About: I’ve been taking care of my special-needs pup, Dottie, for 8 years. She’s on a strict diet and takes meds too, so I’m good with following precise instructions. I have a loving and serene home where Dottie and I can welcome your pup. I work from home on Fridays, so I am available for boarding for long weekends. We could coordinate a Thursday evening drop-off if need be. On the weekends, I go to a pilates class and run errands, but am otherwise around as company for the dogs. My yard is only partially fenced, so I will be taking the dogs on leashed walks. Dottie sleeps in bed with me, so it’s okay if your pup needs to as well. If your dog is crate-trained, that is okay too.

She kept us informed with lots of pictures and text messages on what they were doing and how Archie was adjusting. We used Mary Jo for two days of daycare. On our second day we had trouble with the bus tour we took which caused us many delays on completing our site seeing adventures then when we were finally on our way to pick our boy up our GPS took us to a different town which delayed us again for another hour. Throughout all these delays and my stress level rising Mary Jo kept assuring me that everything was ok and not to worry. I can help administer medications for dogs and cats that need it. I can also care for elderly dogs and puppies. I don't mind bathing them or doing nail trims either. I'm currently a college student doing online classes so I have plenty of time to drop by a clients house or to have them come to mine.
