About: I started caring for cats in middle school when I became a volunteer coordinator at a local animal shelter. There, I would socialize with the kittens and clean their rooms. I would introduce potential owners to the cats and connect them with a perfect match. I got my own cat in high school when my family took in a pregnant stray that followed me home one day and never left. She had two kittens so now we my parents have three cats! After I graduated college, I adopted a six month old kitten named Pearl (but I changed it to Willow). About: Hi there! I am the ultimate animal lover. I have great experience with dogs and I am heavily involved in animal rescue. I am home full time with 3 little rescued dogs of my own. One of mine is a handicapped Chihuahua, another is a Shih-tzu (all the way from California) and lastly, my sweet Shih-tzu mix who is a senior. I also have 2 senior cats. About: I do offer boarding at my farm. I only take up to 2 dogs at a time. We do a few walks everyday around the 8 acres. They get plenty of yard time. Every dog gets a specialized program with me and one Free training session. Does your animal need meds? No problem. If I can syringe a horse, I can handle a cat or dog (and have) I also LOVE cats. I have had a many cats in the last 28 years. House cats, barn cats, baby cats, old cats. I currently have 2 cats that were ring worm kittens from Paws. I finished up their treatment and adopted them. I can wrangle a barn cat that’s 1/2 feral to go to the vet or get it’s flea/tick meds. Don’t count me out if you have cats! They like me as much as I like them! I have taken care of pretty much any house pet from rats, to ferrets, parrots and snakes. I have had many tropical fish tanks too. Horses, cats and dogs are not my limits. As long as I’m not previously booked, I will be able to accommodate you. It never hurts to ask. I try to stay pretty close to home so I can fit in as many visits as possible but I do have great transportation. I keep safety in mind at all times. I am always aware when I’m walking a dog and will not let them mingle with other dogs or people. I always make sure water is fresh and plentiful. I am very cautious to avoid and loose animals. Your pets health and care are my career and my number one concerns.
