Amber and her family came through for me for a last-minute, same-day holiday (4th of July) booking, and they were great from start to finish! Very friendly, helpful, responsive, and flexible and seemed to attend well to my Sienna -- following my various tips and even going lengths to ensure, with her being an older dog, that she wouldn't be out in the heat during walks for too long and was protected by the outside fireworks that first night! Amber also shared some text and picture updates throughout the stay, and her and her husband for were very reassuring both during drop-off and pickup regarding Sienna's care. They were so great that I ended up extending the sit to an extra day, originally scheduled for just one, and they were very accommodating in my doing so. Sienna seemed to like them well, and I think they liked her -- I definitely would book again whenever we're back in this area again!!”

“I adopted my dog Nomi at the end of 2025 and knew I had a lot of rehabilitation ahead of us since she is highly fearful and skittish. Nomi came from a hoarding house in Puerto Rico where 100 animals were removed from the property. I learned about Carly during a search on Rover and was pleasantly surprised when I discovered we both love mixed breed dogs from PR. Today was the first day since Nomi's adoption that she stayed with anyone other than myself. About: I’ve been taking care of my special-needs pup, Dottie, for 8 years. She’s on a strict diet and takes meds too, so I’m good with following precise instructions. I have a loving and serene home where Dottie and I can welcome your pup. I work from home on Fridays, so I am available for boarding for long weekends. We could coordinate a Thursday evening drop-off if need be. On the weekends, I go to a pilates class and run errands, but am otherwise around as company for the dogs. My yard is only partially fenced, so I will be taking the dogs on leashed walks. Dottie sleeps in bed with me, so it’s okay if your pup needs to as well. If your dog is crate-trained, that is okay too.

I have taken care of babies, houseplants, houses, dogs, and cats and am a trusted caregiver to all creatures. I work part-time at a museum, so my schedule is flexible. “i was worried about god I g a great sitter from my dog Rocco because of how he can be a diva. Once the normal place fell through Elias stepped up and responded quickly and answered every question and concern I had. I got to bring him by to make sure Rocco and his family got along and were comfortable with one another as well. I was able to get updates even if I didn’t respond which made me feel good with being away from him. I really do think if I could give Elias and his family more than five stars I would. Rocco came home happy and worn out from the attention received over his stay. The house is in great shape and clean with a big back yard. If you are looking for someone and not sure of who to pick, please let me recommend Elias and his family. His kids are great and it’s a great atmosphere for a dog to be in! Thank you again Elias!”

About: I've been a dog owner and animal lover my entire life, both as a child and as an adult. Over the years, I've cared for several dogs of different breeds, each with their own unique personalities and needs. Spending time with dogs brings me so much joy, whether it's going for walks, playing, or simply providing companionship and care. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I truly can't imagine a world without them. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. I also have fostered several litters of puppies, and administered medications with ease. I work out of the home but I am able to drop in to play and let dogs out everyday around lunch. Maximum 3 hours in crate at a time. I treat each dog like a family member. I will make sure to update you daily on how they are doing! Pictures are so important!
