“Apollo can be a handful with his anxiety and reactivity, and Bri handled it beautifully. They had a rocky first night, because he kept barking at every small noise. After several hours of this, he had her a bit worried about whether or not she could get him to settle down and sleep. But she stuck with it and got him to calm down and pass out. From there the visit went great. She followed our feeding and medication instructions exactly, worked on some training with him during his stay, and did a nice job with redirecting his attention when he got reactive on walks. Communication was excellent throughout. I received regular photos and updates, and she flagged any concerns as they came up rather than letting them sit. The best sign of how the weekend went: at pickup, Apollo planted himself on and between her feet multiple times while we were talking about how the weekend went. He clearly trusts and adores her, which can be difficult given his anxiety. We'll absolutely be booking with her again!”

Patricia was willing to follow the schedule I provided, and mix my dog's kibble with chicken and rice to finish weaning her back to pure kibble. My dogs get along with Patricia's small dog, Sophie, and enjoy their surroundings during their stay (Patricia has a beautiful patio and spends time with them outside). About: I have grown up with cats and dogs and have plenty of experience taking care of both! From taking walks, feeding, bathing and light grooming, I am no stranger to the nitty gritty! Especially when it comes to paying close attention and giving proper care to each pet! Currently I have a 3 legged cat named Frodo who enjoys going on trail walks and hikes. So I’m definitely open to unconventional and adaptive approaches to exercise/feeding/grooming! I hope to lend a hand in caring for your fluffy friend! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time during the week to make stop in visits and go for walks! As well as make time for your pets on the days I do work too. Using a leash on walks, going to fenced in spaces to play and making sure theres water ready and available during these times :) Making accommodations for each pet is important to me!

“Apollo can be a handful with his anxiety and reactivity, and Bri handled it beautifully. They had a rocky first night, because he kept barking at every small noise. After several hours of this, he had her a bit worried about whether or not she could get him to settle down and sleep. But she stuck with it and got him to calm down and pass out. From there the visit went great. She followed our feeding and medication instructions exactly, worked on some training with him during his stay, and did a nice job with redirecting his attention when he got reactive on walks. Communication was excellent throughout. I received regular photos and updates, and she flagged any concerns as they came up rather than letting them sit. The best sign of how the weekend went: at pickup, Apollo planted himself on and between her feet multiple times while we were talking about how the weekend went. He clearly trusts and adores her, which can be difficult given his anxiety. We'll absolutely be booking with her again!”
