“I had been struggling with where to take my dog, Kara Eir, formerly of the Goblin Castle, Protector of Spinner's End, while I was on vacation for a few days in NJ. “Nacho is a very selective Chihuahua who immediately adored Nicole. He exhibited none of the signs of anxiety he generally does when he meets someone new (or even someone he has met several times). He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. I’ve had dogs, cats and fish. I’ve cared for lizards and small furry friends as well. I will always stop to pet a dog and I’ve had animals come up to me out in the wild on multiple occasions. Although I currently do not have a pet, I love sitting for my friends. I’ve cared for all size and age of dog from a few months to 16 years. I believe pets are family and should be treated as such. Im currently off for the summer but teaching summer school for the month of July. My schedule is pretty open and much if what I do have scheduled is flexible. Although I live in an apartment, my complex is extremely pet friendly with 4 dog parks and a full walking loop with poop bags around the entire property.

About: I've raised dogs my entire life! Over the last 5 years, I've started house sitting for family friends for upwards of 3-4 weeks at a time, adding cats, bunnies, and birds to the rotation. Currently until the end of June, I will be working about 4 days a week as a substitute teacher. I'm usually out of the house by 6:30a and home around 3:15p. “Our first meeting was the meet and great and I felt comfortable leaving Franco at Kelly's house for day care. Kelly was caring and friendly to our lab. The property has a large fenced in yard for Franco to run around. He had a room with a door, window and mattress which he napped on. Kelly followed instructions and I felt at ease the time I was away from him. Recommend her highly for dog care, and is located near the shore area for vacationing parents. I have lots of experience with shy cats and anxious dogs, given my cat has been very shy towards others, and my dog is incredibly anxious! “Michael was absolutely amazing! We have two Australian Shepherds which are notoriously anxious and high energy. As soon as they met Michael they were at ease and ready to walk with him not caring that we were leaving. Michael was very flexible on pick up and drop off times and ended up having our pups for about 12 hours and we got pictures throughout the day of them playing and having fun. Our one pup has epilepsy and Michael was able to give him his medication without a issue. Would highly recommend him and plan to use him again in the future!”

About: Volunteered at a dog shelter (Rylies rescue) and for an organization called pawsibilities housing up to 50+ cats plus animals like farm animals, birds, and everything in between, so I’m very familiar with all sorts of animals and temperaments. About: I enjoy dogs and I enjoy walks so what better way to combine the two than becoming a Rover walker! I have most experience with small and medium dogs. I work flexible hours in my full time job currently, I am sure we can work something out that works for both of our schedules! Dogs bring so much joy to our lives! I love to walk and explore the neighborhood with a furry companion, throw a ball, and cuddle up with sweet dogs.

I keep a close eye on their behavior and make sure they feel comfortable and secure while they are with me. In a Client’s Home: When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions for feeding, walks, routines, and rules for the pet. I make sure pets stay on their normal schedule so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. I give them lots of attention, exercise, and care, and I make sure they are always safe and well looked after.
About: I have grown up with dogs almost all of my life and they are great! I drive around for work as a speech therapist, so if you need someone to pop in and let your dog out, maybe we can work something out! I also enjoy taking dogs for walks, too. In the pictures is my dog Georgia, who passed away several years ago, unexpectedly. I can’t bare to delete them! I currently am working from home, trying to build my own business, so my schedule is currently flexible. I walk my dog 2x a day. About: Hello my name is Angela and I'm a huge animal enthusiast. I live not to far from most shore towns where people visit including Ocean City, Sea Isle, Avalon, and Stone Harbor. I own a home on a medium sized lot,so your dog has somewhere to safely play. The backyard is fenced off while the front is not. I also live in a relatively small neighborhood (2x3) blocks that's perfect for going on walks with the pups! I will take really good care of your family member as I would my own. My husband and I have owned dogs out entire life and since we don't have children, our dogs are a willing substitute, we will both be caring for your loved one while they stay with us. They will be welcome to the middle of the bed every night 🤣 Sometimes I am away, traveling cross country to introduce a family to their new puppy. The rest of that time I enjoy doing crafts, playing with the dogs outside and inside, playing pool and making a new snuggle buddy. I have dealt with the escape artist routine and don't want to pose that risk to your pet. We have a backyard with a fence and will remain on a leash no matter what. I just don't feel comfortable trusting them without it. I have a "TWO DOOR POLICY", which just means that if any exterior doors are opened, your pet will either be leashed to go outside before or will be placed in a bedroom behind another door before the exterior door can be opened. Absolutely no chance for an escape artist!

About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. I’ve had dogs, cats and fish. I’ve cared for lizards and small furry friends as well. I will always stop to pet a dog and I’ve had animals come up to me out in the wild on multiple occasions. Although I currently do not have a pet, I love sitting for my friends. I’ve cared for all size and age of dog from a few months to 16 years. I believe pets are family and should be treated as such. Im currently off for the summer but teaching summer school for the month of July. My schedule is pretty open and much if what I do have scheduled is flexible. Although I live in an apartment, my complex is extremely pet friendly with 4 dog parks and a full walking loop with poop bags around the entire property.
