“I had been struggling with where to take my dog, Kara Eir, formerly of the Goblin Castle, Protector of Spinner's End, while I was on vacation for a few days in NJ. I contacted a few people, but kept coming back to the Furry Farm. I sent them an email, and Kirk immediately responded explaining how life on the farm works. I don't often leave my dog behind, and all of my nerves were calmed throughout several messages leading up to her stay. I got lots of photos and several videos during her vacation, and she received a bath on pickup day. I hope to book next year's vacation here as well! Thank you guys so much for taking care of my baby!”

About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. I’ve had dogs, cats and fish. I’ve cared for lizards and small furry friends as well. I will always stop to pet a dog and I’ve had animals come up to me out in the wild on multiple occasions. Although I currently do not have a pet, I love sitting for my friends. I’ve cared for all size and age of dog from a few months to 16 years. I believe pets are family and should be treated as such. Im currently off for the summer but teaching summer school for the month of July. My schedule is pretty open and much if what I do have scheduled is flexible. Although I live in an apartment, my complex is extremely pet friendly with 4 dog parks and a full walking loop with poop bags around the entire property.

About: I had the best experience ever owning a cat. They are very misunderstood pets. One second they want cuddles, then another they want to sleep and not be bothered 😂 I can adapt to whatever personality your cat has. And give the care that makes you and your pets the most comfortable. I’ve had experience doing drop ins for houses with 1-20 cats. Cleaning litter boxes doesn’t bother me. I’m able to give cats medical care such as oral medication.

He had to clean five litter boxes, change five water bowls and a fountain, feed different diets and even give medication twice daily for one of the cats. “Lisa was wonderful with Theo my cat. He responded very well to her gentle, soft spoken, and kind manner. He often slept with her and would make bread while sitting on her lap. She has plenty of space for him to run and play. The thing I'm most grateful for is the fact she doesn't have carpeting. One very unique and creative thing she did was using a small canvas she'd take the colors from his coat and applied them to the canvas and put the canvas in a zip lock bag. Than using Theo's paws would let him create a special piece of artwork. Which she gave to me when I picked him up. She is truly Amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to leave my fur babies with her again.”

The property has a large fenced in yard for Franco to run around. He had a room with a door, window and mattress which he napped on. About: I have experience taking care of dogs and cats! Dogs that are more trained and have troubles with eating during given dinner hours! I have lots of experience with shy cats and anxious dogs, given my cat has been very shy towards others, and my dog is incredibly anxious! “Michael was absolutely amazing! We have two Australian Shepherds which are notoriously anxious and high energy. As soon as they met Michael they were at ease and ready to walk with him not caring that we were leaving. Michael was very flexible on pick up and drop off times and ended up having our pups for about 12 hours and we got pictures throughout the day of them playing and having fun. Our one pup has epilepsy and Michael was able to give him his medication without a issue. Would highly recommend him and plan to use him again in the future!”
About: I’ve had interesting experiences with pets of my own, including birds, dogs, hamsters, and friendly cats. Experienced in self-training of dogs as well as birds. Now that I am in college, my schedule will be a little more school-based. While off from school I am home all day, available to care for pets for a majority of my time. About: Your pet(s) become a member of our home with all the trappings of calm relaxing country living. We are an active couple with spacious home on 15 acres; surrounded by thousands of wooded acres. We are 200 feet from country road. We provide a very quiet and tranquil setting. We are an active couple and empty nesters who are ready to love your pet. We welcome half day, all day, over night and long vacations. We can handle the easy or complex situations and will transport your pet if needed. We can Facetime (IOS) you on vacation so you can say hi to your treasure even when away. Big home and 15 acres to roam. We get up at 7 and go to bed at 11. We can get up in middle of night if you pet can't hold that long. We take daily walks and your pet will enjoy exploring acres and acres of south Jersey Pinelands. If I go outdoors to split wood, rake leaves or do chores, your pet goes with me. If its sunny out and we decide to hang clothes on the line to dry, your pet goes out with us. Plenty of fresh air and fun. Your pet's feeding (and medicine) schedule will be followed so her routine stays the same. We will care for your pet just like own at our large woodsy home. We will care for your pet just like you would. Your special needs are understood and will be followed. No feeding table scraps. We are 200 feet from the road with room to roam. We only watch dogs 40 pounds and less, so please be honest about your pets weight/size. We watch a maximum of 3 pets at one time. Our pet, Zeus is well adjusted to other pets; Zeus is tick and flea free as we administer Brevacto every 3 months during spring, summer and fall. We also treat our Zeus for parasites (heartworm, roundworms) every 6 months.

I own a home on a medium sized lot,so your dog has somewhere to safely play. The backyard is fenced off while the front is not. I also live in a relatively small neighborhood (2x3) blocks that's perfect for going on walks with the pups! I will take really good care of your family member as I would my own. I also don't mind sending frequent check ins and I'm guilty of taking to many pictures because they are just so dang cute! Please feel free to contact me anytime, looking forward to hearing from you! My husband and I have owned dogs out entire life and since we don't have children, our dogs are a willing substitute, we will both be caring for your loved one while they stay with us. They will be welcome to the middle of the bed every night 🤣 Sometimes I am away, traveling cross country to introduce a family to their new puppy. The rest of that time I enjoy doing crafts, playing with the dogs outside and inside, playing pool and making a new snuggle buddy. I have dealt with the escape artist routine and don't want to pose that risk to your pet. We have a backyard with a fence and will remain on a leash no matter what. I just don't feel comfortable trusting them without it. I have a "TWO DOOR POLICY", which just means that if any exterior doors are opened, your pet will either be leashed to go outside before or will be placed in a bedroom behind another door before the exterior door can be opened. Absolutely no chance for an escape artist!

“As always, my baby was safe and secure. I’m afraid to say she’s the best because she may never have openings! She really takes your dog and make them hers for the time they are there. My baby ‘Bear’ was a shelter dog so I was extremely worried. Not a problem! She took care of our old man (old Rottie) and after that, I have no hesitations leaving my dog with her. About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. I’ve had dogs, cats and fish. I’ve cared for lizards and small furry friends as well. I will always stop to pet a dog and I’ve had animals come up to me out in the wild on multiple occasions. Although I currently do not have a pet, I love sitting for my friends. I’ve cared for all size and age of dog from a few months to 16 years. I believe pets are family and should be treated as such. Im currently off for the summer but teaching summer school for the month of July. My schedule is pretty open and much if what I do have scheduled is flexible. Although I live in an apartment, my complex is extremely pet friendly with 4 dog parks and a full walking loop with poop bags around the entire property.
