About: Before college, I was the primary caregiver for my family’s dog, Max—handling everything from daily walks and feeding to bathing, training, and playtime tailored to his pace and personality. That hands-on experience taught me how to read a dog’s needs and build trust through consistency and care. I’ve also cared for multiple pets through prior sitting experiences, including three dogs of different sizes and three cats, so I’m comfortable adapting to a variety of temperaments, routines, and energy levels. About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

About: Personally trained and cared for 30+ dogs. Proud owner of a German Shepherd named Blitzen and I've cared for multiple pets at the same time over the years. I firmly believe exercise is necessary for happy owners and pets alike. Leadership never turns off. I live off a simple and disciplined schedule. I'm almost always up before 05:00 with the exception of weekends and the first things I do as part of my morning routine is let the dogs out, meditate, and then take my dog Blitzen for a run. I have a large backyard that is enclosed by walls. Every pup I house I exercise, as it's important for their mental health (and mine), and it helps them acclimate to a new environment. I've trained multiple dogs and I'm adapted to recognizing and preventing unwanted fights and scenarios of that nature. I care for all pets in the same manner and typically follow leadership strategies recommended by Cesar Milan & Don Sullivan such as implementing rules, boundaries, and limitations as well as showing affection at the appropriate time so as not to encourage nervous and aggressive energy. Dogs have been a large part of my well-being and happiness and I understand that they have specific needs as well. Leadership to me entails leading my own life and practicing personal integrity. I have a great pyrenees of my own who brings endless joy to my days and loves making new friends. At my home, your dog will have plenty of fun and comfort. If your pup needs a kennel when left alone, I have two here so you won’t need to bring your own. About: I have been pet sitting regularly for about three years however, I live on a Ranch and have experience in animals of all sorts. I have so many barn cats and four personal house cats. I can handle from your smallest hamsters to your largest breeds. I’m your girl I work from home and my schedule is very flexible. I regularly pet sit a boxer and bearded dragon monthly on top of my animals that I already have. I am able to drop in or stay the night as needed. I have a large fenced in yard where my great Pyrenees is able to roam freely. My cats have a large cat tree crates throughout the house that they can lay in if they choose. they also roam around the house they do not go outside. All of my animals have lots of enrichment.
About: We've owned dogs and cats ourselves over the years but don't currently have our own fur babies. We've been travelling the country doing pet sitting and have LOVED it! We walk through the dog park across the street just to soak up some of that pure positive energy. We'd love to host your fur baby (ies) and give them tons of love and pets. I work from home and my husband is retired, so they will not lack for attention. We live in a spacious condo, so they need to give enough warning to be taken outside, but we're across the street from the dog park and only blocks from the Bosque, so plenty of places to play and walk here. I work from home and have plenty of breaks. My husband is retired. We have tons of time to shower your delightful creatures with love and attention. We walk every day, so easy to take a dog along. It's easy to fit pets into our routine, and it brings us much joy to have creatures to shower with affection. We live in a spacious condo in a secure building. We have plenty of space and light. Dogs would need to give us enough warning to take the elevator downstairs. We live right by a beautiful dog park, another city park, and the Bosque.
“Apollo can be a handful with his anxiety and reactivity, and Bri handled it beautifully. They had a rocky first night, because he kept barking at every small noise. After several hours of this, he had her a bit worried about whether or not she could get him to settle down and sleep. But she stuck with it and got him to calm down and pass out. From there the visit went great. She followed our feeding and medication instructions exactly, worked on some training with him during his stay, and did a nice job with redirecting his attention when he got reactive on walks. Communication was excellent throughout. I received regular photos and updates, and she flagged any concerns as they came up rather than letting them sit. The best sign of how the weekend went: at pickup, Apollo planted himself on and between her feet multiple times while we were talking about how the weekend went. He clearly trusts and adores her, which can be difficult given his anxiety. We'll absolutely be booking with her again!”
