“Kirk and Anita are true animal lovers and treated our dog as one of their own. They make sure to learn your dog as to how it will be while with them. They let the dogs walk around their house and yard as if they lived there too. The have a great yard, very spacious (almost an acre?) They also can keep your dog separate if needed in another spacious area. It was nice to receive photos of our dog while she stayed with them. We would, and will be using them again in the future. We felt great after picking up Luna, our dog.”

“All I can say is A++, Brody was very well taken care of, Diana and her hubby were so welcoming when we dropped Brody off, she does slow introductions with her own dogs and Brody had friends to play with. Diana's home is extremely clean and well maintained and had no issues leaving Brody in her care. She sent us pictures and even a short video or two, made our trip to DC stress free knowing he was in good hands, Brody came home happy and as playful as ever so I know he was treated kindly and with love. As a pet owner you can tell your pets body language and he was as happy as when we dropped him off for his puppy staycation! Diana is very friendly and communicates quickly. We were running late to drop him off and she was very accommodating, can recommend her enough, her price per night can't be beat for the awesome care your furry baby will enjoy! “Nacho is a very selective Chihuahua who immediately adored Nicole. He exhibited none of the signs of anxiety he generally does when he meets someone new (or even someone he has met several times). He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I’ve had extremely large pets and the daintiest little animals. I am always the person at parties petting whatever animal I can get my hands on. Friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pets for a long time and I am always happy to do so. Feeding, walking, play time, and enrichment are all things I love to do and do regularly with my dog. My schedule is pretty open except for the occasional doctors appointment and caring for my dad. About: I grew up on a farm and ranch, caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. While living in South Carolina, I assisted with service dog and obedience training. Dogs have always been a part of my life, and I’ve cared for them throughout my entire adult years. I can’t wait to offer your pup a safe, loving environment while you’re away! Usually home all day Sat and Sunday. Mon - Friday I’m gone from about 9am to 12pm. Home for the rest of the day to keep your pups company, aside from life errands that are few and far between. Drop offs/Pick ups no later than 830pm. As of right now I can have one client at a time, Thank you. I have a 6 foot privacy fence and the front room is set up for your pup to stay in and there is a XXL crate and for smaller pups I have a large play pen and a canopy bed. I do have three dogs that are friendly, however my house is constructed to where I can keep everyone separated and comfortable.

About: I do offer boarding at my farm. I only take up to 2 dogs at a time. We do a few walks everyday around the 8 acres. They get plenty of yard time. Every dog gets a specialized program with me and one Free training session. Does your animal need meds? No problem. If I can syringe a horse, I can handle a cat or dog (and have) I also LOVE cats. I have had a many cats in the last 28 years. House cats, barn cats, baby cats, old cats. I currently have 2 cats that were ring worm kittens from Paws. I finished up their treatment and adopted them. I can wrangle a barn cat that’s 1/2 feral to go to the vet or get it’s flea/tick meds. Don’t count me out if you have cats! They like me as much as I like them! I have taken care of pretty much any house pet from rats, to ferrets, parrots and snakes. I have had many tropical fish tanks too. Horses, cats and dogs are not my limits. As long as I’m not previously booked, I will be able to accommodate you. It never hurts to ask. I try to stay pretty close to home so I can fit in as many visits as possible but I do have great transportation. I keep safety in mind at all times. I am always aware when I’m walking a dog and will not let them mingle with other dogs or people. I always make sure water is fresh and plentiful. I am very cautious to avoid and loose animals. Your pets health and care are my career and my number one concerns.
“My shih tzu Bubba had a great day with Mariah while I visited Cape May. He made friends with another day boarder dog and with Mariah’s shih tzu Nala. The three of them walked together on the beach on leash and played together in the house. Mariah kept me fully informed with photos and was always prompt in responding to my inquiries from the moment I searched for a sitter and located her. Would gladly place Bubba under her care the next time I visit Cape May.”

After letting her know when to expect us back, she prepared our pups to be ready and they were waiting on the porch for us so we could quickly pick them up and get back to camp. About: All pricing is negotiable!! Animals have been the focal point of my life for well over 2 decades. I started by walking my own dogs when I entered the "double digits" age range and went on to walk other dogs for friends and family and various types of pet sitting from there. I got my pet grooming certification from Animal Behavior College in 2015 and although I do not have a portable tub, I do have plenty of portable tools that I can use to groom your dog in the comfort of their own home. If I seem familiar in the face you may have seen me at Tractor Supply as I worked there for almost 6 years and took the opportunity to befriend and help people and their pets however I could. For well over two decades I've taken care of pets. I've helped family & friends with their pets and they have recommended me to some of their friends who have needed some help with their pets. I have done everything from drop in/check in days to overnights to random walks throughout the week. My pet experience is with mainly dogs and cats. I have worked with various other animals that I can elaborate on upon request. I love having specific notes about each pet as well so that I can be certain that I am giving them the care they require. As of right now I am very much open and flexible when it comes to my schedule. I currently work in the delivery field so I try to work several hours in between checking in on my furry friends. With this kind of work I have been given the opportunity to spend more time with my own dog so I also like making time for him during my day as well. However, I've found over the years of doing this that some pets need more one on one time than others for a variety of reasons (from age to anxiety to specific medical reasons) so I can absolutely adjust any time slots I make in the day to attend to any specific needs a pet may have. As I said before, I love having as much detail of a pet as possible so I can make sure they are getting the care they need. The more details the better and that goes for scheduling as well. My dog is a family member. He has several dog beds but prefers to sleep on my bed. He's not one to gorge himself on food so we usually fill his bowl in the morning and let him eat as he wishes sometimes topping it off during the day. We keep his water constantly filled and fresh. The only thing I can't give him is constant access to the backyard as we do not have a dog door, but when we let him out he generally decides how long he wants to spend outside as out yard is completely fenced in. I generally do not follow my own rules for my own dog when caring for someone else's pet. I believe in trying to follow their schedule and rules to the best of my ability as I feel that the owner knows best. If I ever have any concerns I reach out as soon as possible and discuss the best course of action to the concerns I have. I give all my love and attention to the pets I care for as if they were my own, but I make sure to follow their schedules and rules.
About: I provide 24 hour a day care for your pet while you are away. I have relatively high availability. I am trained and certified in canine CPR and first aid. I also have experience with pocket pets, reptiles, and farm animals. I work with animals of all sizes and shapes. I can also provide training if asked. I am working towards earning my vet-tech certification. I am very flexible willing to work with you and your dog. I am always willing to go above and beyond for your pet. Rover is my only job, and I pride myself in the quality of care I am able to give. Your Fur-Babies are my only focus. I provide 24-hour supervision, long walks (it has not been uncommon for me to do mile-long walks with the dogs), frequent potty breaks, and lots of playtime.
About: I have been a pet appreciation magnet as long as I can remember. Even when I am not aiming for the attention, the pets gravitate my way, and i have scritches and belly rubs for them all. I have a rescue of my own for 6+ years now, bichon/poodle mix. Though he had a traumatic start before me, he has adjusted well and is a cuddle bug, and getting better with his socialization with new doggos. I have been a dog sitter for friends over the last 8+ years, when they go on trips. I have experience in minor training, like sit/stay/leash leading, for a few breeds up to 50-70 lbs (no certificates, just repitition and patience). Positive recognition of good behavior and moderate activity (to remedy the bad behavior) when you need me are what I hope to share with your furry family members. I am currently working part-time, so i can set up a schedule of regular pet attention care during part day time hours. Currently I have weekends free if weekend care is requested, though this may change if requests are light. I am working on my house to be able to provide overnight care in the future, making it care friendly for additional furry friends. I have a fenced in, good size yard, and a medium size fur baby of my own to greet stay over friends, though my house needs a little more time for prep before we are ready. I am happy to do drop-ins and day or eve walks at your home, and follow any/all your rules. I respect your needs and want to make sure your fur baby is safe and happy in my care. I keep trainer treats in my car, if we need to practice a few basic commands, as well as water and other care essentials. I have a back seat hammock/cover for the pet's safety when traveling (as needed). I also have a med to large dog kennel I can put in the way back of my SUV if that is preferred for safety and security.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, ranging from puppies/kittens to seniors. I am able to medicate pets and give them what ever special diets they may need I also know different things to watch for due to working at a veterinary office. I can make sure they get a lot of outdoor exercise due to my large fenced in back yard, lots of cuddles and if needed one on one attention. My husband who is also an animal lover will be here to help take care of your pet. And if weather permits and we are able we often take our dogs out for walks on pet friendly trails to give them a change of scenery. I do have some requirements to make sure all pets visiting and staying with us are kept safe and healthy. I do not take aggressive dogs, and I do require that all dogs are up to date on Rabies vaccine, distemper and bordetella, for their safety and health as well as other pets that are coming into the house. I want you to be well assured that while your pet is staying with me that they will be well taken care of and treated like a family member. And when I do work my 2 full days I’m home at lunch since I’m only 5 mile from work. And my husband is home about 1 1/2 to 2 hours after I go back to work.. We are basically home bodies and enjoying spend time with with our pets and what ever pets we are watching. I have a large fenced yard and 2 large dogs to keep your fur babies company. Pets are aloud on the couch as well as our bed. I do have gates in the house in case we need to separate pets or during feed times or just in general. If needed we can crate as well. Pets are not allowed out front unless leashed. I do require documentation of updated Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccines.
About: For the past 4 years I have been pet sitting and dog walking for multiple families and have 3 dogs of my own and 3 cats. I have two boxers and a great dane, and I am a true animal lover and would be thrilled to be able to take care of your fur babies!
