Like I said in my experience, my other job is a professional photographer giving me hours and hours at my house editing my work. We have the most inviting back yard but it is not fenced, however, our house is in a rural community with great neighbors. Your dog will never be off a leash if that is your wish.

I was always under the impression they sat in a corner and missed me with all their tiny hearts, but no - Debbie had them going the whole time! One fell asleep on the drive home due to the days action, the other needed every minute of tthe days action! Her property is amazing! Gorgeous setting only maybe two or three miles from downtown Bernardsville. So much safe space to run and play in. About: I have grown up with various types of pets for the 20 years of my life. I had two Labradors since I was young, they are not around any more. We have a large yard for plenty of running and playing for any type of dog. We are a big family so there will be someone to play with them. I have pet sat for a friend of my mom for two medium sized dogs for three weeks. I am available on Tuesday mornings because I have class at 6:30 at night and free any time from Thursday through Sunday. According to my sister's weiner dog, I am very good at tug-of-war. We have also extra toys that they can play with here and at home.

About: I’ve grown up with Beagles and work well with all breeds and ages. I strongly believe that every dog deserves a day out on the town (or maybe just a walk around it). I’m free most weekends and various times during the day. I can do early mornings or late nights, happy to spend time with any dog throughout the day. I knock and ring the doorbell always first, just so the dogs know I’m coming (if they don’t already), walk in, greet everyone and wish the dogs a good morning, feed and water them, then let them have their breakfast and take them on a walk afterwards, always making sure to clean up after them when I first get there and definitely before I leave.
About: I am so thankful for dogs and cats, and love to be able to protect them and care for them. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and energy, and cats young and old. My experience includes administering medicine and insulin shots to old pets, and taking them to vet visits. I am known for being a calm and patient person, and am quite soft spoken, which many animals seem to appreciate. I enjoy communicating with them, and giving them all the attention they deserve. I care for their needs, especially when it comes to nutrition and medicine. I love brushing their hair, and have given some doggie hair cuts if need be. I don't mind them sleeping on the same bed if they need the company. My schedule is open to pet needs, as it is my primary focus. I currently have open availability, and can cover a wide radius in NJ. As someone who has been a pet owner of all sorts for many years, I understand how every pet has specific needs and personalities. I am open to any situation to help your pet feel more comfortable while in my care.
“Tanuj was absolutely wonderful with our Dog, Rondo! My husband and I both work long hours and I needed to be out of town for business, and had hired Tanuj to walk Rondo 2x daily/ check in on Rondo. Tanuj went above and beyond merely taking our pup for a walk! I received tons of pics of a very happy Dog, and Tanuj was so kind to play a bit with him after their walks as well as pick up after him. Tanuj has a very calm and patient demeanor, which Rondo responded very well to! Tanuj was extremely thorough, providing a Rover card for each visit with walk details, as well as a full report on how Rondo was doing. These cards truly put my mind at ease, as I was out of the country and several hours ahead and wasn’t able to check in with Tanuj on a regular basis. The Rover cards were helpful as I knew everything was going ok with his visits. It was also nice seeing those little cards with super cute pictures of Rondo having fun with his new walk buddy! Tanuj is the only person I would trust to care for my dog in the future - I look forward to hiring him back for future Walks and for dog sitting as well!! Highly recommend Tanuj!”

About: Over the past 20 years, I’ve had two cats of my own and currently share my home with a sweet, docile Lab/Hound mix named Merry! I truly love animals and hope to make caring for them my living one day. I enjoy looking after friends’ pets, and that love is what led me to Rover. “If I could leave 6 stars, I would! This was our first time using Meghan and she was amazing. We planned to have her watch our dog from Wednesday to Monday for a long weekend getaway, and then a snowstorm canceled our flight and we ended up being stuck away for 4 extra days. Meghan was so helpful and offered to go buy extra food for our pup since we had only packed him the amount he originally needed, and made us feel so comfortable leaving him there for what turned out to be such a long time. She sent lots of pictures and updates and I could tell my dog was having SUCH a good time. Usually when we pick our dog up from a sitter he is crying and squealing with excitement to see us… this time when we finally picked him up, he literally tried to go back into Meghan’s house and did not want to leave. He’s been depressed ever since we brought him back home… slightly heartbreaking for us LOL but a testament to what a great time he had with Meghan!”
