Throughout our weekend away, Yanni sent us updates with adorable photos, and we were able to enjoy our trip knowing she was in good hands. We appreciated that she was taken on several walks. While Rosie is not playful with other dogs and prefers humans, I'm glad that she had some time with Yanni's dogs. We would not hesitate to send Rosie there again, and we're grateful she has a place to go!”
“Kaipo loved Scotts home. He was so excited to be there. Nice big yard to run around in and other dogs to play with as well. One of the biggest changes I noticed after Kaipos' stay was that he now returns the ball to me when we play fetch. He would never do that before. Keep away was his favorite game. Took him to dog park and I was throwing the ball for him for nearly an hour. He bought it back every time, dropped it and waited for me to pick it up and throw it again. That was a nice change and I want to thank Scott for fixing that. I had fun.”

About: I’ve taken care of pets since my early 20s. I began fostering dogs in my early 30s and even had some foster failures. I have always been that friend, neighbor, stranger that will stop and help and animal in need or just stop the world to say hi to a four legged love ! I have full open availability! I am a teacher and am home during the summer so I can meet most needs. I am also willing to travel to help a pup in need. I prefer to board at home and I have two small pups at home, Eli and Gidget. Eli is a 12 year old Havanese and Gidget is a 2 year old Brug. They are sweet and get along with all animals and people.

Sabita has proven to be way more communicative and given way more personalized care and attention to my little buddy. She sent multiple pictures, twice a day, showing him eatting, playing and relaxing: all with much content on his face. I was worried he may not want to come home. She followed all his medication and food instruction to the letter and made sure she showered him in attention. He had his own room and was treated like a true guest in her home. I highly advise using Sabita for all your cat boarding needs. She is also a lot more reasonably priced then some members on this app, without sacrificing the experience or service. “I wish that I could give her 100 stars!!!!! We are so lucky to have found Janny....she is one of a kind!!! My husband and I were in a bit of a situation. We had unexpectedly rescued a 14 week old puppy from a rescue and had already had a vacation planned out of the country. I knew he was too young to go to a kennel and I honestly did not want him in that situation. At this point, I wasn't even sure we would be able to go away. Asking someone to care for a puppy is a hard task. We had only had him for 3 weeks and not much time or training. I had looked online and found the site/app for Rover. I found Janny, I selected the dates that I would be needing, she got back to me very promptly. I explained the situation. How he was a puppy and not fully trained and was going to be a lot of work. She said YES!!!!! She understood how he was going to need extra attention and a lot of patience. This honestly didn't even make her think twice.. When we dropped him off she wanted to know EVERYTHING about him and what needs we wanted her to fulfill. From feeding times,walks,playtime, treats etc. Also, she is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to animals.....I swear she should have been a vet. She went above and beyond to make our puppy be comfortable and happy in our absence. Again, its hard to expect someone to have patience with a new puppy, especially one that isn't their own. She sent me daily messages and photos everyday which made me happy and not worry about his well being in fact, in the pictures she had sent me, he seemed like he didn't even know we were gone!!!:} He was having a great time and that made it easier to enjoy our time away. She is by far a life savior and I never thought I would be so happy to have met someone like her. After we picked him up, I felt like Loki not only had a new "Puppy Aunt", but we had also met a new friend!!!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND She truly cares about your pet as if it was her own <3”

About: Over the past 20 years, I’ve had two cats of my own and currently share my home with a sweet, docile Lab/Hound mix named Merry! I truly love animals and hope to make caring for them my living one day. I enjoy looking after friends’ pets, and that love is what led me to Rover. About: I’ve had animals my whole life. Mostly cats and 4 dogs and if it were up to me I would have a dog now. I love playing with dogs even if it’s just a calm walk through the park or tossing a ball for hours. I do have a part time job where the hours always change but I’d love to spend my spare time delivering scratches and reviving wet kisses. I can help administer medicine and If your dog needs a brushing I’d be happy to help. I understand they are more then pets, they are family and I would treat your fur babies just as if they were my own. I love all dogs and I’m sure your dog would love me too! About: Like most I have had dogs my entire life but my last soul mate of 16 years died a year ago and I cannot bring myself to get another dog. That being said, we love animals in this household and want them around all the time...I think you get it. My other job is a professional nature photographer so not only will you get amazing photos of your dog, I can bring them with me on my assignments if you like. Like I said in my experience, my other job is a professional photographer giving me hours and hours at my house editing my work. Also, my partner Julie is a yoga teacher who works for herself so there is always someone home. The most important thing is that it is your dog, your rules. We have the most inviting back yard but it is not fenced, however, our house is in a rural community with great neighbors. Your dog will never be off a leash if that is your wish.

My other job is a professional nature photographer so not only will you get amazing photos of your dog, I can bring them with me on my assignments if you like. Like I said in my experience, my other job is a professional photographer giving me hours and hours at my house editing my work. Also, my partner Julie is a yoga teacher who works for herself so there is always someone home. The most important thing is that it is your dog, your rules. We have the most inviting back yard but it is not fenced, however, our house is in a rural community with great neighbors. Your dog will never be off a leash if that is your wish.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life. Mostly cats and 4 dogs and if it were up to me I would have a dog now. I love playing with dogs even if it’s just a calm walk through the park or tossing a ball for hours. About: I’ve taken care of pets since my early 20s. I began fostering dogs in my early 30s and even had some foster failures. About: I have grown up with various types of pets for the 20 years of my life. I had two Labradors since I was young, they are not around any more. We have a large yard for plenty of running and playing for any type of dog. We are a big family so there will be someone to play with them. I have pet sat for a friend of my mom for two medium sized dogs for three weeks. I am available on Tuesday mornings because I have class at 6:30 at night and free any time from Thursday through Sunday. According to my sister's weiner dog, I am very good at tug-of-war. “Tanuj was absolutely wonderful with our Dog, Rondo! My husband and I both work long hours and I needed to be out of town for business, and had hired Tanuj to walk Rondo 2x daily/ check in on Rondo. Tanuj went above and beyond merely taking our pup for a walk! I received tons of pics of a very happy Dog, and Tanuj was so kind to play a bit with him after their walks as well as pick up after him. Tanuj has a very calm and patient demeanor, which Rondo responded very well to! Tanuj was extremely thorough, providing a Rover card for each visit with walk details, as well as a full report on how Rondo was doing. These cards truly put my mind at ease, as I was out of the country and several hours ahead and wasn’t able to check in with Tanuj on a regular basis. The Rover cards were helpful as I knew everything was going ok with his visits. It was also nice seeing those little cards with super cute pictures of Rondo having fun with his new walk buddy! Tanuj is the only person I would trust to care for my dog in the future - I look forward to hiring him back for future Walks and for dog sitting as well!! Highly recommend Tanuj!”

“Kaipo loved Scotts home. He was so excited to be there. Nice big yard to run around in and other dogs to play with as well. One of the biggest changes I noticed after Kaipos' stay was that he now returns the ball to me when we play fetch. He would never do that before. Keep away was his favorite game. Took him to dog park and I was throwing the ball for him for nearly an hour. He bought it back every time, dropped it and waited for me to pick it up and throw it again. That was a nice change and I want to thank Scott for fixing that. I had fun.”

“I wish that I could give her 100 stars!!!!! We are so lucky to have found Janny....she is one of a kind!!! My husband and I were in a bit of a situation. We had unexpectedly rescued a 14 week old puppy from a rescue and had already had a vacation planned out of the country. I knew he was too young to go to a kennel and I honestly did not want him in that situation. At this point, I wasn't even sure we would be able to go away. Asking someone to care for a puppy is a hard task. We had only had him for 3 weeks and not much time or training. I had looked online and found the site/app for Rover. I found Janny, I selected the dates that I would be needing, she got back to me very promptly. I explained the situation. How he was a puppy and not fully trained and was going to be a lot of work. She said YES!!!!! She understood how he was going to need extra attention and a lot of patience. This honestly didn't even make her think twice.. When we dropped him off she wanted to know EVERYTHING about him and what needs we wanted her to fulfill. From feeding times,walks,playtime, treats etc. Also, she is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to animals.....I swear she should have been a vet. She went above and beyond to make our puppy be comfortable and happy in our absence. Again, its hard to expect someone to have patience with a new puppy, especially one that isn't their own. She sent me daily messages and photos everyday which made me happy and not worry about his well being in fact, in the pictures she had sent me, he seemed like he didn't even know we were gone!!!:} He was having a great time and that made it easier to enjoy our time away. She is by far a life savior and I never thought I would be so happy to have met someone like her. About: Over the past 20 years, I’ve had two cats of my own and currently share my home with a sweet, docile Lab/Hound mix named Merry! About: I’ve owned my own dog for 17 years and have babysitted friends’ dogs and many other client’s dogs by word of mouth. Ever since I started working from home and my soul dog passing the rainbow bridge I found I have more love in my heart to share with any dog out there. Since I only take one client family at a time you can be assured that your baby is getting all the attention they deserve. I have a partially fenced backyard and live on a quiet street with a park within walking distance. I’ll start the day before work with a morning walk, continue with any needed potty breaks throughout the day, and then finish up with an evening walk. If your dog enjoys being on the lap I’d love for them to join me on lap for my work from home schedule! Play time can happen in my backyard or the nearby park.

“This was our trial run overnight stay for a longer stay we have coming up. Chris lives in a lovely area with a nice little fenced yard for the dogs to play and do their business. He has a cute smaller female mixed breed of his own. Our Finley over other dogs and had good playtime with her. I like that Chris only takes one doggie client at a time so that I know Finley will get the attention and care that he needs. Based on our successful overnight I am going to book Chris for our long trip. I don’t like making recommendations after only one overnight but I am confident that I will be doing just that after his next stay.”
