About: I am excited to start dog sitting again. My dream is to one day open a beautiful, clean and warm dog kennel for dogs of all breeds and sizes. I previously owned a dog walking business called Mrs. C’s Dog Walking. Mrs. C’s was a small business that I owned for approximately 3 years and I loved it. I also dog-sat during college. While the owner was away on business trips, I would stop by multiple times a day to let her 2 dogs out, feed them and play. About: My husband and I have lived in Lake Mohawk for 11 years. We have 4 wonderful children, all of which love animals. In addition to our children, we have a wonderfully trained male Shi-a-Poo named Toby. He is going on 13 years old. We have raised him since a puppy. Toby also loves to play with other dogs, however he's getting pretty lazy in his old doggie days. He enjoys laying and cuddling most of the day. Our children, on the other hand, love running around, playing fetch and taking Toby for walks...Toby would love to share the wealth! We live on a quiet street in a great neighborhood located in Lake Mohawk. We have a fenced in back yard where your dog can run around and play as much or as little as he/she wants! We will provide the best care for your best friend when you are not able, with lots of love and attention. Both my husband and I grew up with dogs, and when I was a teenager, I raised a dog for the Seeing Eye. I am a stay-at-home mom. There is someone home for the majority of the day so your pup will never be alone for more than a couple of hours. We would like to keep our client dogs on the smaller size and as non-shedding as possible. Our fee of $35 is for small dogs under 25lbs. We will consider watching larger dogs between 25-35lbs if they are mellow due to our small children. There is an additional fee of $10.00 per day for dogs between 25-35lb. Pick up is before noon and drop-off is after 3pm. A $5.00 an hour charge is added for pick up after 12 noon or drop off before 3pm, with at most an additional fee of $25.00 a day. If you and your pup are looking for a great family to spend some time with, we would love to meet you and your dog! About this sitter: If your dog feels most comfortable staying at his own home, we'll come visit, walk, and play with your beloved pooch while you're away!! A little about me: I have two cats, Linus and Liam, who are my whole world. I also adore dogs and grew up with several breeds including a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, Cocker Spaniel, Mini Schnauzer, and a Bernese Mountain Dog. I hope to rescue a Great Dane someday, but until then I pour all my dog-love into the pups I care for. I’m also able to help on weekends with a little advance notice. I have two cats at home, so I prefer to care for dogs in their owner's home. This has always worked well when I watch my friends’ dogs, as I typically stay at their house or apartment for extended periods while they’re away. It allows their pup to stay in a familiar, comfortable environment with their usual routines, rather than introducing new animals or unnecessary stress. My focus is always on making sure your dog feels safe, relaxed, and at home.

About: I have been a veterinary technician for the last 19 years. I have spent the majority of that time working at a small animal practice, but also worked at an emergency and specialty practice for 4 years during that time as well. During my career, I have dealt with numerous c-sections, geriatric, diabetic, and renal patients. Meaning that, injections, SQ fluid, oral meds, etc, are not a problem.. I have also done pet sitting on the side for many years during this time as well. I have always had a love for animals. I currently own a 9 year old mixed breed dog, as well as a cat, and chinchilla. I have had many pocket pets over the years as well. I currently work full time, overnights only, on the front end of the week. I plan accordingly, to make sure the pets needs are met before and after work shift, and spoil them extra on the days I’m off. I adjust to whatever needs the pet requires, and make our schedules work in sync so that there are no issues with bathroom breaks, or feeding/medications.

About: Since I was a freshman in highschool I have been trusted with taking care of many of my neighbors pets. Small dogs, medium dogs, big dogs, I love them all! From ages 5-16 I had a boxer dog who was the light of my life! Since then I nourish my love for dogs and animals through volunteering at OSCAR in my spare time and caring for pets in the communities near me. I currently will soon start working part-time at a country club however schedules vary week to week but consist of 3 day work weeks with shifts from 10-3 or 3-9. Any days apart from days I am working, I am free whenever! I have a 2 story house with a large fenced backyard and no pets. I live in a friendly neighborhood with parks nearby! I am very cautious, careful, and responsible so a dogs safety is a big priority of mine.

On Fridays, I work at a local herbal apothecary from 12–6pm (until it closes on April 20th), and on Saturdays I’m at a bakery from 10–2pm. In a client’s home, I’m very respectful of your space and stick closely to your pet’s normal schedule such as feeding, walks, medication, and overall routine. I pay close attention to their behavior and energy so I can respond to their needs in a thoughtful, attentive way. If caring for pets in my home, I maintain a clean, peaceful environment with lots of supervision and care. I have a side yard for fresh air and easy walks, and I also love taking dogs out for a change of scenery whether that’s a car ride to a nearby park or a walk along the path at Lake Hopatcong across the street from my apartment! Safety is always top of mind, from secure spaces to attentive handling during walks and outdoor time.
