“Kirk and Anita are true animal lovers and treated our dog as one of their own. They make sure to learn your dog as to how it will be while with them. They let the dogs walk around their house and yard as if they lived there too. The have a great yard, very spacious (almost an acre?) They also can keep your dog separate if needed in another spacious area. It was nice to receive photos of our dog while she stayed with them. We would, and will be using them again in the future. We felt great after picking up Luna, our dog.”

He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. “Kirk was incredible to work with. I had asked him many questions and he got back to me quickly with answers. I have been struggling finding the perfect place to take my fur babies when I work long hours or am away for a night occasionally. He was flexible with the hours I needed for drop off and pick up. As soon as my dogs got there they were venturing around the enclosed fence area and seemed very happy. My maltipoo has separation anxiety and you wouldn’t have known it when I dropped her off to Kirk. My boxer is a puppy and Kirk was willing to take on having a high energy puppy for a long duration of time. I can’t say enough good things about Kirk for this being only my first time taking my dogs to him and his wife. I will be booking again immediately and have every intention of using Kirk and Anita for any needs I have in the future regarding doggy day care and/or overnight stays.”

I have done training with dogs from basic obedience up to recreational agility, I am an active person who is more than happy to provide physical and mental energy to your dogs, and I am very educated on mental stimulation/enrichment to help your animals thrive. I do not get squeamish around insects/invertebrates, so I have no problem feeding your animals or taking care of your colonies. If your pet has care needs that aren't standard (or if you are very specific about the way your pet is cared for), leave me a note or step by step in texts. I am more than happy to help you and your pets with any of their care needs. While I do work, I have a flexible schedule that allots me time to work with you and your pets! I am always happy to discuss scheduling with you. In a clients home, I am more than happy to do whatever is necessary to care for the pet. Walks on a routine schedule set by the client, feeding at set times, with several opportunities for play/enrichment as set by the client. I have no issues cleaning litter boxes or handling animal waste. Ensuring that your pets don't have any stressful scheduling changes is one of my top priorities.

I follow their usual routine, give medication if needed, clean up after them, refresh food and water, and make sure their space stays tidy. About: Hello my name is Angela and I'm a huge animal enthusiast. I live not to far from most shore towns where people visit including Ocean City, Sea Isle, Avalon, and Stone Harbor. I own a home on a medium sized lot,so your dog has somewhere to safely play. The backyard is fenced off while the front is not. I also live in a relatively small neighborhood (2x3) blocks that's perfect for going on walks with the pups! I will take really good care of your family member as I would my own. I also don't mind sending frequent check ins and I'm guilty of taking to many pictures because they are just so dang cute! Please feel free to contact me anytime, looking forward to hearing from you! My husband and I have owned dogs out entire life and since we don't have children, our dogs are a willing substitute, we will both be caring for your loved one while they stay with us. They will be welcome to the middle of the bed every night 🤣 Sometimes I am away, traveling cross country to introduce a family to their new puppy. The rest of that time I enjoy doing crafts, playing with the dogs outside and inside, playing pool and making a new snuggle buddy. I have dealt with the escape artist routine and don't want to pose that risk to your pet. We have a backyard with a fence and will remain on a leash no matter what. I just don't feel comfortable trusting them without it. I have a "TWO DOOR POLICY", which just means that if any exterior doors are opened, your pet will either be leashed to go outside before or will be placed in a bedroom behind another door before the exterior door can be opened. Absolutely no chance for an escape artist!
