He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. “A day before I was due to leave for a weekend trip to NY I found myself still struggling to figure out arrangements for my 5-year-old chipoo, Dixie. I've never left her overnight with anyone before - only for a few hours here and there with family members. Dixie and I both suffer from separation anxiety (from one another haha) and I began searching online not thinking that I would ever find someone good enough to watch my little girl. When I came across Anita and Kirk, I knew instantly that they shared the same love for dogs as I. Dixie and I went to visit and check things out early the next morning and what amazed me most about Kirk and Anita was their attention and dedication to each animal and their specific needs. My specific need was that my little girl would be able to sleep in bed just as she does at home. Whatever your dog is used to at home, they will replicate it! From the pictures and videos that I received for the two days that I was away, I was able to tell that my baby was being spoiled on the Furry Farm just as much as she is at home. They made sure Dixie was comfortable and they reassured me that she was safe and well taken care of. They are definitely one of a kind and I doubt that I'd ever be able to find that level of treatment, care, attention, and affection with anyone else. I would recommend them over and over again and will certainly be using their services again when needed. She has plenty of space for him to run and play. The thing I'm most grateful for is the fact she doesn't have carpeting. One very unique and creative thing she did was using a small canvas she'd take the colors from his coat and applied them to the canvas and put the canvas in a zip lock bag. Than using Theo's paws would let him create a special piece of artwork. Which she gave to me when I picked him up. She is truly Amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to leave my fur babies with her again.”

About: I've raised dogs my entire life! Over the last 5 years, I've started house sitting for family friends for upwards of 3-4 weeks at a time, adding cats, bunnies, and birds to the rotation. Currently until the end of June, I will be working about 4 days a week as a substitute teacher. I'm usually out of the house by 6:30a and home around 3:15p. If it's a day where I don't have a job scheduled, then I'm free :) I am very adaptable, reliable, clean and thoughtful when it comes to caring for clients animals, especially in their homes. I will be cognizant of whatever rules and guidelines you lay out for me to make sure your animal is getting the best care!

About: I have owned dogs since I was born. I have 5 dogs in total, ranging from 13 pounds to 110 pounds. 3 of which are rescues and 2 are pure breads. About: I have owned dogs since I was born. I have 5 dogs in total, ranging from 13 pounds to 110 pounds. 3 of which are rescues and 2 are pure breads. I have always been hands on with them such as feeding, walking, playing and cuddling. I've experienced dogs of all ages, experienced very old dogs and also very young puppies. I worked at Camp Bow Wow, a doggy daycare and boarding place which gave me great experience cleaning up after them, and caring for them. I am currently working part-time, nannying for a family in the area. I am with them 2-3 days a week, depending on the week, for about 4-7 hours a day. I am able to work around my schedule in order to help with your dog's needs. I am also willing to change my schedule around in order to fit your schedule if notified with enough time in advance. I am offering over night services at your own home, dog walking, and check-ins when needed. About: I have grown up with dogs almost all of my life and they are great! I drive around for work as a speech therapist, so if you need someone to pop in and let your dog out, maybe we can work something out! I also enjoy taking dogs for walks, too. About: I am a full time trained veterinary technician at a local animal hospital. I have volunteered in the local shelter for 10 years. I help my mom run her own dog rescue. I am absolutely passionate about animals and helping them and have the medical aspect to help back me. I work 3 days a week and have 4 days completely off. I own a home on a medium sized lot,so your dog has somewhere to safely play. The backyard is fenced off while the front is not. I also live in a relatively small neighborhood (2x3) blocks that's perfect for going on walks with the pups! I will take really good care of your family member as I would my own. My husband and I have owned dogs out entire life and since we don't have children, our dogs are a willing substitute, we will both be caring for your loved one while they stay with us. They will be welcome to the middle of the bed every night 🤣 Sometimes I am away, traveling cross country to introduce a family to their new puppy. The rest of that time I enjoy doing crafts, playing with the dogs outside and inside, playing pool and making a new snuggle buddy. I have dealt with the escape artist routine and don't want to pose that risk to your pet. We have a backyard with a fence and will remain on a leash no matter what. I just don't feel comfortable trusting them without it. I have a "TWO DOOR POLICY", which just means that if any exterior doors are opened, your pet will either be leashed to go outside before or will be placed in a bedroom behind another door before the exterior door can be opened. Absolutely no chance for an escape artist!

She has plenty of space for him to run and play. The thing I'm most grateful for is the fact she doesn't have carpeting. One very unique and creative thing she did was using a small canvas she'd take the colors from his coat and applied them to the canvas and put the canvas in a zip lock bag. Than using Theo's paws would let him create a special piece of artwork. Which she gave to me when I picked him up. She is truly Amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to leave my fur babies with her again.”
