About: I have been a pet appreciation magnet as long as I can remember. Even when I am not aiming for the attention, the pets gravitate my way, and i have scritches and belly rubs for them all. I have a rescue of my own for 6+ years now, bichon/poodle mix. Though he had a traumatic start before me, he has adjusted well and is a cuddle bug, and getting better with his socialization with new doggos. I have been a dog sitter for friends over the last 8+ years, when they go on trips. I have experience in minor training, like sit/stay/leash leading, for a few breeds up to 50-70 lbs (no certificates, just repitition and patience). Positive recognition of good behavior and moderate activity (to remedy the bad behavior) when you need me are what I hope to share with your furry family members. I am currently working part-time, so i can set up a schedule of regular pet attention care during part day time hours. “Nacho is a very selective Chihuahua who immediately adored Nicole. He exhibited none of the signs of anxiety he generally does when he meets someone new (or even someone he has met several times). He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. Nacho will definitely be staying with Nicole the next time we need a dog sitter.”
