They have their house set up really well and have seen it all. They gave us lots of updates and are very safety focused. I especially appreciate them putting airtags on the dogs upon check in and every entry/exit point is double gated. Really conscientious dog lovers who set up towel pathways for my dog who gets scared of tile/wood floors. Will for sure use again!”

While I was away, Akshay was consistently responsive and communicative, which gave me real peace of mind. He was also extremely flexible and worked with me on dropoff/ pickup, which made everything easier. It’s obvious he truly cares about animals and has a lot of empathy; Sirus’s excellent manners are a reflection of that. When Benji got injured, it was heartwarming to see how much Akshay truly cared. He continued to check in even weeks after the booking ended to see how he was doing. I find it difficult to find people with his level of transparency who build a lot of trust.
