“Nacho is a very selective Chihuahua who immediately adored Nicole. He exhibited none of the signs of anxiety he generally does when he meets someone new (or even someone he has met several times). He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. Nacho will definitely be staying with Nicole the next time we need a dog sitter.”

About: I have always grown up with dogs. I’ve helped train my own and have been relied on to watch neighbors’ and friends’ over the years as well! I worked for a dog walking company for over a year. I am a graduating college student with a good bit of free time most days and will be free for most the summer to care for your pets. The kittens can be quite messy, and require lots of attention. Our adult cat is shy, is very afraid of new people, and doesn’t like her routine disrupted. They all get wet and dry food, and have specific preferences. Caroline followed our detailed instructions for feeding, and kept the house in top shape. She was very patient with our adult cat, and even managed to get her to take some treats. We received detailed feedback and adorable photos from each check in. She was responsive to messages, and reached out with any questions. It gave us peace of mind to know that our cats were in great hands! About: Taking care of animals brings me so much joy! I live at the beach and love walking dogs through my neighborhood to the beach. I am comfortable controlling big, strong dogs on walks. I grew up with 2 dogs and have always loved animals. My sister is a veterinarian and has taught me a lot. She is on call if your animal has any health issues. I’m in a career transition right now, so your business so greatly appreciated ❤️ I am a yoga instructor working part time, so I have a lot of time for your pets! My typical day is: wake up early, walk the dog I’m caring for, feed the pup, let out again, then teach yoga. I’m gone for about 3 hours then return home for a long walk with the pup :) then we relax at home as I typically work on my computer. Your pup will be the only dog in my house - he or she will have all my love and attention! I am happy to have your pet sleep in my bed and lay on my couch if they want! I love walking and have plenty of have time for long walks. I have training on how to safely handle reactive dogs on leash. I do not have a fully fenced in yard, but am happy to take your dog to the dog park if that would be helpful to release energy! The beach is also a short walk away :)

They were very patient and even gave me some recommendations based on their astute observations as a first time dog owner. They are very good with updates too which put all my anxiety about leaving my little peanut with strangers. They certainly overexceeded my expectations. About: I absolutely love animals- both my own and other families pets! I moved to Lewes a few years ago from New Jersey and love being active outside and by the beach. My family and I adopted a dog a few years ago and she has brought so much joy to our family. I am very flexible with my daily schedule and around on most weekends and holidays. About: I have had my first dog since I was eleven years old, and I have had my second dog for two years. Since I have had experience with taking care of pets for so long, I am confident in my dog walking and sitting abilities. I also have experience with both smaller and bigger dogs with different energy levels because my older dog is a yorkie and my second dog is a Siberian Husky that my family rescued. I currently work part time so i am available for visits every day until 4pm & boarding can be arranged as needed around my work schedule. I have a fenced in yard at my home & 2 older male dogs (ages 8 & 6, both neutered) to keep your dog company if boarding.

About: I have always grown up with dogs. I’ve helped train my own and have been relied on to watch neighbors’ and friends’ over the years as well! I worked for a dog walking company for over a year. I am a graduating college student with a good bit of free time most days and will be free for most the summer to care for your pets. I will play, pet, and walk with your dogs as needed, and enjoy every second of it. If needed to be in a crate i will place a toy with them and provide a treat if allowed.
