I am Fear-Free certified and worked at a no-kill animal shelter for over 3.5 years on the medical team, focusing primarily on feline care. I am familiar and very comfortable with administering oral and injectable medications, as well as recognizing and handling a variety of personalities. I know that behavior that can be deemed as aggressive is typically due to fear, and use this to lead how I approach interactions with “spicy” cats. About: I do offer boarding at my farm. I only take up to 2 dogs at a time. We do a few walks everyday around the 8 acres. They get plenty of yard time. Every dog gets a specialized program with me and one Free training session. Does your animal need meds? No problem. If I can syringe a horse, I can handle a cat or dog (and have) I also LOVE cats. I have had a many cats in the last 28 years. House cats, barn cats, baby cats, old cats. I currently have 2 cats that were ring worm kittens from Paws. I finished up their treatment and adopted them. I can wrangle a barn cat that’s 1/2 feral to go to the vet or get it’s flea/tick meds. Don’t count me out if you have cats! They like me as much as I like them! I have taken care of pretty much any house pet from rats, to ferrets, parrots and snakes. I have had many tropical fish tanks too. Horses, cats and dogs are not my limits. As long as I’m not previously booked, I will be able to accommodate you. It never hurts to ask. I try to stay pretty close to home so I can fit in as many visits as possible but I do have great transportation. I keep safety in mind at all times. I am always aware when I’m walking a dog and will not let them mingle with other dogs or people. I always make sure water is fresh and plentiful. I am very cautious to avoid and loose animals. Your pets health and care are my career and my number one concerns.

About: Over 20 years of taking care of and watching pets. im very fond of animals and the majority of the ones i've interacted with seem to feel the same way about me. Their well being is very important to me and i treat them as my own. i can be very flexible with a schedule, every day of the week and pretty much ever hour of the day. i have a lot of time i can dedicate. There is a fenced in yard. I would try to adhere to your rules for pets as much as possible. The pets would be like family, they are allowed to be on the couch and or bed (if thats ok)

About: I work well with independent minded dog breeds, brachycephalic breeds, and dogs with behavioral issues like extreme anxiety. I have experience in senior care, socialization, and muzzle training with my own dog. For the past few years, I have done in-home sitting for friends and neighbors. I have been around dogs in my family since a young age. In-home pet sitting services include a daily walk, feeding, outside potty breaks and play time. Additional add-on services are brushing, administration of oral medication, wrinkle cleaning, and teeth brushing if needed. There is an additional fee for 2 or more dogs. My schedule allows for me to spend much of the day with your dog, about 6 hours. At night I can spend about 4 hours (plus sleeping time) and usually more. Although I have looked after them in the past, currently I am unable to care for cats. I am available for in-home dog sitting for 1+ nights or just an evening out. Timing for in-home sitting is by appointment. I am available for dog walking/drop-in visits Monday through Saturday, between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM. While in-home sitting, I try to keep the dog's schedule as consistent with his daily life as possible. I also will take him for a daily walk or to the dog park if that is part of his regular schedule and the owner would like that. Other tasks included are feeding, water top off, outside potty breaks, and play time. About: I have been taking care of my friends’ and neighbors’ dogs and cats since I was 15. I have been hired to dog and cat sit during the day (for pets of all ages), walking dogs, and drop in visits to feed animals and play with them! I am currently in physical therapy school and have a very flexible schedule. I am available after 4pm Monday through Friday and off on the weekends. Starting May 1st I will be available all day everyday except for days marked off! I have a fence and big backyard. In my own home, I’ve cared for my dog since he was a puppy—we started with crate training and now he enjoys playtime in our fenced yard and daily walks. About: I have taken care of many jobs over the past couple of years. From my very loved family dog to many of my neighbors jobs. I have slept over at houses with animals, taken dogs on walks during the day, or just gone over to give some love when the owners are gone for long periods of time. I have always been an avid dog lover and now that I am living in an apartment that does not allow animals; I am missing my family dog very much. I would love to just get some puppy love for a bit every once and a while. I am currently working a full time 9-5 job that is in person in Wilmington. For older dogs who can be alone longer I would be happy to walk them before and after work. Any younger dogs that need faster check ins, I would be able to take care of better on the weekends. My dog is another family member to me, he is always treated with the best care and love. There aren't enough kisses and hugs I could give him in this life. I would be happy to treat any other dog the same.

About: I don’t discriminate against any type of breed. I care for them as they are my own . There is no problem for me in giving medications, if needed. I currently work full time . They would be taken care of in the morning, if needed at lunch time . Once done my normal work day, then I would go back to them for however long was needed . “Kevin was prompt to responding to my request for a dog walker. On the same day we set up a date for meet and greet. I received a text message from Kevin that he was on his way. My dog Rory is a 100 pound English Labrador and met Kevin at the door. Right away they both clicked. Kevin told me he had 2 dogs and he was very attentive to my boy. We agreed on the dates and time and I completed the process online. On the first day Kevin texted he was on his way. Rory was excited to go for his walk and was happy as evidence by running to me and wagging his tail when he came back. Every morning Kevin came, Rory met him at the door. I was very pleased with how friendly Kevin was and the attention he gave to Rory. I received 4 adorable pictures of Rory from Kevin while they were on their walks.
