“She and her family were very kind. She took care of my dog and loved him as if he were her own. My dog also seemed very comfortable. She even surprised me with a thoughtful gift. Thank you for your kindness”

“Jill & Thomas were amazing dog sitters! Took such great care of our dog and treated him like family. Super reliable, friendly, and kept us updated. Koda loved his staycation!! Highly recommend”

“Jen is the best pet sitter!!! She loves our Ziggy and he’s so comfortable at her house. I get continuous updates during his stay and I never worry when he’s with her!!”

“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. I would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be booking services with her again when the time comes!”

“You just can’t get someone more kind, caring and perfect for your dog. Cindy was so good with our dogs Apollo and Jupiter. So many years of rescuing and working with dogs. Her knowledge about their needs and behaviors is priceless. She made them and us feel so comfortable. Thank you Cindy.”

“Rita is absolutely fabulous, she’s so sweet and considerate. Our pup LOVED staying with her, we even got regular photos and videos! She’s an amazing communicator and her house and yard are so cute!”

“This was my first time boarding my 6-month puppy, but Claudia eased all my worries. I got tons of pictures and updates that gave me peace of mind. I could tell Stella had a great time. If you’re unsure about boarding your pet for the first time, you can trust Claudia!”

“First-time Rover user here, and I was definitely a bit anxious going in but I didn’t need to be. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend Andres. He’s easygoing, clearly great with dogs, and made the whole experience stress-free. My rescue chihuahua mix can be a little temperamental, especially around men, but Andres handled him without any issues. I also really appreciated the daily photo updates and quick check-ins—it gave me peace of mind knowing how my pup was doing. Overall, a really positive experience. Thanks again, Andres!”

“Andrea is awesome! Took such good care of our dog. Updated us everyday with videos and pictures. You could tell our dog was super happy and was treated like one of the family. I would absolutely use her again.”

“Rackeem is a true professional. He’s knowledgeable, compassionate, detail-oriented, responsive, and kind. We love being able to leave our dog with him, always knowing she’s getting the best care and attention when we’re away. He also always leaves us with great care tips and suggestions. Thank you, Rackeem!”

“Recently left my puppy with Thelma. I was able to go on vacation without concerns for my pups well being. She took extra precautions to keep him safe by putting up extra barricades around her fence to prevent him from escaping. My pup loved playing with her dogs. i definitely will have her watch my dog again.”

“Sherry was very communicative, accommodating for an energetic puppy, and went above & beyond with treats! Mila was treated like the princess she is. I appreciated the transparency and patience she provided. I would leave her with Mila again in a heartbeat (and will again soon!).”

“Lindsey took care of Sydney for a night. When I was there to drop off, the kids and the family welcomed Sydney and made her comfortable. Lindsey provided frequent updates which I greatly appreciate. Sydney had a great stay at Lindsey's.”

“Our Magick has never been around anyone except family or the vet, so we were anxious to leave him with a stranger. Well, Beth is definitely no longer a stranger. From the time we dropped him off he immediately felt at ease with her. She kept in touch with us with text messages and videos letting us know that he was fine. She even trimmed his nails for us! We highly recommend Beth and will contact her again should the need arise. Thank you Beth!❤️☺️👏🏾”

“Laura was a fantastic dog sitter! She was flexible with scheduling pick up/drop off, sent an update with a photo, and our pup seemed to have a great time with her. We will definitely use her services again!”

About: I started caring for cats in middle school when I became a volunteer coordinator at a local animal shelter. There, I would socialize with the kittens and clean their rooms. I would introduce potential owners to the cats and connect them with a perfect match. I got my own cat in high school when my family took in a pregnant stray that followed me home one day and never left. She had two kittens so now we my parents have three cats! After I graduated college, I adopted a six month old kitten named Pearl (but I changed it to Willow). She had an upper respiratory infection and an eye ulcer that were being treated when I adopted her. Now, she’s almost two and still struggles with eye problems but that doesn’t stop her.

“Sharesse visited our Cat twice a week for over 2 months. That’s a long ask and she did an awesome job being consistent and communicative. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a responsible sitter. Thanks Sharesse!”

About: With years of hands-on animal experience, I’ve fostered kittens, raised service dog puppies, and worked at a reptile and fish store during college. Throughout school, I also rescued and rehomed animals in need. Today, I share my home with two German Shepherds, one actively training and one just beginning her journey. I’m passionate about positive reinforcement, structured care, and creating an environment where animals feel safe, confident, and loved. From high-energy working dogs to small pets, I understand that every animal has unique needs and deserves patient, knowledgeable care. Your pet will be treated like family and cared for with the same attention and dedication I give my own. I can be flexible and happy to work with your schedule, whether your pet has specific needs, preferred routines, or particular days that work best. Just let me know how I can help make their stay as comfortable as possible! I live in a quiet, pet-friendly, one-story home with minimal stairs and a spacious, secure yard perfect for dogs who enjoy fresh air and room to play. Inside, I use gates to thoughtfully separate areas of the home, allowing me to create a calm, structured environment tailored to each pet’s comfort and needs. Im happy to accommodate crate-trained dogs and have dedicated space available for rest and decompression when needed. Our cats have their own separate room and can remain fully separated to ensure a safe, low-stress environment for everyone. About: I've been working with dogs professionally for almost 1.5 years, but I've also always dog-sat for family and friends. I've sat with dogs from small to big sizes, younger to older dogs, and I've dealt with dogs that have had many different medical issues, including providing medication and insulin. I'm ready for anything, and I'm excited to meet some new furry friends. Pet care is part of my everyday life both at work and at home. I currently work at a dog kennel, so I’m experienced with feeding schedules, exercise routines, and making sure each dog feels comfortable and cared for. On top of that, I have three dachshunds of my own at home, which means my day naturally revolves around walks, playtime, training, and plenty of cuddles. Because of this, caring for dogs isn’t just something I do at work; it’s built into my lifestyle. Becoming a public dog sitter is an exciting next step for me, since it allows me to take the skills I’ve built in a kennel setting and apply them in a more personal way, giving each dog the love and attention they deserve. In my own home, caring for pets is a constant part of daily life. I have three dachshunds, so I’m used to keeping up with regular feeding times, potty breaks, exercise, and play. I make sure they feel safe, happy, and included as part of the family, whether that means structured walks or just cozy cuddle time. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the same attentive approach while respecting each pet’s individual routine and needs. I stick to the feeding, walking, and play schedules the owner provides, and I take time to get to know the pet’s personality so they feel comfortable and cared for in their own environment. My goal is always to make the transition smooth for both the pet and the owner, giving pets the same love and structure I give my own dogs.
“Grace has done an outstanding job walking our two large dogs. She takes great pictures of the dogs during the walks and sends them to us with a detailed report of the walk. She is timely and has taken on many last minute requests from us. We have been very happy with her services. Thanks, Grace!”

About: I have been a pet appreciation magnet as long as I can remember. Even when I am not aiming for the attention, the pets gravitate my way, and i have scritches and belly rubs for them all. I have a rescue of my own for 6+ years now, bichon/poodle mix. Though he had a traumatic start before me, he has adjusted well and is a cuddle bug, and getting better with his socialization with new doggos. I have been a dog sitter for friends over the last 8+ years, when they go on trips. I have experience in minor training, like sit/stay/leash leading, for a few breeds up to 50-70 lbs (no certificates, just repitition and patience). Positive recognition of good behavior and moderate activity (to remedy the bad behavior) when you need me are what I hope to share with your furry family members. I am currently working part-time, so i can set up a schedule of regular pet attention care during part day time hours. Currently I have weekends free if weekend care is requested, though this may change if requests are light. I am working on my house to be able to provide overnight care in the future, making it care friendly for additional furry friends. I have a fenced in, good size yard, and a medium size fur baby of my own to greet stay over friends, though my house needs a little more time for prep before we are ready. I am happy to do drop-ins and day or eve walks at your home, and follow any/all your rules. I respect your needs and want to make sure your fur baby is safe and happy in my care. I keep trainer treats in my car, if we need to practice a few basic commands, as well as water and other care essentials. I have a back seat hammock/cover for the pet's safety when traveling (as needed). I also have a med to large dog kennel I can put in the way back of my SUV if that is preferred for safety and security.

About: My love for dogs has been with me since I was a kid, but it truly took off when I got into hiking and the outdoors! There’s something magical about seeing a dog’s pure excitement on the trail—the way their tail wags nonstop, the burst of energy as they explore, and that unshakable bond they share with their humans. Watching my friends' dogs thrive on these adventures made me realize just how much I love being around dogs, and soon enough, I found myself pet sitting for coworkers while they traveled. That’s when everything clicked—I wasn’t just helping out, I was doing something that brought me real joy! Over the past two years, I’ve gained a deep understanding of dog behavior, problem-solving, and structured care. I know how important trust and communication are when it comes to caring for someone’s pet, and I always keep owners in the loop with updates and insights into their dog’s well-being. I’ve also developed a strong ability to read body language, making sure every dog I watch feels safe, comfortable, and excited for their time with me! Whether it’s juggling multiple dogs with different needs, sticking to medication and feeding schedules, or adapting to new situations with patience and confidence, I’m always ready to step up and provide the best possible care. Now that I’m back home in New Jersey, I’m beyond excited to continue this journey! I’m always looking to grow, learn, and bring even more love and energy to the dogs I care for. For me, pet sitting isn’t just a job—it’s something I truly love doing! I can’t wait to meet your pup and make sure they’re happy, safe, and having the best time ever! I currently have full availability from Thursday to Sunday, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time to your pet. On Monday through Wednesday, I work a flexible schedule that still allows for drop-in services, walks, feeding, and other care needs. I am happy to work with your specific situation and can accommodate hybrid or work-from-home scenarios to ensure your dog receives the attention they deserve. Creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for pets is my top priority! I will adhere to your expectations and routines; Prepare meals and refresh water regularly; Provide daily walks, playtime, and exercises tailored to your dog's needs; maintain hygiene and grooming; Send updates and communication to pet owner; Secure outdoor areas and ensure leash handling during walks.

About: I’ve spent years caring for and training dogs, including raising and training four Australian Cattle Dogs—a breed known for its intelligence and high energy. Through that experience, I’ve learned how to read canine body language, reinforce good behaviors, and confidently handle dogs with different personalities and energy levels. I’ve also walked dogs for several of my mom’s clients throughout the Hockessin and Wilmington area. My focus is on providing safe, reliable, and personalized care while treating every dog as if they were my own. I am home full-time, which allows me to provide attentive, personalized care throughout the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive plenty of potty breaks, exercise, playtime, enrichment, and affection. Being home full-time also allows me to closely monitor each dog’s well-being, maintain their routine, and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Your dog will be cared for like one of my own in a safe, loving home environment. I have a fully fenced 0.6-acre yard where dogs can safely run, play, and explore under supervision. They’ll also have the companionship of my three friendly, well-socialized dogs if they enjoy being around other dogs. Throughout the day, your pet will receive plenty of exercise, potty breaks, playtime, enrichment, and affection. I follow each dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions, so they feel comfortable, happy, and at home while you’re away.
About: I'm a single mom with 2 kids and 2 fur babies. I have a lab and a daschund. They are the best dogs. I'm looking to help other people who need some help with their fur babies. I love dogs, I would walk them, play with their toys, treats. I can give them baths, feed them. Whatever needs to be done to take care of them while you are gone away or on vacation. I am up for any dog or even cats. I have had animals my whole life growing up so I'm definitely not scared of any animal. I love them all and will treat them all the way they need to be treated. So I'm available for whoever needs me to care for their pet. I would love to help you out.

“Marissa was absolutely amazing!! I was so nervous about being away from my dog for the weekend, but marissa made me feel so at ease! She sent pictures and updates to me all weekend and I am so grateful she took such great care of my puppy!! She even gave a doggy gift bag when I came back to pick paisley up! Thank you so much marissa ❤️”

“All the hype about Dante is true! He’s communicative, accommodating, and really great energy. He asks a lot of questions to ensure my Kado was well taken care of. Dante is someone who truly loves what he does and that makes me happy. I think Kado and I found a permanent sitter until Dante retires us lol”

“Diane was great & I'd recommend her for your dog sitting needs. Cared for a senior dog with medication needs. Lots of walks! Kept us informed on how our dog was doing. A joy to talk to and was very friendly.”

“Our dog Cooper seemed so happy during his overnight boarding. He normally doesn’t eat at first when being boarded but he was enjoying a treat and eating his breakfast within moments of being dropped off. We received thoughtful updates and photos and Cooper was relaxed, comfortable and had settled in so quickly. Fantastic communication and quick responses made our trip stress free; we knew our dog was in good hands!”

“Carolyn and Jonathan were amazing sitters for my dog Odie (big boy with separation anxiety issues). They are very caring and I felt very comfortable entrusting them with watching a part of my family. Both of them took the time to understand any special needs he may need and made his stay very easy. You do not have to worry about anything if you book them. I will be requesting their services again for sure.”

“Jen is the best dog sitter we have ever had. She is so good with handling dogs, even when mine has an attitude sometimes, and she always communicates with us very well and sends lots of pictures. Our dog loves her and we will rebook her again!”
