If I go outdoors to split wood, rake leaves or do chores, your pet goes with me. If its sunny out and we decide to hang clothes on the line to dry, your pet goes out with us. Plenty of fresh air and fun. Your pet's feeding (and medicine) schedule will be followed so her routine stays the same. We will care for your pet just like own at our large woodsy home. We will care for your pet just like you would. Your special needs are understood and will be followed. No feeding table scraps. We are 200 feet from the road with room to roam. We only watch dogs 40 pounds and less, so please be honest about your pets weight/size. We watch a maximum of 3 pets at one time. Our pet, Zeus is well adjusted to other pets; Zeus is tick and flea free as we administer Brevacto every 3 months during spring, summer and fall. We also treat our Zeus for parasites (heartworm, roundworms) every 6 months.

Gregory has provided dog walks and overnight care for our 60lb hound mix multiple times over the last few months and we couldn't be happier with the care he provides. He is incredibly communicative, provides very detailed updates after every walk (with plenty of pictures included), and has shown the utmost dedication to understanding our dog Izzy and her specific behavioral needs. We have worked with many positive reinforcement trainers in the past to address our pups over-excitability and leash reactivity and Gregory using much of the same language as these dog trainers when discussing strategies he used on his walks with Izzy to help redirect and keep her focused and safe. Our pup is very scent driven on walks which can require a lot of patience and steady redirection, and we are so grateful for how kind and gentle Gregory is when handling Izzy. We've only had one overnight experience with Gregory so far and he took great care of our home and left the house spotless! He also ensured us that he only books one overnight stay at a time to avoid any conflicts in schedule and make sure our dog has company throughout the night and to keep her safe in the event of an emergency. About: I have experience with cats with health issues and giving medications. My 18 yr old has CKD and a few other issues he gets supplements for that keep him going. I have volunteered with cats at an animal shelter and helped with dog adoption events as a dog handler. My schedule is very open at the moment so I'm available for whatever is needed. I have 3 cats so I do need to be home several times a day to care for them. My cats are indoor only but I take my 18 year old out on a leash on walks around the yard, but he mostly prefers to be carried. I'm happy to take other cats on walks if they are harness trained, or just play with them indoors. Dogs I will walk of course and play with as needed.

“Kelley was a great sitter and allowed us to book the last minute, only a couple days prior. She was very attentive and quickly responded to messages. Our German Shepherd loved her stay at Kelley's place. The yard is more than spacious, and our dog loved playing and running around there. She had her own room with a dog bed and a water fountain, and was provided with play time and all the care she needed. Highly recommended, and will definitely use Kelley's services anytime in the future.”
“Annette was wonderful to work with . Easy to communicate with around planning drop off and pick up. My favorite part was the videos & pictures she posted of my dog. I was so worried about my dog that he would be sad and missing me but he looked happy running around in the yard. In dog area and taking naps on the couch. I feel safe leaving my dog . Happy to rebook in future again. Highly recommend!”

“All I can say is A++, Brody was very well taken care of, Diana and her hubby were so welcoming when we dropped Brody off, she does slow introductions with her own dogs and Brody had friends to play with. Diana's home is extremely clean and well maintained and had no issues leaving Brody in her care. She sent us pictures and even a short video or two, made our trip to DC stress free knowing he was in good hands, Brody came home happy and as playful as ever so I know he was treated kindly and with love. As a pet owner you can tell your pets body language and he was as happy as when we dropped him off for his puppy staycation! Diana is very friendly and communicates quickly. We were running late to drop him off and she was very accommodating, can recommend her enough, her price per night can't be beat for the awesome care your furry baby will enjoy! It is well worth the ride to her home even if it's a little out of the way, take the drive and book with her! We will always see if she's available in the future, A+ all the way!!!”

“Tyler was friendly and professional to both me and Bailey. Bailey is a active 2 yr. old and Tyler seamed up to the challenge. He also has ample room on his property for outdoor activites, yet he still took our Labrador Retriever to the dog park. I give Tyler A+. If the need arises again Tyler will get the NOD.”
