He was open to a meet and greet the day before I was supposed to drop off my pet which was from 7am-5pm, and he met Ollie and then showed us around a bit which made me feel much better knowing my dog was going to be kept in such clean and organized conditions. You can clearly tell how well Tom takes care of his own dogs. Everyday I used his service I could tell my dog had a great time and got to experience what walking in a pack was like. I have a fenced in yard and a park nearby that had a fenced in dog area and lots of walking trails. I personally home cook my dogs food so if there are special diet restrictions I have experience. I love spending time bonding with my animals and would put that time into someone else’s pets to make them feel loved and safe whether that’s cuddling, wrestling, playing ball or dog walking.
