About: I’ve been taking care of my special-needs pup, Dottie, for 8 years. She’s on a strict diet and takes meds too, so I’m good with following precise instructions. I have a loving and serene home where Dottie and I can welcome your pup. I work from home on Fridays, so I am available for boarding for long weekends. We could coordinate a Thursday evening drop-off if need be. On the weekends, I go to a pilates class and run errands, but am otherwise around as company for the dogs. My yard is only partially fenced, so I will be taking the dogs on leashed walks. Dottie sleeps in bed with me, so it’s okay if your pup needs to as well. If your dog is crate-trained, that is okay too.

About: I have a miniature Australian Shepherd named Cocoa who is almost 4. She is the sweetest girl who LOVES toys and playing with other dogs Also have experience with anxious/nervous dogs as Cocoa is pretty anxious herself! I work as a therapist full time during the week however I am fully home in the evenings from 4pm on! Since I work during the week ideally drop off times for boarding would be 4pm on. I am also available for those who may need a sitter just for the evening! Weekends I am always home and they would have around the clock care for both daycare and boarding! Also willing to travel for pick ups/drop offs if needed! Also if you book with enough notice, there is a good chance I can request time off to be home for full supervision during the week! I have a fenced yard and my apartment is a pretty large size for them to roam/play! There is also a dog park in my apartment community if they have extra energy to burn off! I can accommodate whatever is needed as far as crating at night or gating off sections of the home. However, I am more than happy to let them be anywhere they feel comfortable. I am able to watch one pet for daycare or boarding services at a time so that I am able to prioritize your pups needs!

“Melissa and Dan were great with our 8 month old golden retriever, Ginger. We were completely comfortable after our meeting. Ginger seemed happy and well taken care of. We received daily updates with photos and videos. I plan to leave our dog in their capable hands again and I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality care for their pet.”

“Our dog, Milou, had a great stay with Mairim and family! Milou is a senior dog and has a number of health issues requiring multiple medications. Mairim managed everything beautifully, including twice daily insulin injections. She kept in close contact with me to ask questions and then shared photos to confirm Milou had settled in well and was having a great time. I highly recommend Mairim for your dogs.”

“This was our first time using a pet sitter for Shibu (a Shih-Tsu) as we took our 3 week vacation. We couldn't be happier with how well Kimberly took care of her. Kim sent us regular pics and Shibu looked always active and happy, so we knew she was being well cared for. she has a fenced in backyard which is a major plus. “Sam is truly was an angel on earth when we left our mini golden doodle Veer with her for 4 days. She was so loving and took care of Veer like her own. She asked questions, which eased our tensions, and sent us daily pictures of Veer doing a new kind of activity. Her daughter is so adorable and lovely and played with veer so well as well. We couldn’t have found a better person to take care of Veer and we will DEFINITELY be rebooking sam in the future. If I could give her 100 stars, even that would not be enough! <3”
