About: We offer loving and compassionate dog boarding or drop-ins and cat drop-ins. Dog boarding is at our home with a large, fenced-in yard and plenty of room to play and roam around. We never take more than one dog guest at a time and take extra special care of your pet while you are gone, including walks and cuddles. We live on a quiet street in a great neighborhood located in Lake Mohawk. We have a fenced in back yard where your dog can run around and play as much or as little as he/she wants! We will provide the best care for your best friend when you are not able, with lots of love and attention. Both my husband and I grew up with dogs, and when I was a teenager, I raised a dog for the Seeing Eye. I am a stay-at-home mom. There is someone home for the majority of the day so your pup will never be alone for more than a couple of hours. We would like to keep our client dogs on the smaller size and as non-shedding as possible. Our fee of $35 is for small dogs under 25lbs. We will consider watching larger dogs between 25-35lbs if they are mellow due to our small children. There is an additional fee of $10.00 per day for dogs between 25-35lb. Pick up is before noon and drop-off is after 3pm. A $5.00 an hour charge is added for pick up after 12 noon or drop off before 3pm, with at most an additional fee of $25.00 a day. About this sitter: If your dog feels most comfortable staying at his own home, we'll come visit, walk, and play with your beloved pooch while you're away!! About: Throughout my life I’ve helped to care for dogs dealing with lifelong epilepsy to elderly dogs to extra large dogs that are deathly afraid of stairs. I have also previously worked in a pet store so I have experience with a wide range of animals. I currently have a dachshund and do everything within my power to help avoid future back problems like dachshund are notorious for and hope to also help you and your pet needs. I currently have a very flexible schedule and already enjoy taking my dog for walks whether it be around the block or a 5k around the park and would love to see where your little one fits in. With dachshunds being notorious for back problems I start the day by giving him a little back massage before taking him out I like to keep a tidy environment to ensure pups don’t get into anything they shouldn’t . About: Since I was a freshman in highschool I have been trusted with taking care of many of my neighbors pets. Small dogs, medium dogs, big dogs, I love them all! From ages 5-16 I had a boxer dog who was the light of my life! Since then I nourish my love for dogs and animals through volunteering at OSCAR in my spare time and caring for pets in the communities near me. I currently will soon start working part-time at a country club however schedules vary week to week but consist of 3 day work weeks with shifts from 10-3 or 3-9.
