I also love dogs and have experience with farm animals, too. I can help with feedings, waste clean-up, walking, play time, brushing, and whatever else you may need. I am also happy to take photos, send you text updates, or do a phone call/video chat with you during the service so I can keep you informed with any updates and to put your mind at ease (I know how stressful it can be when you've just met your pet sitter and you're away on vacation, missing your babies- I've been there!). I currently work part-time as a tour guide and do the occasional side gig in the pet care/housekeeping field. “Kirk was incredible to work with. I had asked him many questions and he got back to me quickly with answers. I have been struggling finding the perfect place to take my fur babies when I work long hours or am away for a night occasionally. He was flexible with the hours I needed for drop off and pick up. As soon as my dogs got there they were venturing around the enclosed fence area and seemed very happy. My maltipoo has separation anxiety and you wouldn’t have known it when I dropped her off to Kirk. My boxer is a puppy and Kirk was willing to take on having a high energy puppy for a long duration of time. I can’t say enough good things about Kirk for this being only my first time taking my dogs to him and his wife. I will be booking again immediately and have every intention of using Kirk and Anita for any needs I have in the future regarding doggy day care and/or overnight stays.”

About: I do offer boarding at my farm. I only take up to 2 dogs at a time. We do a few walks everyday around the 8 acres. They get plenty of yard time. Every dog gets a specialized program with me and one Free training session. Does your animal need meds? No problem. If I can syringe a horse, I can handle a cat or dog (and have) I also LOVE cats. I have had a many cats in the last 28 years. House cats, barn cats, baby cats, old cats. I currently have 2 cats that were ring worm kittens from Paws. I finished up their treatment and adopted them. I can wrangle a barn cat that’s 1/2 feral to go to the vet or get it’s flea/tick meds. Don’t count me out if you have cats! They like me as much as I like them! I have taken care of pretty much any house pet from rats, to ferrets, parrots and snakes. I have had many tropical fish tanks too. Horses, cats and dogs are not my limits. As long as I’m not previously booked, I will be able to accommodate you. It never hurts to ask. I try to stay pretty close to home so I can fit in as many visits as possible but I do have great transportation. I keep safety in mind at all times. I am always aware when I’m walking a dog and will not let them mingle with other dogs or people. I always make sure water is fresh and plentiful. I am very cautious to avoid and loose animals. Your pets health and care are my career and my number one concerns.

I have a fenced in dog kennel that was built for my own dogs which has 1 access point to make sure there are no accidental breakouts. I have a rather large home that offers multiple places to house your pet because I know everyone has a different situation so we are very adaptable. I am able to follow a routine and instructions left by my clients in the event I am needed at their home address.
About: I have experience with cats with health issues and giving medications. My 18 yr old has CKD and a few other issues he gets supplements for that keep him going. I have volunteered with cats at an animal shelter and helped with dog adoption events as a dog handler. My schedule is very open at the moment so I'm available for whatever is needed. I have 3 cats so I do need to be home several times a day to care for them. My cats are indoor only but I take my 18 year old out on a leash on walks around the yard, but he mostly prefers to be carried. I'm happy to take other cats on walks if they are harness trained, or just play with them indoors. Dogs I will walk of course and play with as needed.

Currently, I have two dogs that I love taking on adventures like trails, dog parks, and even the beach. I’ve also had experience with overnight stays and caring for cats. About: I have lived with dogs my whole life. I have a dog named Romeo who is 4 years old. I have learned that dogs deserve patience and quality time, of course love. When I have a confirmed gig(s) If I am not available at all that day due to multiple, I will update my schedule immediately. I try to keep up with it on here. My household has 3 Dogs, including a fenced in yard. When I let them go out to use the bathroom, I will stand outside to make sure they get inside safely. Around their dinner time, one of our dogs has a separate food bag because he has food sensitivities so I make sure to separate their food and give them a specific amount of food that is good for them. I will play with them all the time, give them love and treats, and make sure they are content. (I will be the only caretaker, no one else in my household will be accompanying me!)

About: I am very good with dogs, because I pay attention to their body language. Dogs communicate through their eyes, body and barks. Similar to a person using sign language. Most communication is non-verbal and I definitely pay attention and make sure I treat every furry friend with respect and love. I will take your dog walking, I will check-in on your dog and play ball or tug of war with them, if that is what they like to do, I will provide water refills and food refills, even mix food upon request and follow instructions specific to your dog's need. I like to take dogs to the park, go jogging with dogs, belly rubs, hugs and playful affection. I like making dogs feel important, so they know they matter. If they need a bathing that is extra, but I will clean your dog thoroughly after playtime. If, you want me to take your dog to the park, I love doing walks and runs in the park with your fur baby! Get all the extra energy out, so when you come home they are well satisfied and content. I have a house and a yard. Yard is not fully fenced in yet, but currently working towards fixing it or getting a new fence. My house is dog proof to keep all fur babies safe and happy, but there are always other options available to keep your dog as comfortable as possible.
