“Nacho is a very selective Chihuahua who immediately adored Nicole. He exhibited none of the signs of anxiety he generally does when he meets someone new (or even someone he has met several times). He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. Nacho will definitely be staying with Nicole the next time we need a dog sitter.”

About: I had the best experience ever owning a cat. They are very misunderstood pets. One second they want cuddles, then another they want to sleep and not be bothered 😂 I can adapt to whatever personality your cat has. And give the care that makes you and your pets the most comfortable. I’ve had experience doing drop ins for houses with 1-20 cats. Cleaning litter boxes doesn’t bother me. I’m able to give cats medical care such as oral medication.

“Kirk was incredible to work with. I had asked him many questions and he got back to me quickly with answers. I have been struggling finding the perfect place to take my fur babies when I work long hours or am away for a night occasionally. He was flexible with the hours I needed for drop off and pick up. As soon as my dogs got there they were venturing around the enclosed fence area and seemed very happy. My maltipoo has separation anxiety and you wouldn’t have known it when I dropped her off to Kirk. My boxer is a puppy and Kirk was willing to take on having a high energy puppy for a long duration of time. I can’t say enough good things about Kirk for this being only my first time taking my dogs to him and his wife. I will be booking again immediately and have every intention of using Kirk and Anita for any needs I have in the future regarding doggy day care and/or overnight stays.”

I have lots of experience with shy cats and anxious dogs, given my cat has been very shy towards others, and my dog is incredibly anxious! About: I have always had a love for animals. Growing up, I always had pets, mostly dogs and cats but also rodents, snakes, and frogs. I have also volunteered for 2 animal shelters in the past and still actively volunteer at one with walking dogs. I am currently in school and working part time but somehow still have plenty of free time! About: I’ve watched multiple dogs at once all my life, making sure they get all the attention and love they need. I also love to just walk around so your babies will get the exercise they need. I have dealt with the escape artist routine and don't want to pose that risk to your pet. We have a backyard with a fence and will remain on a leash no matter what. I just don't feel comfortable trusting them without it. I have a "TWO DOOR POLICY", which just means that if any exterior doors are opened, your pet will either be leashed to go outside before or will be placed in a bedroom behind another door before the exterior door can be opened. About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. I’ve had dogs, cats and fish. I’ve cared for lizards and small furry friends as well. I will always stop to pet a dog and I’ve had animals come up to me out in the wild on multiple occasions. Although I currently do not have a pet, I love sitting for my friends. I’ve cared for all size and age of dog from a few months to 16 years. I believe pets are family and should be treated as such. Im currently off for the summer but teaching summer school for the month of July. My schedule is pretty open and much if what I do have scheduled is flexible. Although I live in an apartment, my complex is extremely pet friendly with 4 dog parks and a full walking loop with poop bags around the entire property.
