She was patient, understanding, and clearly cared about doing things right for Azula. About: Hey there I'm Cindy, I've raised and trained show dogs and household pets since 1995. I even built my life around staying home for the dogs. I have also been a source of care for neighbors, friends and Airbnb guests. I have a fenced yard with an additional dog run, grass, smooth pebble and even sand. Plenty of trees for shade and a covered patio. The dogs will have indoor/outdoor access and crates for eating and time out. I look forward to helping you and your fur babies. I currently work form home, occasionally leave the house for shopping and errands. I have plenty of time to give your babies plenty of love and attention. I have a fenced yard and 3 friendly dogs who love everybody and understand personal space. Meet n Greets are required at least 2 days prior to the booking. I also require a liability waiver prior to booking, including a promise that your dogs arrive free of fleas, ticks and parasites, kennel cough, pneumonia, or other communicable diseases.
About: I have been around cats my entire life. I've owned them and cared for family and friend's cats. I currently have 4 cats (and 2 dogs). I understand cats all have their own personality and some love extra attention while others prefer their own space. As my own cats are aging, I've become familiar with administering medication and watching their eating and potty habits to keep an eye out for any issues. Very familiar with cleaning litter boxes frequently. I can offer my lap to any cat that wants a cuddle and be available to brush them, play with them, or just be the hand that feeds them if that's what they'll allow.

“I met Elaine and her doggies about a year ago. My dogs finally stayed at her house for four nights last month, and then for one day last week. My dogs had already met her dogs a year ago, and when they met up again, they were like old pals. No growling or hassling. It was perfect! I got daily updates and pictures from Elaine. It was so comforting! And my dogs did great at her house and with her dogs, and it was just the best! I booked a full-day stay last week, and they were literally going INSANE when we were driving into her neighborhood. That tells me a lot about their experience there! They love going to Elaine's house! Our next booking is during the Christmas-New Year's Eve time frame, and my dogs are already so excited, and Elaine has let me know that so is she, and she's gearing her doggies up for a week-long visit :-) My neighbors/friends that used to keep them all the time are moving back to NJ, so this is exactly what I needed at this time in my life. About: Since starting with Rover I have gone from a pet "empty-nester" and working part time, to finding my own rescue dogs and not working outside the home at all! I'm looking for dogs that fill my house with joy and who I can pamper, and walk, and play and just hang out with. Most days I'll be available to spend quality one-on-one time with your dog. I've got a great fenced and gated back yard with sun and shade, a house that is pet friendly, and a neighborhood that is full of parks and sidewalks for leisurely walks. I'm looking for well-behaved and socialized dogs. I don't want them to dig, bark excessively, pee in the house, or be aggressive - even a little. I'm an experienced dog sitter who has been working with Rover since 2016, and I've been a dog and cat owner for over 30 years. My caring for your dog will include finding out what they want and are used to, and making sure they receive it, so they will feel happy and safe. I will be home most of the days that your pet is staying with me. We will take walks and they will be able to go in and out of the house as they desire. I'm also known for being available for ball fetch and tug of war! I have a fenced in yard and a house that is safe for animals of all sizes. If your pet is crate trained please bring their crate, and don't forget their bed, which will be their comfort zone at night. My dog enjoys visitors and is not possessive about her space, toys or food. I'm focused on pet care, and generally don't leave the dogs alone more than a couple of hours at a stretch. The household rises early and it's lights out by 9 PM. My back yard is enclosed with a wall and two gates. I live in a residential area and it is quiet and peaceful inside and out and I am able to keep the dogs separated from doors to the outside should we be welcoming four-legged or two-legged guests.

About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

About: Me and my husband got our rescue dog in 2021. We were able to make him adapt our lifestyle and trust us and helped him with anxiety issues from separations and some random environmental triggers. Our dog is sweet and gentle, we were able to train him for 10+ tricks and be gentle to small and or young creatures. I also volunteer at Animal humane NM to help dogs getting comfortable with human interactions and building confidence I have a full time work at bank so not many week days are open at the moment. We work our dog twice a day and we have a big dog park and field that might fit for different dog needs. We have a back yard so dogs can play there as well Our house is on a quiet street with back yard fenced. Super nice area with big dog park and fields. I LOVE ALL DOGS, and all of them will get more than enough attention from me

About: I started volunteering at vet clinics in 2006. I've been petsitting since 2012, including dogs, cats, exotic birds, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs. She made sure our dogs were well fed, kept their water bowls full, and took them on twice-daily walks. Most importantly, she made sure they weren’t lonely. She even squeezed in extra visits in her busy schedule just to give them more company and attention, which meant so much to us. She is also fantastic with communication. She sent us updates and pictures multiple times a day while we were gone. Our dogs absolutely loved her and always looked forward to seeing her. They would wait excitedly for her visits! It was obvious they felt comfortable and happy in her care. We came home to happy, relaxed, and well-cared-for pups. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to caring for their pets.”

About: I had a lot of cats and dogs growing up, and I was the neighborhood dog sitter basically from the time I could ride a bike until I left for college. I know for many people today their pets are a furry part of the family, so I would treat them with the same love and care I give my cats and dobies, and make sure your animals are genuinely cared for while you are away. I have pets of my own so I know how important it is to spend time with them & make sure they are happy while you are away.
