animal humane NM to help dogs getting comfortable with human interactions and building confidence I work hybrid so not every week days are wfh at the moment. We walk our dog twice a day and we have a big dog park and field that might fit for different dog needs. We have a back yard so dogs can play there as well Our house is on a quiet street with back yard fenced. Super nice area with big dog park and fields. I can provide a large crate if needed. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule to meet your needs. “Michael watched our fur baby for 13 days. She is approx. 14 yrs old, and we were worried about leaving her for such a long period of time. Michael's calm and easy demeanor was reassurance that she would be fine. She does not get along with other animals and as the only pet Michael watched he was able to provide her with individual attention. He sent photos daily, which we greatly appreciated. “My dog and I met Cindy and her dog before we boarded with her for the first time. It was apparent right away that she was capable of providing a good, caring home environment for my dog. I felt very comfortabke knowing he would be in the best place away from home. My 12 year old dog takes daily meds that were adminustered properly. He ate his meals,was abke to go into the yard and enjoyed her glass front door to look out. I highly recommend Cindy as a dog sitter and have booked our next visit She is the type of person you can feel confident leaving your beloved pets with.”

“Joshua is great. He's a natural with dogs, and it's obvious he loves them! I HIGHLY recommend Joshua and his home for extended boarding. He has a very large yard for play, and the dogs love it! I travel a lot, and I will be using Joshua every time. My puppy, Mocha, made a new friend with Joshua's dog, Blitzen. Immediately, they became friends and were inseparable for seven days.
