She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. My senior dog recently passed from a rare lung cancer so I’m experienced in delivering oral medication, round the clock care and attention, and moving at their pace. My pets are kept separate during boarding. Your dog will have access to the entire first floor and the fenced in-backyard. I have a dedicated bedroom for boarding where I can sleep with dogs who may have separation anxiety to ensure they are comfortable. I like to sit with them for a few minutes before and after each walk to feel out their energy levels. I have worked with animal rescues as a foster for dogs as well! As for cats, I have fostered nearly 50 kittens and adult cats, and have experience with special needs cats! I also have experience with animals such as rabbits, lizards, fish, guinea pigs/hamsters. I currently have no form of employment and can spare most of my time for pet-care. I am willing to do overnights, drop-ins, and playtime or dog walks! I cannot do boarding as I have animals of my own and avoiding a potential problem is the priority. My pets are well-cared for and since they all came from rescues, their specific needs are taken into account. The cats have their own separate litter boxes, the dogs get plenty of playtime and sunshine. About: At age 12 I had community flyers posted for pet care. I have provided in and out of home care for many years. I have cared for dogs, cats, reptiles and aquatics. I am currently a stay at home mother of a school aged child. 8 - 9am and 3 - 4 pm are the only times of concern. That is my daughter's bussing schedule. About: I have never not had a dog in my home ! I have experience taking care of my own dog, as well as taking care of puppies, adult dogs, senior dogs, and everything in between. I have years of dogsitting experience, and they are just my absolute favorite thing in the world. About: I’ve had my own dog for 15 years now. I have done favors for many friends/family/neighbors of mine helping them with their animal while away. I can go on daily walks with your dog. Weekends are my ideal availability, but I can accommodate through the week if necessary, even if it’s just to check in on a cat to make sure they have food and water. I have a fenced backyard for my older dog. We do go on walks daily when cognitively he is able too. I can crate the dog if necessary. I give baths monthly and always make sure to have treats for him.

“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. This was my first time booking care through Rover and Patti walked us through the process so smoothly. Her home and yard are beautiful and Patti was friendly and welcoming during the meet and greet, drop off, pick up, and in all her messages. My whole family LOVED the daily updates with photos and videos while we were away.
