About: Ever since I was old enough to stay home alone, I've always enjoyed taking care of pets. Overtime I've gotten used to walking, feeding, and entertaining dogs for my friends and relatives. I currently work 2 jobs, with Sunday as my consistent day off. Despite having multiple jobs, most of my shifts don't exceed 5-6 hours. Both jobs and home are not far from each other. I gave them away to a farm I used to ride horses and I used to babysit for dogs are used to work at a daycare/kennel I loved working there but school got in the way and now that I am about to be finish, I want to get back into taking care of pets. This will not be a forever thing, it's just what works for our family right now. Thank you for understanding! Sadly, we lost our family dog not too long ago, but we have a hairless cat who is the most patient, lover girl you’d ever meet. Drop offs and pick-ups can be anywhere between 8am to 8pm. I have two small children, and I try to keep a nighttime routine. We can always make other arrangements; I am very easy to work with. If you would like your dog to be bathed right before picking up, we can arrange that as well! Dogs *MUST* be good with children and cats. I have been struggling finding the perfect place to take my fur babies when I work long hours or am away for a night occasionally. He was flexible with the hours I needed for drop off and pick up. As soon as my dogs got there they were venturing around the enclosed fence area and seemed very happy. My maltipoo has separation anxiety and you wouldn’t have known it when I dropped her off to Kirk. My boxer is a puppy and Kirk was willing to take on having a high energy puppy for a long duration of time. I can’t say enough good things about Kirk for this being only my first time taking my dogs to him and his wife. I will be booking again immediately and have every intention of using Kirk and Anita for any needs I have in the future regarding doggy day care and/or overnight stays.”

My cats are indoor only but I take my 18 year old out on a leash on walks around the yard, but he mostly prefers to be carried. Around their dinner time, one of our dogs has a separate food bag because he has food sensitivities so I make sure to separate their food and give them a specific amount of food that is good for them. I will play with them all the time, give them love and treats, and make sure they are content. (I will be the only caretaker, no one else in my household will be accompanying me!)

About: I'm a 37 year-old Mama of 4 boys, (three human and one canine). We moved to the island in August with our lab mix, Abel, and know all too well of the hassles, worries, and frustration bringing your dog from the mainland can cause! That being said, our family would like to help you by taking care of your pooch during any times of moving, transitioning, vacationing, visiting family, deploying, working, etc. Dogs are important members of all our families and should get the best care! You can be sure your doggie family member will be loved on constantly by myself, my hubby, kiddos and our Abel. About: I fell in love with pet sitting when I first started helping my older sister raise her then-puppy, Valentina, back in 2020.
