“Kelley took great care of our pup while we were away. She reached out frequently with updates and was quick to respond to our interactions as well. It was nice to know he was safe and well cared for.”

“Nacho is a very selective Chihuahua who immediately adored Nicole. He exhibited none of the signs of anxiety he generally does when he meets someone new (or even someone he has met several times). He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. Nacho will definitely be staying with Nicole the next time we need a dog sitter.”

“Mariah is the number one choice as caretaker for my pup! This was my first time using Rover, and I was astonished by how well that my pup did. Mariah is authentic, caring, and sincerely knows how to relate to animals in a way that makes them feel like the most valuable little being in the world. After searching boarding options for weeks, I almost gave up because I did not want to leave my puppy in a kennel or dog hotel. I am so grateful that someone referred me to Rover, and that Mariah was in the area! I hope that more caretakers can be like her, because every dog would feel better after staying with someone like Mariah! She communicated wonderfully, her other dogs got along great with my own, and her family unit was nurturing to my puppy. I will definitely book with Mariah again, and highly recommend her to anyone needing a caretaker for their animal!! :)”

“I am so pleased that I found a sitter to watch our senior dog, Bella. She treated Bella like her own.Denise sent us photos and daily updates, which made us feel comfortable that Bella was in good hands. I will definitely use Denise in the future!”

“Diana was a wonderful care giver to our dog Gizmo. He is 15 years old and very spoiled. She had great patience as Gizmo has accidents in the house. She sent regular up dates and pictures. I would recommend Diana to everyone who has a fur baby, thank you Diana.”

“I am pleased that Myles was well cared for by Jim. Myles received the same pampered attention with Jima as he receives at home. It was also comforting to receive periodic photos to see how well Myles adjusted to his new environment. I would use Jim again in the future.”

“Mocha’s stay with Tyler was our first time using the Rover app and we are very grateful it was with him as a host. She seems to have had a good time, and Tyler was very professional, considerate, and caring. It is clear why he has such a strong reputation on the app as a host. Mocha will be happy to be staying with him again soon!”

“Victoria was fantastic! Our dog had a wonderful time, as evidenced by the thoughtful photos she provided throughout his stay! Thank you for the great care that you provided, Victoria!”

“Kate was absolutely amazing with our pup, Swift! After having our normal boarding facility cancel on us due to overbooking before a vacation, I quickly visited rover to see if I could find a suitable match for Swift. Kate responded in about 10 minutes and accepted the booking, a true life saver! Swift loved his time at Kate’s beautiful home. He has been pooped since you pickup and I know he truly got the attention and exercise that he needs. Kate sent tons of pictures which really eased my mind while I was on vacation. Thank you again Kate! We will be back.”

“Lori was amazing with our 6 year old basset hound. Our dog felt right at home when she stayed with her. Usually our dog gets nervous and can’t wait to leave when boarded. I will definitely use her again.”

“It was obvious during the meet and greet when I introduced my 3 dogs to Rebecca that they were going to be in good hands! Rebecca loves dogs and it shows. My dogs took to her right away, and I know I will book with her again! I’m extremely grateful to Rebecca for the peace of mind she gave me, and for providing me with updates and pictures during their stay with her.”

“Kateri was absolutely fantastic for our dog penny! She took wonderful care of her, and sent daily photos and videos, which i really appreciated, because penny is my baby and best friend and love of my life, lol. Penny was sad to leave!!”

“Amazing experience. My dog, Lucy, was so loved and cared for. She had a blast. The only downside is she didn’t want to come home and wanted to stay with her new friends. LOL. Highly recommend!”

“Our frenchie (Homer) stayed with Caroline over Labor Day Weekend and she was great! Very communicative and she also sent us pictures of Homer throughout the weekend which was very thoughtful. Drop off and pick up were easy. When we picked him up we could tell he didn’t want to leave and he had such a good time with Caroline and her family. We would highly recommend Caroline and if we lived closer would use her more often to watch Homer.”

“Dara is an absolute star!! She went above and beyond to make sure our furbaby Rambo was fully ready and suited for our wedding day ceremony. Dara and her doggos kept him company and very comfortable in her home throughout the weekend. We received regular photos and updates on Rambo's status and could see he was very happy in her care. He was exhausted after all the playtime fun. We will definitely contact Dara again for our future sitting needs. If you need pet care, call Dara and you will be very happy you did!”

“Jeffrey had such a great time with Pat, we were afraid he might not want to come home! Pat kept us updated with pictures of Jeffrey making himself at home! We were able to leave for two days and one night without one second of worry! Just a wonderful experience for Jeffrey and us!”

“Kelley took great care of our pup while we were away. She reached out frequently with updates and was quick to respond to our interactions as well. It was nice to know he was safe and well cared for.”

“Diana was a wonderful care giver to our dog Gizmo. He is 15 years old and very spoiled. She had great patience as Gizmo has accidents in the house. She sent regular up dates and pictures. I would recommend Diana to everyone who has a fur baby, thank you Diana.”

“Angela was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, she made both Murphy and me feel completely at ease. I usually prefer to give Murphy time to acclimate to a new sitter and environment, but Angela stepped in last minute and made it possible for me to keep my vacation plans. To my surprise, Murphy immediately took to her and her home. Everything went so smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much, Angela!”

“As always, Tim and Lisa are amazing with your furry child. Bailey always enjoys her stays and we highly recommend bring your furry child to them. Their family will treat them as their own.”
“Kim was so warm and welcoming, overall just so understanding and patient with my Aslan. She always kept me posted with pictures and updates. I felt so comfortable with her taking care of my cat. I'm so very thankful!!!”

“Andrew was absolutely perfect. He clearly has a wealth of knowledge about dogs and their care and behaviour. He checked in regularly and made us feel completely at ease with his care for our dog Hank. He truly cared for Hank as if he were a part of his family and we are so grateful that we got connected with him. I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone for the care of their animals.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Robin! This was the first time Apollo had ever stayed with someone he didn’t know, so I was understandably nervous about leaving him. From the moment I met Robin, she was kind, caring, and incredibly attentive, and she went above and beyond to make sure Apollo was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Robin gave him extra walks, plenty of attention, and lots of playtime, which meant so much to me. She also provided ongoing updates and pictures throughout his stay, which gave me tremendous peace of mind and allowed me to see that Apollo was doing so well and enjoying himself. She was also extremely flexible and accommodating with my schedule, even allowing me to arrive later than we had originally discussed. Her kindness, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made this experience stress-free. I would highly recommend Robin to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely caring to look after their pet. Apollo was in excellent hands, and I would absolutely trust Robin with him again!”

About: Hi! I’m so glad you’re here :) I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years professionally, and it’s something I genuinely love doing. Even while working full-time, I’ve always made time for pets because being around animals is where I’m happiest. At home, I share my life with five cats and two dogs, a snake, a bunny, and also my husband and daughter, so I truly understand that our pets aren’t just pets—they’re family. Whether your companion is playful, shy, energetic, or a senior who just wants a quiet cuddle, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I’m also really excited to share that I’m now starting to branch out and turn this passion into my full-time career because caring for all animals is such a passion. My goal is simple: to give you total peace of mind knowing your pet is getting the same love, patience, and attention I’d want for my own. I can’t wait to meet your furry family and be someone you can count on whenever you need a helping hand. My goal is to build long-term relationships with local families so your pets always have a familiar face they know and trust. Pet care for my own pets and yours is the primary focus of my days! I believe every pet is unique, so I take the time to learn their individual routine, personality, and needs. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or yours, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I provide fresh food and water, potty breaks or litter box care, exercise, playtime, enrichment, and, of course, plenty of affection and cuddles. If your pet enjoys walks, games, or simply relaxing on the couch with a companion, I'm happy to match their energy and preferences. I'm also comfortable following detailed care instructions, administering most medications when needed, and caring for senior pets or those who need a little extra patience and attention. I treat every home with the same respect I would expect for my own, and I make communication a priority by sending regular updates and photos so you can enjoy your time away knowing your furry family member is happy, safe, and well cared for.
“Jan watched our dog Cash over Memorial Day weekend, Jan kept us up to date and sent pictures and videos of Cash. My husband and I both felt very comfortable leaving Cash with her. We were able to enjoy our time away knowing he was in good hands! She was so sweet and we could tell she really loved dogs. We will be booking again throughout the summer!”
