Gorgeous setting only maybe two or three miles from downtown Bernardsville. So much safe space to run and play in. I am currently taking a break from working so available weekdays and weekends. I am an early riser so happy to do 6am feeds or walks if need be. My philosophy with my own pets is to meet them where they are and respect their boundaries. If they do not like to be picked up or held, I happily respect their wishes. However I am also able to say “no” to cheeky behaviour :) I am happy to accommodate any special requirements such as medicines and special play times.

About: I’ve raised my own dog since he was just 7 weeks old, so I have hands-on experience with everything from the puppy stage to caring for an adult dog. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, basic training, routines, and of course lots of cuddles! I let my own dog outside to run and play in our backyard multiple times a day, take him on walks around the neighborhood, and bring him to the park about 2–3 times a week. I’m happy to adjust my routine to fit your pet’s specific exercise, feeding, and care needs. I have a large backyard with plenty of space for your fur baby to run around and play with my dog. There are woods behind my home, so I always make sure pets are safely supervised while outside. Inside, your pet will be treated like part of the family and given plenty of attention, cuddles, playtime, and a comfortable space to relax. “It is always hard leaving your beloved pet in a new place with people he doesn’t know. Joe and Joann were so warm and welcoming to both us and to our Rudy. They have a great fenced in yard that allowed for lots of interesting sniffs, and a loving home. Rudy is so very shy, so I’m sure he was a bit sad at his first overnight, but I know he’ll warm up to his new “spot” very quickly. We got lots of photos and encouraging comments during his stay. That helps a lot! We will definitely be back.”
About: We are a loving and lively household where we will snuggle and play fetch with your pup, take them to the dog park, and keep them happy and occupied. My husband and I have a very active goldendoodle, Bell, who is 9 years old. Neither of us remember a time when there wasn't a dog in the house growing up! We know that we are taking on no small task when we agree to be responsible for your furry friend. We will follow your instructions to a T and we realize that every doggo is their own unique individual with their own unique needs. We are pros when it comes to high-energy dogs with a mind of their own! I am a full-time parent of three and we have a dog of our own whom we are home with all day. Staying active with our doodle is an integral part of our daily routine and we would love to have even more walks, games of fetch, and tricks + treats to look forward to! We LOVE to love on your pet! In our home you can expect a minimum of two 20-minute walks a day, plus more upon request and some leash time in our back yard if they like to hang out and observe the world. We are big proponents of fetch and chase.
